It said it had been over a year since he had been arrested for it, but he obviously wasn't in jail. He also referred to being jobless for 6 months after the arrest and still having trouble paying for his car b/c of that. Seems to me she made accusations, he got picked up to give his statement (which was enough for his employer to fire him), the statement didn't add up to the cops so they questioned her again and she flipped. But they never mentioned how long he was in jail in the video.
