As a black man, this is why black males don't get hired either. With Black Lives Matter and all of the political correctness shit we put you through, who would want to deal with that? I even wouldn't to deal with that. Another thing that I noticed is that black people that are annoying like this usually have never any true relationships with white people, not proffesionally or personaly. My closest friends and co-workers are white. I've experienced racism but it is nothing like these

Well the greatest beneficiary of Affirmative Actions has been white females (and to a lesser extent, black females) but people always assume that black males played the race card to get where they are. For black males, there is no race card.

Totally agree: if there is no problem, the politicians will certainly conjure up one. That's how they get elected. Oh and the ad was sexist and very stupid. This ad was so absurd that I'm beginning to think that there is some sort of hidden agenda/conspiracy. Do people really get paid to create this crap?

As a black unemployed male with a graduate degree, I say being white male rocks. If you were black, you WOULD be unemployed. Remember white males are promoting the white females. You are only told so that your anger ill be mis-directed and it worked, as it always does.

I cannot upvote you enough. A friend of mine told me the exact same story. I use his story to illustrate this situation. If you are going to say men and women are equal, you better showit as well, in all things.

The UK segregates retirement between men and women? I didn't think gender bias like that was possible in the first world today.

No, it's because most blacks are religious.

CEOs get paid what they do because every CEO and all board members are from the same social circle and they take care of each other. It's the aristocracy watching each others backs.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
