–	Working out and learning to not give af has been a great help to me Well, if your social skills suck and you don't approach women then they ain't gonna magically appear in your life just because you go to gym. Gym (in a long term) can make you look nicer (leaner if you do cardio or buffer if you lift weights) and it boosts your mood and builds self-pride which gives boost to your chances but that's it. –	Good icebreakers/conversation starters? It doesn't matter what you say.. it's HOW you say it. I usually go in with "hi, what are u up to?" to which she usually doesn't reply much and is awkward - then I calibrate with "sorry, I know this is random but I saw you and just had to say hi".. to which she responds with something and then I compliment her with "cool shoes" or "nice dress" etc.. and then ask again what she is up to if she didn't respond the first time.
