Never been easier to share ideas and now that the MAJORITY of new relationships are from Online Dating I don't think it's over 50 %, not yet at least. Meeting someone IRL remains an option, and it always will be.

If you are 5’8”, focus your efforts on 5 footers rather than being mad about it. That's terrible advice. Why should a 5'8 guy limit himself to less than 5 % of the female population? Plenty of 5'8 guys are dating women of all heights...don't read too much into online surveys.

Okay, so "they say" men like big breasted women with wide hips because it represents good fertility. What about guys that prefer petite women? Do they subconsciously like big titty girls too or does this stereotype just apply to women? When I say that men like big breasted women I mean the majority do. The ones that prefer small titties are an exception to the norm. The stereotype doesn't apply exlusively to women but women are much more uniform in their preferences for men. I know for a fact th…

ok...thanks for clearing that up. Care does not normally mean dealbreaker. But when I meet a guy it literally has never crossed my mind "hm, I wonder if this guy is strong enough to physically protect me?" It may not be a conscious thing, but fighting ability (or at least perceived) is a huge part of what makes a man attractive to women. High prominent cheekbones = better able to handle a punch to the face. Large jaw/chin = See above Tall and/or wide skeletal frame= better fighter None of these …

They are wrong anyway obviously; women can both have a high n and have serious relationships. Less likely to be happy in a monogamous relationship..not impossible.

How about use your own brain rather than waiting for experts to spoon-feed you every little thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/19 05:42 PM

It's common sense. Why do you need proof for every little thing? If a woman has slept with over a hundred men, she is less likely to be happy in a monogamous marriage than a woman who has only slept with 2 men before marriage.

However making an assumption that all women prefer big tough guys when you are literally talking to one that is saying "Nah, I like sensitive guys, I am not personally turned on by all that macho bullshit" is the definition of sexism. You didn't even say you like sensitive guys...and I'm not talking about macho guys. I'm talking about a guy who is able to handle himself in a fight. Whether he is sensitive or macho, you'd prefer if your BF is able to defend himself. You are saying that I am eithe…

I am literally devoting 100% of my time and effort right now to dismantling authority. Let me guess, you are out there protesting and complaining about random things like so many other liberals and feminists? You said you grew up in a liberal feminist household and spent most of your life in liberal feminist circles. You are now a liberal feminist. It sounds like you conformed to your upbringing and social circle.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/19 04:20 PM

But even I still struggle with the societal programming. And for the 9128418518th time, a feminist blames society rather than bothering to understand human nature. Also you are a liberal, a feminist, and a slut. You are not as "non-conformist" as you think.

If he was jumping into an unnecessary fight I would be less attracted to him for getting into that situation when I believe he is above that kind of behaviour. OK but him defending you is not an unnecessary fight. You're trying as hard as possible to avoid this question, just like most women on this thread.

RP: makes sweeping generalization based on outdated sexist stereotypes This is not tumblr, not everything is because of the sexist patriarchy. Being attracted to men who can handle themselves is a primal instinct. Who the hell wouldn't want their man to be able to defend himself? You can try to sound like some evolved superhuman who is "above" all this silly fighting stuff, but the fact is if your man defended you against a stranger you would be more attracted to him. You're not a unicorn. You a…

Only on the internet would I ever share my view on this. NO. A 16 year old female is biologically an adult, she can get pregnant. Pedophilia is being attracted to a child, a 16 year old is not a child.

The OP asked a simple question and you're insisting that it can't be answered by women because women don't typically think this way...like why can't you think about it now that the concept has been introduced to you? It's a very simple question, anyone who doesn't understand it has a major brain deficiency. It's ok to just not participate if you're not interested in the topic lol, everyone can see through your BS.

GCC countries' "dating" is basically men buying lots of gifts for women so that MAYBE one day she will give him a kiss. I knew a guy who "dated" a woman for 2 years and never even got a hug. Women know that they can receive a lot of validation/money without giving anything in return and definitely abuse that. All of this only applies to the locals though. GCC countries have a ton of foreigners...mostly Indians and Asian. If Asians are your thing, you'll have no shortage of easy pussy. The Asians…

"He said, she said" is a nonsense formulation when discussing law, testimony is the primary evidence in almost any case Testimony from who? Sex is a private activity so there will rarely be witnesses. The testimonies will generally come from the defendant and the plantiff, therefore "he said she said". Can you link to any recent cases of these rescinded charges to discuss? Are you talking about cases where sex occurred and the woman falsely characterizes the sex as rape, or cases where the man n…

Probably because black men are more likely to be viewed as violent and therefore people are more likely to believe that a violent accusation against a black man is true.

How about taking it in context? Another user brought up the low conviction rate, and I suggested that it is not an argument against my OP and if anything it supports my argument. Regardless, saying that it is a good argument is not the same as saying it is "proof":. This is intellectual dishonesty on your part. Why? Because it’s possible the data on other crimes might even bolster your argument. Why do you not want to allow for comparisons that might help you? For the last time, I'm only interes…

I have. And that’s one of the many reasons I’ve come to the conclusions I have about TRP. TRP has two main axes: practical and theoretical. The practical axis really does just boil down to what I’ve been saying. It’s unremarkable to the point of being laughable. The vast majority of ink spilled by terps is about the theoretical aspect. And it’s not impressive. Sure, it’s a decently fleshed-out framework for explaining some human behaviors, but it’s only convincing if you’re unfamiliar with readi…

You on a debate sub. That means you need to debate if you’re going to be here. You’re saying that a low conviction rate is proof that many rape accusations are false. I have been debatimg. But I expect people to debate honestly. I never said a low conviction rate is proof of anything..I did point out that it is not an argument against my claim that false accusations may be more common because if anything, it suggests the opposite. Why would there be a low conviction rate if rapes are really happ…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:40 PM

This is why the only option is to look at the evidence and try our best to be logical with evidence Agreed. My logic is that if 8 % of accusations are proven false, then it stands to reason that there are much more accusations that can't be proven false but in reality, are.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:32 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:31 PM
3

A low conviction rate indicates a low percentage of proven rape claims. And how does this compare to conviction rates of other crimes? This post is not about other crimes.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:30 PM
3

Most of the time "false" only gets proven if the victim admits it or their is video to contradict the story. Exactly, so the 8% statistic that is commonly believed refers to the accusations that are proven false. Since rape claims are hard to prove false, this means there must be much more false accusations that just can't be proven.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:28 PM
1

In this instance, there is no practical way to gather evidence. This is what my post is about..we don't really know how common false accusations are and it could well be significantly higher than what is commonly reported. Do you disagree with this?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:14 PM
4

If there was an accusation but no rape, then it is false.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 01:10 PM
1

I'm not comparing the ratio of false accusations to rapes. You're also assuming that there are only a few false accusations even though there is no evidence. Just gonna block since you have no argument.

So we agree, there is no way of knowing.

http://www.casa.org.au/casa_pdf.php?document=statistics This one says 17%. Regardless, a low conviction rate is a good argument for false rape accusations being common, not against.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 12:44 PM
3

I already pointed out this statistic in the OP. It only refers to the accusations that are proven to be false. Most accusations can not be proven false or true, which means the real number could be higher or lower.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 12:42 PM
1

"False rape accusations may be extremely common" is not a conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 12:38 PM
2

ok..what you're saying is true but it doesn't really relate to the discussion. A cop with a history of false charges is not the same as a citizen with such history. The latter is relevant to the discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 12:02 PM
1

Are you saying there are cops with many false accusations of crimes other than rapes? That wouldn't be a valid comparison as it's part of a cop's job to charge people for crimes.

I said "what if false accusations are more common than we think". You said "sometimes you gotta go by the evidence". Problem is, there is no evidence for what percentage of accusations are false.

There is no evidence pointing to the percentage of accusations that are false.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 10:26 AM

Is there a reason you think false rape accusations are more prevalent than false accusations of other crimes? A few: Women who have consensual sex than later regret it. Women who have consensual sex but then got ghosted and falsely report a rape out of spite. Women who falsely accuse a well known figure of rape just to get attention. I've read many reports of women like this one who have a long history of false rape accusations. Yet, never heard of any women or men who had multiple false accusat…

TRP attracts different types of men /thread.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/19 09:57 AM

It's not though. Standard generic advice is part of the sub but it's not all it is. How would TRP have gained a following if it was just common sense things that anyone can tell you? Have you read the sidebar?

Beyond that, the core of redpill advice is “look decent, be interesting, don’t be thirsty.” The rest is bad readings of already shaky evpsych/sociobiology. But that kernel of advice is so painfully obvious that I am seriously skeptical about the potential for improvement of anyone for whom it’s revelatory. That's not TRP, that's just standard generic advice that everyone knows. You have not read TRP and you are basing your views on what others say about it (who also don't read it). As for spotti…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/19 07:27 PM

Frankly, a lot of women deserve to be criticized. Same as men, which TRP does a lot Criticizing women in social situations is generally not a good idea, it makes men look low status. So some men will use places like TRP to vent some frustrations..I completely disagree that it is so widepsread in TRP though. Honestly, just read a few posts on the front page and skim through the comments. How often do you actually see complaints?

I think you’re conflating dominant hot men with trp men. Women like the former. The latter is a group with the unwanted traits of betas with a bunch of added whining and bitterness and letting women live rent-free in their heads, along with a massive victim complex for women not being as easy and simple as they want. It’s really not attractive. Nope, TRP is not the same as incels. It's not full of whining about women nor does it condone having a victim complex. This is yet another strawman.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/19 06:59 PM
2

Most women hate TRP because the men who make up the TRP audience are unlikable eyesores and professional victims that rely on invasive tactics to try and get what they do not naturally deserve Except TRP is about owning up for all your shortcomings. Literally has nothing to do with being a victim. This is yet another strawman.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/19 06:53 PM

90% of criticisms towards TRP are ad hominems and/or shaming tacits. People on this sub consistenly equate TRP with incels. Many women on this sub will also call a man an incel when losing a debate.

Female behavior is described in the worst possible terms, while male behavior is praised, even negative male behavior is often excused. Oh look, another inaccurate ad-hominem attack on TRP. Male behavior is constantly criticized on TRP, you would know this if you actually read it. If you look at their tone, it does absolutely look like they shame women for their so-called sexual strategy Not anything that women don't like is misogyny. "Women are women" is such a useless statement. Yeah no shit, but this doesn't say anything about women's self-esteem. What if low self- esteem is present among most women? I don’t like the idea that they have low self esteem or mental problems, that is imposing a tradcon morality on humans. Tradcons do not have a superior claim to morality than anyone else. Humans are animals If most human societies in history had a system to control women's sexuality, then maybe that's the case for a reason. Ma…

The majority of women have self-esteem issues and/or mental problems. I think you and others have a hard time picturing what applying redpill looks like IRL. Negging is really just lighthearted, playful banter. It's also rarely discussed on TRP, so hardly a core principle. Drug dealers are socially connected because they have accumulated social skills. You cannot be socially connected if you don’t know how to foster connections A drug dealer does not necessarily have or need above average social skills. This is why there's a lot of misunderstandings about why "women go for drug dealers" -- it's not because they are attracted to scum bags, it's that drug dealers are aware they are working against an inherently negative stereotype, so they compensate by learning "I mean no harm" behaviors and tend to be skilled at putting people at ease and making them feel comfortable, so that they will want to come back again.
