Shit I need to own: stop falling into such a predictable routine. A lot of the time when I get home from work I don't want to do anything and on the weekends I like to relax and do nothing. But that's not something fun or interesting. I need to take more of a leadership role for my family and give us more random adventures. Also my diet.

My vote is make an exit strategy. All of her actions are massive red flags. Even if she didn't cheat, which I highly doubt, that's not something you do immediately after engagement. I'd put money on her cheating.

I'm in the same boat for the most part as you, but I'm thinking you need to try to escalate earlier in the day and try to get her so turned on by the time you approach her for that, she will be all over you. I believe it's teaching men how to be men again. The golden advice here is start lifting. Builds confidence and you will start to respect yourself. Instead of putting yourself second or third to other people and their needs, you will put yourself first. And with that new found confidence and respect, life turns around and you become happier, once you get past the anger stage and learn to accept things.

I think what drew a majority of us here is hitting rock bottom. At the time I was barely married for maybe 3-4 months and was sexually frustrated. I knew something was wrong but I had been going about correcting it the wrong way. Browsing dead bedrooms led me here and haven't looked back yet. Took some time to fix the damage, but much better marriage now.
