I can say that cops do tend to twist arms much farther than they need to, Ive been in a situation where I didn’t resist at all and the cop was SCREAMING for me to stop resisting but he was trying to bend my arm in a way that it just didn’t go. He ended up dislocating my shoulder. I moved out of state a couple weeks later and my grandma didn’t have the money or will to press charges as there was a lot going on.
