It doesn’t matter what you are imagining yourself, I do not concede. Reality is reality, you’re not getting Chad treatment. I win, you lose.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 12:57 PM
1

Again, doesn‘t matter how much you deny reality, what you received wasn‘t princess treatment. You‘ve lost even if you don‘t want to admit it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/26 06:18 PM
1

Sorry your personal feelings don‘t matter as much as objective truth, even if you‘re in denial about reality. You lose, I win.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/26 01:19 PM
1

It doesn‘t matter how many times you repeat that, you know it‘s objective and true. Your personal feelings do not outweigh that. You lose, I win. We can play this game all day.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/26 01:14 PM
1

It is objective and you know that, that‘s why you haven‘t been able to disprove it. I win by cumming deep inside tight 9/10 women Still no chad treatment, you lose.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/26 12:57 PM
1

Nope, that‘s still not how that works. It doesn‘t matter how many times you repeat that, it‘s not princess treatment You lose, I win. Where‘s your scientific study?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/26 12:42 PM
1

It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat that, it’s not princess treatment. She would never do it out of her own free will. You don’t get Chad treatment, you lose, princess treatment is far more than an orgasm. Anything else?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:49 PM
1

Nope, you simply refuse to understand what princess treatment is. Princess treatment is far more than just an orgasm, you don’t get the same satisfaction as Chad. You lose, I win.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:35 PM
1

You don’t get princess treatment, you have to pay for it and what you are getting is not the whole package either. I win, you lose.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:26 PM
1

Nope, you know exactly that “Chad” gets princess treatment without payment, I win the debate. Your personal feelings are irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:16 PM
1

What matters is how I feel at the end of the day That is what you believe, objectively you are not getting chad treatment. No, I do not concede, I win the debate.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 07:59 PM
1

I tale your lack of reply as conceding the debate You can imagine whatever you want, I just found your reply pretty sad. You “feel” like chad, but you obviously aren’t. If it was authentic desire she would go further and you wouldn’t have had to pay.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 07:13 PM
20

how does she benefit from pity sex if she‘s not attracted to you
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:13 AM

Nope that’s not why those empires fell.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 01:30 PM

yeah they didn’t fall because of sexual liberation
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 01:06 PM

oh yeah the west was so much less morally corrupt before sexual liberation, i forgot. i mean just look at the transatlantic slave trade, so much morality there, they were such good christians.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 01:05 PM

oh yeah, which ones?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 09:02 AM

so many societies have fallen because of threesomes
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 05:39 AM
1

that the end result is obviously not the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 01:30 PM
1

good for you, but that’s not an answer to my question
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 01:24 PM
1

and do you think she’s putting more effort into you or the guy that she actually desires?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 01:17 PM
1

yeah, and yet it’s still obviously more than just sexual services. princess treatment is the full package, so what exactly is your argument?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 01:12 PM
1

for whatever reason you’ve come up with the idea that princess treatment is entirely separate from sex which has not been my argument at all, it’s just that princess treatment includes things outside of sex as well so again, a strawman.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 01:04 PM
1

it is a strawman, you’re making up a whole new argument that wasn’t a part of my original statement. and i’m sorry to tell you that a lot of chads also enjoy the benefits of princess treatment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:58 PM
1

strawman argument
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:50 PM
1

yeah, you stated it’s inconsequential, that doesn’t mean that it actually is. the entire field of psychology.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:44 PM
1

OP was talking about princess treatment and not just sexual services though. No, you also have to judge people by their opinions or you will always end up with a wrong conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:32 PM

agreed
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:19 PM
1

you are pretty insecure about men getting chad exp from escorts i don’t think you understand the meaning of insecure, me stating the fact of authentic desire being different from the escort experience is simply a neutral statement you agreed married men form most of johns, that means its the inexp guys who think it’s humiliating to pay that conclusion is wrong. amongst johns many share that opinion despite the fact that they keep going back to it
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:16 PM

i’m not sure about that, do women in hunter gatherer societies with barely any access to the internet behave any differently? they will obviously care less about materialism since they don’t live in a capitalist society but appearance, muscularity, strength etc. matters a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:11 PM
1

who is being insecure lmfaoooo you are probably cute enough to have same guy around you i’m in a relationship btw. where is your data? all you’re doing is denying that men with experience share those opinions too
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:05 PM
1

like i said, you will just continue to be in denial.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:38 AM
1

that paying for it feels humiliating & that they’d rather experience authentic desire
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:31 AM
1

exactly, most johns are married guys with enough disposable income and yet many of them still hold those opinions
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:27 AM
1

you’re in denial about older men with life experience sharing the same opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:23 AM
1

it’s not weird at all, it’s obvious that you’ll just be in denial about reality so let’s stop wasting our time here
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:13 AM
1

whatever you need to tell yourself lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:09 AM

and yet many men also claim that paying escorts feels humiliating (and emasculating) because the women don’t want to fuck them without money being involved. that might be your personal opinion but a lot of men also want to feel desired, it’s actually being discussed a lot on this sub
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:02 AM

of course i’m admitting that (some) women are capable of it. baseline requirements are a) he’s very sexually attractive to her b) she has a healthy to high libido herself. women with a lower libido than that will always rely more on responsive desire, they aren’t able to get easily aroused on their own
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 11:00 AM

the end result is obviously not the same, princess treatment is more than just sexual services and no, they don’t. addicts still won’t develop deep sexual desire for dealers if they aren’t attracted to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 10:56 AM

i didn’t realize that drug dealers get princess treatment you can pay women with money or drugs but that doesn’t mean that they sexually desire you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 10:48 AM

unless you become chad you won’t get that though being “chad” is a requirement for that sort of behavior
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 10:37 AM

i mean the manosphere benefits from men becoming increasingly lonely … the vast majority of women want to be courted, given princess treatment etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 10:37 AM

exaggerated maybe, irrational is the wrong term to use though. any woman should fear men that buy into misogynistic ideology
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 02:14 PM

that’s not an argument that disproves the dangers of radicalized individuals
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 02:03 PM

I don’t think the fear is just aimed at virgins, a boyfriend is way more likely to sexually assault you but an “incel” might be more likely to commit a terrorist attack
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 01:26 PM
0

i have not observed that, more normal people than toxic ones are in relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 01:19 PM
6

yes it needs to end but people would call it antisemitic lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 02:30 PM
1

because of social media and the pandemic, gen z is getting more lonely in general
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 02:14 PM
1

I know way too many cases of pedophile fathers to ever believe that 50/50 is the correct solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 10:37 AM
4

I didn‘t claim otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 10:36 AM
8

agreed, it‘s hypocritical. although in the western world it‘s really only north america where circumcision is normalized
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 09:41 AM
0

I‘m actually from Germany btw, the first one is not being enforced because we‘re not in war time and the law itself is not new, the conscription law is old and based on the idea that women are too physically weak to serve. The UK is not a part of the EU, Brexit remember? Define misandrist laws in the baltics.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 06:56 AM
0

god i‘m so fascinated by the propaganda they‘re feeding you guys in the US
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 06:47 AM
2

so children should be endangered?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 06:32 AM
0

i don‘t think that anyone actually believes that white women are the most progressive demographic lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 06:27 AM
14

i would like to see studies for that last claim regarding abuse and hate.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 06:20 AM
2

and it’s hypocritical to judge other people without accepting criticism yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 03:57 PM
2

lol they have a right to judge other people but others are not allowed to form an opinion on their judgement? rules for thee but but not for me apparently
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 11:07 AM
5

lesbians don’t have the highest rates of DV, bisexual women are the most likely to be victims of intimate partner violence, the majority of the perpetrators being male. but ofc, women also assault people.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/26 10:59 AM
1

Define “high”. How high are the odds of sexual assault The numbers depend on gender and sexuality. 53.3% of heterosexual women, 79.3% of bisexual women, 59.9% of lesbian women have experienced contact sexual violence. For men it’s 29.3% of heterosexual men, 56.4% of bisexual men and 59.8% for gay men. For rape the national intimate partner and sexual violence survey shows that 26.1% of heterosexual women, 45.2% of bisexual women and 28.4% of lesbian women have been raped. For men it’s 3% of hete…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/26 07:34 AM
1

comparing murder to sexual assault is stupid because sexual assault is not unlikely, the chances of it happening are high. i’m not concerned about “men not getting relationships”, i’m concerned about sexual assault rates and the real harm it causes. i could not care less about men giving up on women if it results in sexual assault rates decreasing. yes, if you cross someone else’s sexual boundaries in a way they don’t want you to that is sexual assault. that applies to both men and women. the as…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/26 06:16 AM
2

“playful” pushing of boundaries can very quickly become sexual assault. that risk exists and people need to acknowledge that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/26 04:14 PM
0

lol no, if you’re willing to push sexual boundaries then there’s a high risk of causing harm, that is reality. that goes for both men and women
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/26 09:23 AM

taboos turn into fetishes. aren’t interracial porn videos the most popular in the most racist regions in the US too?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/26 12:00 PM
1

you just typed out a whole lot of nonsense in response to someone who has been sexually assaulted and raped because of similar mindsets like yours. because my boundaries weren’t respected. rape culture isn’t a myth it’s real. this generation is lonely because of social media usage and the pandemic.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 08:35 PM
1

did i speak about your relationship specifically? have your boundaries pushed is the sort of mindset that can quickly lead to trauma.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 05:46 PM
1

That‘s a very personal thing, people that sleep around generally don‘t feel many negative feelings afterwards, just the rush of hormones from sex
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 04:54 PM
0

you can still make out after the orgasm or go for round 2+
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 04:45 PM
2

and people wonder why sexual assault rates are so high
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 02:57 PM
1

they don’t fantasize about paying, they fantasize about completely dominating someone else against their will
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 11:16 AM
0

that’s a dangerous guy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 11:10 AM
3

i’ve ended two relationships because of boundary pushing aka sexual assault. what exactly is your point here if you’re willing to push boundaries then you’re willing to cause a lot of harm.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 10:22 AM
1

when someone says no or looks super uncomfortable you should know that it’s a boundary…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 10:15 AM
1

of course rich women are part of the oppressor class.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/26 09:22 AM
3

young men are being indoctrinated with this bullshit to increase racial tensions that is very kind of you, she has been doing better lately 🫂 hope you have a wonderful day!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/26 06:39 AM
2

thank you
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/26 06:12 AM
1

that’s such a subjective topic, personally i love long sessions if there’s enough free time to spare of course. 15+ minute foreplay, 30+ minutes intercourse i think the ideal duration on average for women is somewhere between 10-20 minutes for intercourse, maybe longer for foreplay
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 11:16 PM
1

depends on the context of the discussion i guess, personally foreplay is also sex to me but sometimes you’re strictly speaking about penetration etc
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 11:01 PM
3

no he didn’t get laid he’s a baby, moe and punch are cute though
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 10:58 PM
1

It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat that, it’s not the same thing. And again, my personal preferences are not the sexual market place
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 03:24 PM
1

No I do not think that individuals with a higher sex drive have less value on the sexual market place And the sexual market place is also not the same thing as my personal dating preferences
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 03:18 PM
1

No it’s not implied. Because one animal has a higher sex drive, that doesn’t mean it’s value is less
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 03:15 PM
1

That’s not how language or reading works. I get it, you’ve already made up your mind and don’t actually care about what my actual message. Me stating that men are less selective does not mean that I believe that men have less value than women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 02:54 PM
2

Nope, that is once again your false interpretation. I believe that women are more selective than men and that men have lower expectations of me while dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 02:36 PM
2

Nope, your interpretation is still not what I stated. Did you ever stop to think if you would be attracted to the male equivalents of any of those women you like? No the question is simply stupid, why would I imagine dating the male version of a woman I like when I can date men
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:58 PM
3

That is not what I stated lol, that is your own interpretation. of course i try hard for men that i have a crush on as well because i like them, but it seems like their expectations are different the pressure is lower while dating men because men are less selective Your question is nonsensical
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:41 PM
4

I would not date any man or woman that I didn’t find special in the first place
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:33 PM
6

no i do not believe that “my presence as a woman is worthwhile enough” and queer dating also works differently than heterosexual dynamics. men are less selective, when i’m dating a woman i also feel the need to impress her.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:30 PM
7

no i think they are both entertaining
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:20 PM
8

women are more boring than men on average, yes that’s your subjective opinion, which is why question your romantic attraction towards women as a bisexual i definitely do not share that sentiment
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:15 PM
8

you represent all men on this planet? you’re typing out that you find women super boring and then you get surprised when someone questions you
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:13 PM
12

honestly it doesn’t sound like you’re romantically interested in women
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:09 PM
7

does porn only show certain races having sex? i’m sure that porn reinforces certain racial views
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:02 PM
2

the clit part is true, women usually don’t get as exhausted from orgasms as men/their refractory period is much shorter i mean our anatomy is different, men only produce so much sperm a day but that doesn’t apply to female orgasms lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 01:00 PM
7

because it still feels pleasurable. i can’t cum from penetration either but it physically feels good. not everyone can cum from nipple stimulation and yet a lot of people still like it also why does the woman in this story surprise you lol? isn’t it common knowledge that (a lot of) women like to go for multiple rounds
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 11:40 AM
3

That is definitely not what I have observed lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 09:20 AM
2

not at all, but i do get scared if he doesn’t leave me alone edit: if it’s a man that’s 20 years older than me then i do get offended, that behavior is unacceptable
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 09:16 AM
4

dark romance is booming right now and that is definitely kinky
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 09:11 AM
10

i definitely think it conditions them even further, just like how a lot of men have developed a preference for “innie” vulvas while 200 years ago that was barely even relevant although the situation with big cocks is slightly different because female sexual selection has caused human penises to be significantly bigger than the genitals in other apes
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/26 09:05 AM
54

porn
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/26 09:04 PM
1

positive correlation doesn’t mean the two will always occur together my claim wasn’t that it always occurs together, studies show that people with high libido tend to have less restricted sociosexuality. libido itself can impact sociosexuality
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 04:07 PM

nope, people can have individual opinions that don’t reflect society’s views.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 12:58 PM
1

positive correlation doesn’t mean the two will always occur together yeah I don’t think you actually read what I was typing above
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 12:29 PM

society considers a lot of things shameful that people individually don’t consider shameful, “shameful” is a subjective term
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 11:57 AM

It doesn’t have anything to do with shame, it’s simply fact that private sexual information can be used against you at any time
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 11:53 AM
1

Studies have repeatedly shown that people with a higher libido tend to have less restricted sociosexuality, outliers do not change that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 11:42 AM
3

sure, that’s realistic
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 02:24 AM
3

& that is exactly why you don’t tell your girl friends about your sexual experiences
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 01:37 AM
1

And yet at the end of the day we‘re still animals, humans frequently overestimate their ability to reason. So much of our behavior is driven by instinct. which is why the “low promiscuity = “low libido” argument doesn’t make much sense That’s not quite what I said, i’m talking about likelihood here and that is supported by data.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 01:10 AM
4

go seek out whomever you want, i just want people to have a realistic perspective
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 01:05 AM
1

I said they are linked, people with high libido tend to have less restricted sociosexuality ofc, human behavior is complex and individual. overall i‘d say that instinct is stronger than ideology though
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 12:51 AM
6

promiscuity doesn’t have to do with libido that is objectively incorrect, studies show over and over that people with higher libido tend to have less restricted sociosexuality
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 12:13 AM
9

high sex drive and high sociosexuality are linked though she could be a virgin catholic woman with a high sex drive in a relationship but the likelihood of that is very low
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/26 12:04 AM
1

Ofc, plenty of people do enjoy it, but the conversation was about women who have tried anal in the past and don‘t want to do it anymore I agree with your comment
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 05:11 PM
1

yeah, i think it‘s fucked up to expect someone to engage in a sexual act that they don‘t like
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 02:43 PM
3

i always think it‘s weird to describe anal sex as part of being open minded, many people don‘t like it because it‘s straight up painful and not pleasurable
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 11:03 AM
0

but it doesn‘t stupid, that‘s absolutely fair
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/26 08:12 AM
0

explain the high intimate partner violence rates for both bisexual men and women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 07:13 AM
0

I think relationships are more complex than that
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 04:21 PM
0

Who wouldn’t be upset even if you can understand the other person’s view point?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 04:17 PM
1

what people consider dealbreakers are subjective, if he had lied about his body count it wouldn’t make me break up with him because i personally don’t consider body count important. in that hypothetical situation it would be a dealbreaker to that person’s framework
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 04:14 PM
1

if he had hidden cosmetic surgery from me i’d genuinely just laugh about it if he had faked his interests in order to appeal to me i’d find it endearing trying to find a man who doesn’t care about a woman’s body count is like trying to find a unicorn, it’s genuinely a waste of time and effort
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 04:00 PM
1

oh but it does.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 03:06 PM
1

no that has to do with getting sexually assaulted as a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 03:03 PM
0

sucks you’ll never experience that level of connection i honestly don’t care about that
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 02:37 PM
0

so you are willing to ignore a bad trait just because the guy is attractive yeah obviously, that’s what i just explained And? Aren’t women supposed to be okay with being single, because men are not up to their standards? Where did I make that argument? Other women make other choices, I primarily care about sexual chemistry and shared interests
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 11:18 AM
1

because a) he’s physically attractive to me and we have shared interests b) the vast majority of men have hang ups about women with a higher n count
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 11:07 AM
-1

To get the man that I want
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 11:04 AM
-1

Not at all, I did because it was fun
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 11:01 AM
1

Sure, but I’ll be honest with you, you will never find out the truth anyways.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 09:40 AM
-6

What’s the debate here? Yes I lie about it, I’m the only person that knows my body count lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/26 08:15 AM
1

i’m here to explain why you’re wrong that would require a sufficient explanation
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 06:18 PM
1

in order to do that you would need actually good arguments
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 06:16 PM
1

that’s cope
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 06:12 PM
2

Girth and length once again do not change the distance between the internal structure of the clitoris and the vaginal wall. That is a bold claim that you’re making right now, the current scientific view as of right now is simply that the internal clitoris and vaginal wall are too far apart for many women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 09:24 AM

No it’s more female anatomy related, no matter how big his dick is that won’t make your internal clitoris closer to your vaginal wall
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 09:03 AM
7

women who can have vaginal orgasms care more about dick size sure, i think there was a study about this. it’s less relevant for those who can’t
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 08:59 AM

that’s true, a lot of straight women also have relatively low libido. many rarely masturbate on their own and i know that social shaming is contributing to this but it’s also libido related i’ve often had girl friends acting confused why i masturbate at all while i’m in a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/26 08:57 AM

modern heterosexual dating is set up in a way where you have the pursuer (man) and the pursued (woman) that’s not really a modern phenomenon, that was the case for most of human and hominin history men are generally more desperate than women because they’re afraid of being alone i’m sure that plays a role too, but the main reason is simply that men (on average) have a higher sex drive Most people talk way more about what a man brings to the table but not the same thing about women Yeah because f…

It’s definitely interesting. Typical male fetishes revolve more around domination though, I wouldn’t say that there aren’t noticeable trends there’s the inah-3 area of the hypothalamus which is one of the few sexually dimorphic brain regions, it’s significantly larger in males and associated with sexual behavior

/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/26 07:32 AM

you’re making up your own definitions here. you want a high sex drive woman that sexually desires you as frequently as you desire her, that’s fair.

Of course they do. They are generally more accepting of gay men but can be very nasty towards lesbians and bisexual men & women. Yes I’m in a relationship now, I don’t struggle with loyalty. I would never betray him or any of my previous partners, that’s selfish and an asshole thing to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/26 12:08 PM

I guess that would fall under the term sociosexuality. But yes, if i see a hot guy or woman ofc i fantasize about sleeping with them or asking them out. But there’s also always fear involved that’s stopping me, I’m afraid of sexual violence and a man could easily overpower me and I’m afraid of homophobia from women
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/26 11:52 AM
2

No, I’m cis female but bisexual. I think a lot of studies have shown that bisexual men and women have elevated libido in comparison to others What’s the point of asking these questions if you’re just not gonna believe someone who answers them? I’ve met men with barely existing libido, why is it so difficult for you to acknowledge that high libido women exist
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/26 11:04 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/26 09:49 AM

of course, that’s still not an answer to my question though
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 04:52 PM

I don’t think you take the topic of rape seriously at all. You’re the one who brought up rape first, I’m simply pointing out the fact that rape is notoriously difficult to prove & that rape victims will inevitably suffer under your rhetoric.

I don’t think you take the topic of rape seriously at all. You’re the one who brought up rape first, I’m simply pointing out the fact that rape is notoriously difficult to prove & that rape victims will inevitably suffer under your rhetoric.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:05 PM

with your rhetoric rape victims would end up suffering one way or another.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:01 PM

I don’t share this black and white view of the world. I can be critical of something. I don’t want rape victims to suffer any further.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 11:53 AM

let prosecution cross question you and pray to god the jury believes you so you don’t have an actual answer to that. the accused can also wave his 5th amendment rights and give a testimony. i don’t think that rape victims should be further punished with jail sentences or fines.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 11:47 AM

the burden of proof is on you to prove that obviously, but how do you prove rape if there were no witnesses, physical injuries and there’s no video evidence?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 11:37 AM

i think DNA tests are a good practice, but in my opinion a fine already suffices though. so if a woman is raped, she needs to prove that she was raped how do you prove getting raped? the main reason why most victims don’t come forward is that rape is notoriously difficult to prove. if you don’t have any physical injuries and there are no witnesses or video evidence, how do you prove rape?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 11:30 AM

women are more sexually selective than men are, obviously. it’s possible that attractive guys are even more impatient, but that doesn’t erase the fact that young men are impatient overall. pain-fully’s reply is literally stating that it’s “all women’s fault”. my comment was a neutral statement, i wasn’t even being judgemental towards men. your sister’s story is an anecdote, i have lots of stories about men making terrible decisions to keep sexual access to their gfs etc. too
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 06:57 PM
3

they are often responding to their base level sexual desires yeah that generally applies to more hormonal young people and i’m not just talking about puberty because the 20’s are like peak fertility for both women and men. you believe that impatient guys are outliers but they’re simply not. for whatever reason you believe this applies only to women though lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/26 03:54 PM
3

good sex with an attractive guy lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/26 05:01 PM

we’re working with generalizations here, but the idea that young men are sexually impatient is nothing new at all which issue are you talking about here? i’m not struggling with what’s being discussed above

You are so obsessed with black dick that you are writing fanfiction now lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 06:30 PM
1

Ah yes, any woman falling in love with a black or biracial man can only be because of his dick size that you are assuming to be large. It kinda seems like you have an unhealthy obsession with black men’s genitals.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 06:25 PM
1

A physical quality that is not genitals. There’s a difference between large and slightly larger than average. I don’t have a white mother.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 06:12 PM
2

according to studies slightly larger than average is the most preferred dick size. now you’re bringing up height which is unrelated to our conversation about genitals.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 06:02 PM
1

same
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 06:00 PM

You can keep repeating those individual cases, it doesn’t change the data.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:51 PM

None of that changes anything about the fact that gender affirming care has reduced suicide rates in people with gender dysphoria.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:39 PM
1

Yes, suicide rates.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:31 PM

I 100% believe that there are size queens, I’m just not one of them. Us women have different anatomy amongst each other too. That’s not even true, many women openly admit to preferring larger dicks. For whatever reason you need to believe that I share that opinion too.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:30 PM
1

It’s funny that you believe that I haven’t already done my research on both of those topics. None of that changes anything about the fact that gender affirming care has reduced suicide rates in people with gender dysphoria.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:18 PM
1

Social dynamics are more complicated than face to face interactions. One way or another it involves me. So how exactly does this correlate to trans people transitioning?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:09 PM
1

I’m being honest. I didn’t want to have sex with him because of his large dick so I broke up with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 05:07 PM
2

You don’t get to tell me what I’m sexually aroused by. Who do you think you are? Believe whatever you want to believe, I don’t care about changing your mind. I was telling the truth, there’s no point in pursuing a relationship with someone who’s physically incompatible with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:58 PM
1

If it involves me it’s my business.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:57 PM
2

I personally don’t prefer larger dicks 😭 I’ve broken up with my high school bf over this, it just did not fit into me. Average or slightly smaller than average works best for my body. That’s true, you can’t see vaginas from the outside but then there’s also “innie” and “outie” vulvas etc. that men have a preference for.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:54 PM
1

What exactly is your issue here? Your “I get to tell other people how to live their lives” attitude is rampant throughout the entire world. It’s simply not my business that other people wanna transition LMFAO
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:47 PM
3

It’s definitely not 90%. Vaginas are not endless black holes. Most men would also say they have a preference for tight vaginas, is that wrong? I don’t think so
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:45 PM
6

I stated that young men don’t chase women who are not sexually available as hard, everything outside of that is your own interpretation. I’m saying they don’t necessarily mind a woman with a past and that they are unlikely to invest a lot of time and energy into a woman that wants to wait till marriage etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:43 PM
1

Calm down lol. This seems like a very emotionally charged topic for you. I do have a viewpoint, I’ve already explained it above. No matter what you might claim here, gender affirming care actually helps to reduce suicide rates for people with gender dysphoria.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:39 PM
1

Of course, but your viewpoint is not necessarily “clear”.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:22 PM
6

Obviously.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 04:13 PM
8

What exactly does your reply have to do with my comment above
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 03:59 PM
2

I won’t lol. a) you don’t know whether I will have kids anyways b) I’m not concerned about my potential future children transitioning. If that’s what they want to do that’s their choice, I don’t control their bodies. But you act like everything is about you. People make choices that you yourself disagree with and you want to make it about yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 03:56 PM
6

I mean that’s your personal preference, I was talking about men in a more general sense. Many are fine with attractive women with a past. The thing with chaste women is that they often are not in touch with their sexuality for whatever reason. Whether it’s sexual shame because of their upbringing, low libido, trauma etc. It’s one of the main reasons for dead bedroom situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 03:41 PM
2

I will never relate to people that want to control other people’s lives. As long as you’re not actively harming other human beings, as long as you are not impacting other people’s autonomy I could not care less. I’ve got other shit to worry about in my life. You’re not OP’s doctor or psychologist.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 03:39 PM
2

My statement above was not denying that some people might transition because of how society treats men or male bodies so I still don’t get the point of your replies
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 02:19 PM
5

What are you even talking about right now? OP is talking about how they started to hate their natural body because of how society treats female bodies
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 02:04 PM
5

well it’s more than just shit talk. look at all the religions teaching women to hide their physical traits simply because they are women etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 08:48 AM
25

very accurate observation. young men are impatient and they don’t chase women who are not sexually available as hard it’s not the chaste women that have orbiters. i can’t say i’ve ever seen a promiscuous (young) woman actually struggle to get into a committed relationship. and yes, young men often also enter serious relationships with these women. i can’t speak for older men, they might place less value on sexual access
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 08:23 AM

If you’re old and handsome, old and athletic, old and rich, old and exceptionally charismatic you can still date and marry young women probably but let’s not pretend that the older guys dating options would be as large as a handsome younger man’s dating options. a lot of young women are simply not into older men
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/26 08:14 AM
2

I think both men and women are allowed to have size preferences. Extremes on both ends are usually difficult, partners also need to be anatomically compatible
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/26 12:15 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/26 01:18 PM

It doesn’t really matter what you see yourself as lol, we’re talking about the entire species here. Your personal opinion on that doesn’t matter to the science of biology. I agree, nobody wants to be a bad example. And yet, they will most likely think that we were ignorant fools with some cool inventions here and there.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/26 08:54 AM

Sex has health benefits and on top of it it’s also a physical activity
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 08:30 PM

Well no, historians and biologists don’t agree with you that monogamy was the norm for all of those 300,000 years. And serial monogamy is also not the same thing as marriage for life What is good culture? Will our descendants in 250,000 years say that we had “good culture”? We are promiscuous apes. Not quite as promiscuous as Bonobos and Chimpanzees but we are promiscuous. And every single culture attempting to change that will fail.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 03:58 PM

Like disrespect to them What do you think happened in 300,000 years of homo sapiens existence
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 01:18 PM

Can your biology differentiate between sex for fun and sex for reproduction? Can your psyche? This was one of your first questions that i’m referring to. People’s biology quite literally does differentiate
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 12:48 PM
2

Yes it literally has been pushed by mainstream feminism? conservative women are making fun of feminist women for wanting to split bills
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 12:41 PM
2

I’m very sorry to hear that, I hope you can gain some confidence. Life is too short to miss out on such experiences (if that’s what you’re interested in) and i’m sure that any man asking to eat you out would enjoy it too. I wonder if cultural and age demographic factors play into this as well, I have a feeling that younger men are more willing to perform oral sex on women
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 12:05 PM

I did not argue that oxytocin is not beneficial for offspring survival, whether we’re referring to pair bonding or group bonding like in bonobos. And yet sex still won’t result in offspring if the individual is not fertile.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:56 AM
2

maybe it’s because you’re engaging in an act that leads to the propagation and continuation of life it objectively can’t if you’re not fertile
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:17 AM
1

thank you!
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:16 AM
2

in my opinion it’s a mix of bad sex education/ignorance and sometimes selfishness. the reason why women in same sex couples have more orgasms is that the clitoris is usually the main focus of sex
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:15 AM
3

do you have a study on that?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:13 AM
3

This logic only makes sense if you ignore the fact that women get their menopause at a certain age and yet they continue to have sex. clearly sex in primates is not only for reproductive purposes from a biological standpoint this also applies to any sex during her non fertile window of the month.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:10 AM
0

fyi the g-spot scientifically doesn’t exist, however the distance between the vaginal wall and the internal structure of the clitoris is often too far apart in women to be able to have orgasms from penetration alone. it’s common
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:07 AM
2

really? has this sub never discussed that penetrative sex is not super effective when it comes to causing female orgasms?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 11:04 AM

I don’t think mostly applies to regret, some might regret it but most actually do have fun that’s why they keep doing it
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/26 10:58 AM

Idk, attractive women usually have attractive husbands too

that certain ‘red pill’ ideas are not true, others do bring results though (like working out, losing weight etc.)
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 09:23 AM

Did you entirely skip the second sentence
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 09:19 AM

well followers of astrology certainly believe it actually generates results the part about ‘red pill’ ideology that’s true is that appearance matters. both for men and for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 09:16 AM
2

I actually agree with you. Some people need to deconstruct their kinks & realize that not all of them are healthy expressions of sexuality. I think in a lot of cases, women’s sexuality is repressed, many women feel too ashamed to express their desires towards another person. Essentially they see being a more active, involved sexual partner as ‘slutty’ and they try to avoid that shame by making up scenarios where the control is entirely out of their hands. That’s my theory at least
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 06:35 AM
1

i genuinely don’t understand your point … not getting sexually assaulted is beneficial for women. not committing sexual assault themselves is beneficial for women. “that doesn’t change the setting” making people feel more comfortable is changing the setting. It’s already been explained to you before but CNC means consensual non consent, so you don’t just do that out of nowhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 06:28 AM
1

and never give any reason isn’t the reason obvious? so that no one commits sexual assault?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 05:35 AM

i mean that’s your definition. revealing clothes can be pretty for others lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 07:35 PM
2

but what would a straight man wear to feel sexy? very fair question, i’m not an expert when it comes to men’s fashion but i think taking a look at what male celebs & hot guy influencers wear might help? not just the clothes, but also their hair cuts, how did they style their hair, nicely shaped beard maybe, some guys even get their eyebrows done at the barber. oh and perfume maybe! but again, you might personally feel sexy in something completely different. i was referring more to current beauty…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 07:08 PM
81

I mean women also dress nice (including revealing dresses, short skirts) for women only events? I don’t think it’s odd at all that people enjoy getting praised for their fashion & appearance from both genders
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 06:07 PM
2

i hope you can learn to have a more neutral stance towards male sexuality why would anyone have a neutral stance towards unwanted sexual advances? sounds like a tough way to live many women prefer that over tolerating how male sexuality causes many men to behave.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 10:02 AM

pretty spot on
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 09:48 AM

Elliot Rodger and Alek Minassian, both of whom identified as Incels and committed mass murder targeting women and/or couples, are two high profile examples. I don’t think you’re qualified enough to determine what is sexual & what isn’t. If i followed your logic there also wouldn’t be anything sexual about breast and butt tissue. It would simply be pragmatic and calculating of men to have a preference for adipose tissue of this kind. A woman that would be useful, a good tool in the grand scheme of evolution.

Posture, attitude, the way he moves. Many women prefer men that act dominant, they think it’s sexy. Physically? Broad shoulders, a bit of muscle. Edit: What I often observe is that women practice their make up skills & fashion in order to appear more sexy while men start working out to be considered more attractive

have you ever considered the idea that men find a specific body fat ratio hot in women, so skin tight pants would show off the shape of her butt, the adipose tissue of her butt. (because the storing of fat causes benefits to the neurodevelopment of fetuses due to very long fatty acid chains) Women are not looking for a specific adipose tissue ratio in men, men are not the ones going through pregnancy. They are looking for signs of physical strength, especially upper body strength. Which is exact…

Why do you think they have sexy concepts for music videos? there are many other factors at play with Kpop (or boybands), mainly popularity you’re once again using the explanation that they’re famous because they’re famous, that is nonsensical. and the marketing they have done for them right, marketing is impo…

As for why you seem so convinced that every man was just pretending to not know is an unknown to me It’s genuinely confusing as a woman. /r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 11:57 AM

Today on PPD I learned that bonobo behavior is irrelevant to human behavior (in comparison to chimpanzees) because they are tree dwelling. Wow, why haven’t my professors ever told me this
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 11:48 AM

We are equally closely related to bonobos and chimpanzees. If bonobos don’t matter then chimpanzees don’t either. Chimpanzees don’t practice forced intercourse nearly as frequently as humans. We don’t use the term “rape” in relation to other animals, and instead speak of “forced copulation.” This behavior is wholly absent in bonobos for the simple reason that the females collectively dominate the males. But also in chimpanzees, which are male-dominated, it is exceedingly rare https://3quarksdail…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 11:29 AM

Again, wrong. Female sexual selection is a well documented fact. “There is no evolutionary relevance to women enjoying sex” Ah yeah that’s why bonobo females are so incredibly hypersexual, because it has no evolutionary relevance.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 11:19 AM

Many biologists disagree with that stance, it’s a highly debated topic. There are very, very few structures in our bodies that serve no purpose. And as we can see, the clitoris is the erogenous organ in the female body. It would simply not be beneficial for our species if women didn’t enjoy sex. Due to the nature of giving birth our vaginas themselves can’t have too many nerve endings, that would make the whole process even more unbearable. The clitoris is the perfect structure to solve this iss…

/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/23 12:00 AM

Naming incorrect arguments doesn’t count as “valid points”. You appear to not understand that the clitoris is in fact far bigger than it’s external structure and that the internal structure (the larger part overall) is very close to the vaginal wall. The clitoris quite literally gets stimulated through the vagina.

All this bullsh!t dancing around this simple biological fact (test0steron3) with “women have always been the selectors” […] is just further obscuring the facts That is also a basic biological fact. The sex that has a higher parental investment is going to be more selective, and as shown in other species, it can also be males (seahorses for example). But yes, testosterone makes men more horny.

Yes, I am. Those two franchises both have dedicted fanbases. It doesn’t matter how you feel about Bridgerton or Marvel. Besides, Bridgerton is an entire book series, comparable to the fact that Marvel movies are based on comics.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 10:29 AM

Marvel is also vapid garbage, the examples weren’t about quality but about popular franchises.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 10:18 AM
3

No, it really doesn’t. That’s why I specifically said masculine coded interests. Exactly, a lot of these interests actually have a more mixed fanbase. Gay men are a very small minority of the male population. If you want my example to be more precise, how often do you see heterosexual women with masculine coded interests in comparison to heterosexual men with feminine coded interests
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 10:07 AM

On a scale of masculine coded to feminine coded interests women’s interests are more diverse. How often are you gonna see a guy being into bridgerton and kpop compared to a girl being into marvel and gaming
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/23 09:52 AM

Because women’s interests are more diverse. Even if you look at children’s toy choices and the kind of play they engage with, girls are much more likely to engage with masculine coded toys and behaviors than the other way around. The lifetime prevalence of rape, physical violence and/or stalking by an intimate partner is extremely high in the lesbian, gay and bisexual community with lesbian women (43.8%), gay men (26%), bisexual women (61.1%), and bisexual men (37.3%) reporting experiencing this violence, compared to heterosexual women (35%) and heterosexual men (29%). 61.1% prevalence for bisexual women vs 43.8% for lesbian women vs 35% for heterosexual women Among women who experienced rape, physical violence and/or st…

“Same sex attracted women experience more domestic violence” True, however the majority of same sex attracted women are bisexual women who are overwhelmingly being abused in heterosexual relationships. In fact, bisexual women are more likely than heterosexual women to be abused in a hetero relationship.

Interestingly lots of bird comparisons. Is there anything you think they get right? Certainly the parental investment/sexual selectivity theory Well one thing I think is different is that we have the expectation that we share our finances Or that pair bonding behavior needs to be permanent I get this from an individual standpoint but I was talking more about the general concept of pair bonds in nature The “red pill” concept of pair bonds doesn’t really correlate with the actual reality of it

Generally I can recommend everyone to dive a bit deeper into primatology. I’m often seeing comparisons to other species that we’re not closely related to. One of the most extreme examples I’ve seen on here were discussions about pair bonding. I’m not sure how they’ve come to the conclusion that pair bonding means being sexually exclusive, this doesn’t apply to most other animals that form social pairs either. Or that pair bonding behavior needs to be permanent etc. Not to mention the interesting…

Yes, a reason, not necessarily an evolutionary one. If it was evolutionary it would be universal throughout human culture. That’s the criteria that biologists use to determine whether certain traits etc. have evolutionary roots.

cannibalism for the win
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/23 04:31 PM

To a certain degree. There is no evolutionary reason for why associate the color pink with girls (which was originally associated with male babies) it’s simply a social construct, a product of culture. To claim that all aspects of a certain culture have evolutionary roots is plain wrong.

You’re legitimately just arguing for seperatism
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 12:39 PM

I do not like to use generalizations during discussions about such complex topics. A singular man’s sexuality could be dirty in practice due to typical porn brain and that situation can feel dehumanizing to a woman. Absolutely. If he doesn’t care about her actual pleasure and well being then that is degrading to her
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 12:34 PM

Yeah, the view that male sexuality is naturally dirty leads to the result that some women may feel like hetero sex is dehumanizing. I don’t see how you can compare the amount of anti-abortion texans to the amount of abusive men, PPD always emphasizes that it’s only a small minority of men who commit such acts. Being anti-abortion seems to be quite common in Texas.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 12:23 PM

No, that is not a default outlook. What is most commonly being criticized is the way men are taught to replicate violent pornography from a young age, not that heterosexual sex itself is inherently dehumanizing. Either promiscuous women only have sex with men they don’t find gross or engaging in so much heterosexual intercourse affects their self esteem. I’ve seen both cases.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 12:08 PM

The idea that men are inherently gross and that heterosexual intercourse is always dehumanizing for women is an extreme radical feminist view. Followers of this ideology do think badly about women who crave so much male sexual attention. You would be surprised about the way radfems talk about women in heterosexual relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 11:51 AM

Saying that about heterosexual dating in general is an extremist radical feminist view, not a mainstream one at all. I don’t understand how you have come to the conclusion that anyone enjoys these things. Women like the positives of dating men, they obviously do not like the potential risks. If someone likes to play soccer, does that mean they enjoy the potential risk of serious injuries?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 11:32 AM

a) What does that have to do with me b) I seriously doubt that my view is that rare amongst women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 11:25 AM

Did I claim it wasn’t some sort of privilege? It comes with it’s downsides of course, but I can see how that is simply an inherent advantage when it comes to dating etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 11:18 AM

It’s gross how you frame the act of women engaging in sex. Male sexuality isn’t “dirty”, if a woman having sex with men makes her a “human fleshlight” then that would apply to all heterosexual intercourse, even in relationships. Edit: Just because women are limited in the way they can engage in sex due to their anatomy (taking the active, penetrating role etc) doesn’t mean that it’s a humiliating action to have sex as a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 11:05 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 12:39 AM

I’m aware of these changes. My phrasing was hyperbolic. The fact remains that Germany should have started with reforms for vetted immigration way sooner and that CDU definitely didn’t do enough in that regard this past decade. You’re also underestimating how difficult it is for professionals from developing countries to immigrate here. Regardless, I was arguing in favor of vetted immigration.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 11:39 PM

It’s the body of another individual. It doesn’t matter whether the contract is some sort of supernatural cult ritual, that still doesn’t grant someone the right to infringe on someone else’s autonomy. “No one would actually support that in real life” Welcome to reality. Exactly, human rights shouldn’t infringe on other people’s rights. And yet I’ve had a few people in this comment section arguing that the right to get access to health care somehow infringes on other people’s autonomy since they …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 11:08 PM
2

And I never claimed it was a Germany specific issue. I don’t know why you keep bringing up unregulated mass immigration because I was never arguing in favor of that. Germany’s demographic change requires massive amounts of foreign doctors regardless of mass immigration. The point is, we still need improved reforms for vetted immigration which the conservative CDU hasn’t been able to implement in 15 years of ruling.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 10:57 PM

We don’t have enough doctors in this country. That is 100% our issue.

No, I don’t believe that everyone is arguing for that
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 10:43 PM

You do need to invest in that to attract more qualified professionals because as of right now, Germany isn’t necessarily the most popular place to immigrate. Germany needs to compete with other industrial countries for these workers. As someone who actually lives in Germany and knows many engineers and doctors from newly industrializing nations and developing countries, there are many difficulties. The reforms were for vetted immigration. As mentioned above, our current system of vetted immigrat…

/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 10:08 PM
2

I’m not lying at all. If you legitimately believe that the AFD would ever genuinely support Germany investing more into any form of immigration then I can’t help you lol. The AFD also claims they’re a democratic party. Every single time politicians try to reform the immigration system in favor of vetted immigration the conservative opposition ends up being a hindrance. With the exception of the FDP, since they are more libertarian.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 10:07 PM
2

No I wasn’t. Right wing parties in my country are actively trying to minimize opportunities for vetted immigration. They just don’t want foreigners, no matter if it’s economically nonsensical. Edit: I have to consider that I’m probably talking to Americans and that the USA and Republicans do have a different approach to immigration.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:44 PM

That’s not a change of topics at all - these men feel like they have the right to another person’s body. Let’s say there is a general right to sex. How would you enforce that human right?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:26 PM

Exactly, people are more honest about their own thoughts on anonymous platforms. How does any of that contradict my initial point?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:19 PM

No, there are legitimately people out there that believe they have a right to another person’s body. Either through sex work that is covered by health care or more traditional systems like forced marriage. He’s 100% allowed to think that way. He can leave the relationship at any point that he wants. Just like how she’s allowed to leave the relationship if her libido doesn’t match his and she doesn’t want to engage in things like maintenance sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 09:03 PM

Okay, that’s selection bias. It’s not a boogeyman, there are people out there that legitimately believe this. It’s often phrased differently in religious communities for example. “Tradcons” who believe they have a right to a wife and that marital rape isn’t real. That women have to serve their husbands by pleasing all of their sexual demands and that divorce is not an option etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 08:58 PM

yeah, the same internet that is often a breeding ground for radicalized ideologies.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 08:37 PM

That’s not what I was referring to. I was referring to some people claiming that having access to another person’s body is a right.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:51 PM

No. No they are not. Using your body to work, where you can also choose from a variety of jobs is nowhere near as trauma inducing as being raped. I don’t have an ounce of patience for such arguments.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:49 PM

Was I talking about unregulated migration?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:44 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:30 PM
3

I’m not really sure from which country’s point of view you’re talking from. I grew up in Germany and the left here has never opposed immigration to the same degree that conservatives and far right supporters have. The argument that migrants disrupt social security systems was and still is a conservative talking point here. West Germany’s economy would not have been able to rebuild itself after WW2 without increased immigration and migrants bringing over their families. Yeah, hopefully someone wi…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 07:08 PM

You’re going completely off topic. Yes, obviously social security systems have flaws and we don’t know whether they are going to be viable solutions in the next decades. What we do know is that these systems have worked for quite a while. I really don’t care about this conversation about taxes to be honest. You’re pointing out flaws of the system, sure, doesn’t mean it hasn’t been efficient so far.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:54 PM

European countries investing in more immigration would improve the situation but conservatives don’t really like this approach. Yeah, increased waiting time is common.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:49 PM

That’s an incredibly individualistic standpoint and I disagree with that. Obviously the tax based system has flaws. It causes less issues than no social security system though. I wouldn’t want to live in a society where everyone fends for themselves. The difference between labor and sex/intimacy becomes interesting if you look at sex work.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:43 PM

You’re constantly talking about health care and the right to housing. Based on that I assumed you were american. What I do know is that tax based health care systems work well & that paying taxes is hardly trauma inducing.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:36 PM

I’m not american and I literally do not care about your definition of freedom.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:31 PM

being forced to pay money and being forced to let someone else use your body are hardly comparable. again, with that chain of logic you can justify illegal organ theft or forced surrogacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:29 PM

Thankfully that opinion isn’t mainstream, that doesn’t change anything about the fact that this rhetoric is dangerous and spreading incredibly fast.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:26 PM

I have legitimately seen men on the internet claiming this. I don’t know what to tell you. 100%, no one should be denied the search for love, sex and intimacy. It really isn’t a leftist talking point when right wing supporters often claim they have a right to a wife, a right to a female body and sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:25 PM

Those who claim otherwise tend to be women themselves who have actually experienced their own libido.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:19 PM

Might help some people, although most men actually want to feel desired and/or share intimacy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:08 PM

With the same logic you can also justify illegal organ trade. I don’t have the patience for this.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 06:04 PM

They always end up making that argument. As if anyone should get special treatment for not being a fucking rapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/23 05:54 PM

I do believe that sex and intimacy greatly improve the physical and mental health for people. The issue I take with the “sex is a need” phrasing is that many seem to use it to proclaim that access to another person’s body is somehow a human right.

Mhh the topic is actually a bit more complex. In apes it’s actually females who adorn themselves more than the males of the species, unlike colorful male birds for example. Obviously women spend a lot of time and effort when it comes to fashion, make up and jewelry etc. Similar behavior can also be observed in female chimpanzees and bonobos who will adorn themselves with leaves etc. and create a certain “look” Doesn’t mean that men don’t have to put in more effort when it comes to active courtin…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 09:44 PM

You’re absolutely insane. No one cuts of their butt meat because they “don’t like it” anymore. “feminism purposes” as if feminism teaches women to hate their natural bodies. Burning bras and not shaving are literally in celebration of the natural state of the female body.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 07:58 PM

As my evolutionary biology professor said: “Males are nothing but sperm dispensers.”

What ok? They might still be horny but sex is a reciprocal act to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 09:32 AM

I have never had maintenance sex in my entire life and I will never have maintenance sex lol. Yeah, people in relationships have the most sex because they’re exclusive and (should) desire each other sexually.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 08:22 AM

… this is so gross. thankfully there’s decent guys out there that don’t even desire sex if you’re not interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/23 08:18 AM
3

These examples are all true but you also need to acknowledge that the pressure on women to be sexually appealing is far more intense. People do a lot of things out of necessity, to make money. Wouldn’t really call this “free choice”.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/23 11:26 PM

I mean, some professions require women to wear make up. For many social events women are expected to wear it. You certainly also feel that social pressure as a teenager.

I've seen many women complain about unrealistic beauty standards and how there's an expectation imposed on women to wear make up. But at the same time, many women also argue that they don't wear make up for men, they wear it for themselves. These 2 complaints directly contradict each other. The first one is radical feminist theory, the second one is a liberal feminist stance. These two ideologies often contradict each other. I think the reason they complain about it is to use it as an excuse whe…

The issue is that these conversations always derail into extremes. Historically you’ve had society supressing female sexuality, quite literally sending women to psych wards for “female hysteria” and on the other hand you now have people claiming that the sex drive of men and women is exactly the same, despite the biological differences between the sexes.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/23 08:05 PM

Yeah, it’s mostly the muslim and jewish communities. Based on what I’ve read, it seems like antisemitism (+ islamophobia) played a role in why circumcision was looked down upon in large parts of europe
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/23 12:24 PM

The US is interesting in that regard because most white people in europe do not practice male circumcision while it’s far more prevalent in immigrant communities
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/23 12:05 PM

Agreed. I guess it’s due to the long history of male circumcision
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/23 12:03 PM

But this is incredibly culturally enforced. Here in Germany circumcised penises aren’t the norm and most women are quite frankly weirded out by circumcised ones.

Lmao, he claims to have a degree in Bio Research but at the same time also said that “it’s a biological fact that women age faster than men”. The only thing that is a fact is that women have less collagen in their skin which is why we develop wrinkles etc. earlier than men. Maybe he also referred to fertility as a criteria and women do get menopause. But that is just one biological marker of age. Women have longer telomeres (end caps of DNA) than men, telomere length is relevant for healthy long…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:48 PM

Oh, I do know about the differences, I also believe that the female orgasm is more intense. Hm, I wouldn’t devalue the male orgasm like that though. And yes many women can have the orgasm after orgasm Not the majority though. That’s why I said most women.

Yes, I am concerned about these developments and I’m by far not the only one. You’re once again making sweeping generalizations and assumptions to justify your lack of empathy for them. “They’re bad people, they had it coming!” Even if it was due to a character flaw (a minor one at that) the real question is, why do you get enjoyment out of other people getting emotionally hurt

One or a few incidents that do not reflect the entirety of objective reality. Based on my experience I could claim that at least 1/3rd of men are physically violent towards their wives. I know that official statistics do not reflect this and that it is highly unlikely, that my subjective experience truly reflects the actual reality of the situation in the west. My anecdotal evidence is most likely just a product of my personal environment.

Good question. Obviously, being a good lover is just gonna make you more attractive to her. If you really want to find a gf that has the same views about sex and prefers to wait then I think it’s worth it to miss out on some potential relationships. If the quicker approach to sexual intimacy doesn’t bother you that much then why not show off your skills?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/23 07:22 PM

Women are totally into height, but not to the degree that some people on here claim. Exactly, difference in height is a sexually dimorphic trait. It’s not that hard for a man to be taller than a woman.

Yes, by observing heart frequency and pupil dilation. I don’t see how romantic love as a whole is supposed to measurable but regardless, bisexual is simply a descriptor which is defined as sexual attraction to both sexes. Being able to get intimate with someone else is affected by a variety of factors including internalized homophobia etc. Which still doesn’t change anything about the measurable sexual arousal. What would you call someone like myself who can’t compartmentalize love and sex? You …
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 10:07 PM

That is why I used the term bisexual, sexual attraction towards both sexes, I wasn’t even getting into the romantic aspect. If you are aroused by the opposite sex you are not homosexual. You are bisexual with a preference for the same sex. And that’s exactly why I said that it doesn’t really matter what people identify as, since sexual arousal is measurable.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 09:43 PM

Bisexuality is simply a descriptor of sexual attraction to both sexes. Biologists do use that term as a scientific descriptor. Because too many people do not want to admit they experience same sex attraction. Internalized homophobia is a very real issue in our society.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 09:30 PM

I never claimed that. Yet, why would I make a choice that puts me and my offspring at a disadvantage? The world doesn’t need to revolve around me for me to make this choice about my personal life. You might interpret it as selfish but that still doesn’t change anything about the effectiveness of female mating strategies. I can also accept that this strategy can be defined as selfish, that’s not an issue for me. In the same sense living is selfish since you need to consume others to survive.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 09:17 PM

It was an analogy. The mating strategy is still a product of evolution. I literally don’t care if it’s selfish or not. Why would I be scared to admit it

Is it selfish and solipsistic that we consume living beings in order to survive? Certain vegans and vegetarians do share that opinion but there’s no point in trying to view evolutionary mechanisms from a moral standpoint. (Doesn’t mean you can’t reduce the consumption of species that are capable of feeling pain etc.)
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 04:25 PM

It doesn’t matter what they “identify” as when they’re sexually aroused by their own sex. a measurable factor. self reported studies about sexuality are pretty much unreliable.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 12:56 PM

mating strategies aren’t supposed to be fair, they’re supposed to be evolutionary advantageous.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/23 11:32 AM

But why does this psychological implication bother certain people so much? I don’t get it. The pill is the go-to med for any hormonal or uterus related issue. We’re all adults, most people are going to have sex, why the secrecy Edit: I guess it’s a similar social norm to women being expected to hide their period products for no solid reason at all? we’re discussing sexual orientation here. if someone finds >female genitals< unappealing overall it is very unlikely that they are fully heterosexual. of course, people have preferences when it comes to the appearance of a partner’s genitals. a preference for the appearance of a specific type of genital (either male or female sexual anatomy) is different from general attraction to a type of genital.

I don’t have a feeling of being safer. I am safer If everyone else is owning a gun as well you are not safer. Guns are weapons made to kill people. They will cause harm. different countries have different cultures america is not vastly different from the rest of the west. I said that violent criminals need to be permanently removed after their 1st offense Maybe I was misunderstanding things, but the violent part wasn’t only referring to gun violence was it? You feel safer if you are allowed to own a gun, however the reality is that you aren’t. I like to see results. I know which methods in countering gun crime are working, as many other countries have already proven. We both agree that repeat offenders are unlikely to be rehabilitated, I’m not even trying to argue about that. The rest however … what you’re suggesting here is highly experimental, i’m not sure if it’s even in accordance with human rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:57 PM

Members of the average population can fall for extremist ideology though. Also, average population referred more to average income No, the hard hitting solution would be banning guns. Mental health treatment is just additional support in countering terrorism or violent crime in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:45 PM

And where did I argue for the abolishment of prisons or similar institutions? These entities are necessary, just as much as more accessible mental health care for the average population. I made a comparison to germany in my comment above.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:38 PM

I don’t think I need to mention that in order to decrease violent crime overall the average population also needs better access to mental health programs etc. I do know that american mental health programs actually have better success rates than german ones for example, but therapy etc. is also very expensive and not accessible to everyone. America would be a significantly less violent place if guns were banned.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 06:27 PM

Obviously. And yet we still have to deal with these incidents from time to time. I don’t see why ideology isn’t to blame

/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:49 PM

It’s a pretty comprehensive .pdf, I don’t understand the issue. There are no “original” thoughts on this topic because so many people have been trying to solve it, with different degrees of success.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:43 PM

Soft counter terrorism is effective but obviously not the only solution https://www.ipinst.org/wp-content/uploads/publications/a_new_approach_epub.pdf
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:34 PM

Exactly, I don’t see how we shouldn’t blame the ideology itself though. Banning an ideology is obviously not enough, massive deradicalization efforts are necessary
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:18 PM

Yes you can certainly ban guns but even countries with hard gun restrictions have had shootings that were inspired by nazi or “incel” ideology
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 05:09 PM

Social hierarchies were indeed more rigid in the past but I still wouldn’t compare the profits that the average upper class person made to that of lower class men. Besides all of the injuries, diseases and high death toll that lower class men had to struggle with.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 04:26 PM

I understand wanting to receive flowers lol. The issue with these gendered gestures is that women don’t receive nearly as many social consequences for showing masculine traits
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 03:19 PM

it’s crazy how effective this sort of brainwashing is
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/23 02:57 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 10:55 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 10:48 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 08:51 PM

I want to add that while it’s true that no other country has such an extreme mass shooting problem, these incel ideology based shootings are also becoming more common in europe. I’ll be real with you, I don’t think we should treat these online groups any differently than extremist islamist online groups. I don’t see why “incels” should receive special treatment. At the end of the day there’s a lot of overlap in their rhetoric and motivation. That’s also part of the reason why Andrew Tate “conver…

Humans are primates, no matter how much we want to remove ourselves from them. Yes, our last common ancestor with bonobos and chimpanzees lived several million years ago, yet we obviously share a lot of traits with them. A few millions of years is not a lot in evolutionary terms. You can not understand humans without trying to understand other primates, especially apes, as well. Male sexual aggression is not a trait that only appears in homo sapiens. Looking at how other female apes handle this …

Sex toys are fine, if they resemble humans too much they give off uncanny valley vibes lol. Masturbating by yourself is a non-issue for most relationships. I always wonder, do men who seriously dislike it when their female partner uses sex toys also dislike her using her fingers?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 02:25 PM

I would argue that the nuclear family is a central aspect of that dynamic but sure, maybe I used the term wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 01:25 PM
1

I believe it’s possible to achieve both but overall, the influence that a support group can have if you live removed from them is lower. They can’t intervene in the moment if anything happens. The rest is a misinterpretation of my comment. The solitary life style of female orang-utans is exactly what also increases their likelihood of getting sexually assaulted. We need a mixed gender support system overall.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 01:20 PM
1

As i said, I use the term nuclear family very loosely. It’s about the concept of a man and woman sharing a home alone or with kids. Not in larger groups or even sex segregated groups etc. It’s also not a solitary lifestyle (as seen in orang-utans)

I disagree with it not being detrimental since male sexual aggression isn’t inherent to the human species, we observe similar behavior in other apes with very different outcomes. Again, that does not mean we should ignore other factors. No, you don’t only need understanding sentiment, that’s true. But that’s exactly why bonobo females physically lash out at misbehaving males as a group. Agree to disagree here, we both agree that mixed support system are overall important.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 12:00 PM

Humans vastly overestimate how much they differ from other apes, I also wasn’t talking about monkeys I was specifically referring to apes. I don’t see why we should ignore the knowledge that we have received from primatology. I didn’t say that male-female cohabitation was the only factor that causes our high domestic violence rates, I said it factors into it. Social issues amongst humans are of course very, very complex. Because women can relate much easier to other women, especially regarding t…

No, I do not believe that all men have these abusive traits, most men don’t. But a significant amount does & cohabitation simply increases the risks of becoming a victim. I’ll agree with you regarding men needing to support the women in their lives as well, especially family members. I don’t believe that changes anything about the significance of female only support groups. There are so many factors that play into this and yeah, mental health is one of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/23 11:29 AM

Of course I will compare human behavior to bonobo and chimpanzee behavior, we’re all closely related. And yes, the entire topic of violence against women is far more complex in reality and I would have to write an entire book about it to even explain the basics. Overall I’m trying to say that female support systems are incredibly important to protect yourself against male aggression. I’m obviously not trying to blame any woman that struggles with making friends.

The nuclear family is the best way to raise children Did I disagree with that stance in my above comment? I already said it significantly increases success chances of the offspring but at the cost of women having a higher risk of becoming victims of violence. I based my claim on official rape statistics. “Most rape is committed by someone the victim knows. In the United States, the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) has reported that 45 percent of sexual assaults are committed by an a…

I didn’t say that nuclear families always result in domestic violence. I said that the nuclear family aka male-female cohabitation (without strong female only groups) increases the risk for violence against women.

I love that you made so many wrong assumptions about my personal views. I desire to have children, I desire to start a family with my boyfriend some day. Logically I know that this comes with huge risks for myself. I have seen no solid evidence that male-female cohabitation without solid female only groups doesn’t factor into increased violence against women.

the mental health of kids who grew up in homes with domestic violence also isn’t particularly good. but of course, if there aren’t any issues in the parents’ relationship it’s best for the child to be raised by both of their parents.

The nuclear family is one of the factors that increases violence against women. Sexual assault perpetrators are most often a person that the victim already knows, they’re often even intimate partners. On one hand the “nuclear family” (i use that term more loosely) increased the survival and success chances of their offspring, on the other hand it has serious structural disadvantages for women. Looking at other primates, especially those most closely related to us, forced intercourse and domestic…

Yes. It is scary. Because men simply have a higher potential for physical violence. That doesn’t just apply to male homo sapiens, that applies to all male apes. Amazing logic there. Contrary to popular belief, I also associate lots of islamist online spaces with the manosphere, it’s just not a culturally christian one. And yet they repeat a very similar rhetoric. Should everyone and the government stop “snooping around” in their online spaces and leave them alone? No. Because they pose a threat.

Some do discover their actual libido after going off of it, especially if they started taking it during their teenage years. But I’ve also often heard women who were never on birth control saying that they are really horny while menstruating
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/23 05:15 PM

You don’t ovulate during your placebo week … like that’s the whole point of taking the pill The bleeding during the placebo week is also technically not an actual menstruation because ovulation did not occur.

Teenagers want to be fashionable. What’s the need for male students to show up with $150-$250 nike shoes? When I was in middle school all the guys would wear their pants baggy. The main focus was of course their underwear. Everyone had to own a pair of Calvin Klein boxers. Will the person’s scholastic performance suffer? No it won’t. Also haven’t met any male student in Germany being bothered by the way girls dress in school during summer.

I don’t understand why you believe this is a race thing. My sister and I are both mixed race, but since she has a darker complexion others only see her as black. It has far more to do with your upbringing, if your parents pushed you towards academic perfectionism etc. These circumstances are more prevalent in the middle class and upper class but that doesn’t make the issue any less serious. /r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:42 AM

Sex can simply be used as a method of self-harming, similar to cutting yourself. People enjoy the pain etc. but it also leaves psychological damage. Sometimes people don’t even realize they subconsciously seek out methods to self harm. And agreed, that’s definitely not specific to BDSM.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 10:53 PM
1

I don’t believe that’s enough. Again, the damage that you can cause is constantly underestimated. I don’t agree with your last part. It might be a generational difference, but amongst young gen z adults I’m seeing far more people being shamed for being “vanilla” than the other way around. I also don’t see much introspection regarding their interest in BDSM in this particular group.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 10:31 PM
1

I obviously agree with the first part, additionally I believe that the sex partners themselves need to be knowledgeable enough about psychotherapy to even attempt something like this. The damage that you can cause is often underestimated. Yes, it can help some people. But in discussions about coping mechanisms we also need to acknowledge potential risks.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 09:56 PM
1

I did not argue it was the only cause, my point was that it shouldn’t be disregarded as a contributing factor. In my honest opinion, I do not believe that most people engaging in BDSM as a coping mechanism are well equipped enough to accomplish the desired results. Being into BDSM is one thing, actually being knowledgeable about psychology and psychotherapy is another. The vast majority are amateurs. And yes, if BDSM is used as a coping mechanism it falls under a form of therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 09:47 PM
1

A great deal of people who are into BDSM have a history of abuse. I don’t understand why people turn off their critical thinking skills when it comes to kink. Is it really a healthy coping mechanism? It’s a very controversial topic amongst mental health experts, for good reason. While it might work for some, others are just putting themselves in a constant loop of retraumatization.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/23 09:28 PM
1

Misogyny is not a kink. It’s simply abuse. One could argue that abusing others can be a fetish for some. I don’t think I need to explain that these behavioral traits are dangerous.

Buddy, you can complain as much as you want. These sexual behaviors are hard wired into us. (Of course, there are exceptions to every rule) If you desire “masculine” sexual behavior then date men or invest a lot of your time into finding a woman with high libido + spontaneous desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/23 09:05 AM

lack of libido. i know it might be difficult to understand if you’ve never experienced it yourself but if you have a low libido it’s simply not something that your brain immediately/often thinks of. i had to take medication for a while that severely affected my libido and it was quite unusual for me to mostly rely on responsive desire despite the fact that i still enjoyed sex/intimacy

So yeah, the vast majority of marriages have a 1-5 years age gap difference
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/23 07:31 AM

What’s the definition of older men here? I personally don’t think marriages with a difference of 1-5 years include “older men”. The majority of women in their early 20s is not attracted to men in their thirties. Overall, women dislike less mature men a lot though

I still don’t understand why so many people on here assume that it’s the amount of sexual partners someone had, that is the determining factor which decides whether someone is interested or the type for long term relationships and not simply … their personality. people who are less interested in long term relationships are also more likely to have had lots of changing sexual partners

Many American women have made traumatizing experiences with men. Guys on PPD constantly underestimate just how common it is. Yeah, I believe they were homophobic for no logical reason. Heterosexual men are just as likely to be pedophiliac. I’m not telling you to be understanding towards these women. I’m saying that these women don’t want to have anything to do with men like you & you clearly don’t like them either. For these women, the outcome couldn’t be better.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/23 09:28 AM

homophobia and transphobia are legitimate misnomers. homo- and transagression are more accurate. these people haven’t been traumatized by gay or trans people, they simply hate them. it’s not an actual phobia. i was assuming you weren’t talking about misandry but about legit androphobia, a fear of men caused by traumatizing experiences

The “g spot” is just the internal structure of the clitoris. So a) the men’s penis size is relevant to stimulate it but also b) the internal part of the clit needs to be close enough to the vaginal wall to get stimulated in the first place. For most women a vaginal orgasm just isn’t anatomically possible.

[ Furthermore, if ancestral women had never engaged in short-term mating, men could not have evolved the powerful desire for sexual variety (Smith, 1984). That desire, if mating were consensual rather than forced, required the existence of some willing women some of the time. An important fact has been missing or downplayed in theoretical accounts of human sexual strategies. Women's non-monogamous mating is the hidden side of women's sexuality.] [The first is physiological evidence of a history …

3

Bro, you do not know more about this subject than actual professionals. You can keep repeating your standpoint, that doesn’t make it more correct. Have you read the source that I linked you? To summarize: Short term mating does have benefits for females. Men are still more likely to follow this strategy, still doesn’t mean that it’s an unsuccessful strategy for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/23 12:18 AM
3

It has everything to do with genetic variety of your offspring which can be a result of sexual variety. Exactly because women can only birth one child (in some cases more) sexual variety and healthy sperm quality becomes such an important factor for mating strategy Biologists and Anthropologists agree that short term mating has benefits for females, which is why it also occurs quite often in our species.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/23 12:10 AM

Her vocalizations turn on the other males, if she ends up having sex with them she’s making their sperm compete and the likelihood of getting pregnant with the healthiest sperm increases.

The biological feature is called pregnancy. Women have a higher parental investment, reproduction is a far bigger risk for them. So getting pregnant with the best sperm possible is an important mating strategy, amongst others. Human egg cells can essentially choose sperm. Immune systems also can reject fetuses after conception and kill them, which most often happens if the parents genes weren’t compatible. Sexual variety increases the likelihood of getting pregnant with more compatible/healthier…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/23 12:00 AM
3

As I have mentioned before, short term mating is more likely to occur amongst males who have a lower parental investment. That does not mean however, that short term mating is not a successful mating strategy for females Most obvious issue: Women can’t fully determine the quality of their partner’s sperm so committing to a single person is a potential risk for her offspring https://labs.la.utexas.edu/buss/files/2015/09/womens-sexual-strategies-PAID-2000.pdf
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:50 PM

sexual variety IS a mating strategy, you just seem to lack understanding of the topic I use mating strategy in it’s biological sense. When I say “female mating strategy” I’m not specifically referring to human dating and vetting.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:33 PM
3

Yeah and I’ve been explaining to you why that theory of yours about female mating strategies is scientifically inaccurate. You could argue that men are more likely to use sexual variety as a mating strategy, sure, but to claim that women aren’t “designed” for sexual variety is plain wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:30 PM
2

It’s far more complex than that and the behavior i’m describing is also observable in other hominid females. One of the big questions of hominid evolution is: Why are female hominids vocal during intercourse? Research has shown that it does attract other males. Beneficial for her, making their sperm compete. Edit: Also, Pregnancy is too much of an Investment to seek sexual variety before getting pregnant? Doesn’t make sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:21 PM
3

Dating and Vetting is not enough to determine the quality of his sperm. You’re completely ignoring the genetic aspect of reproduction. My comment about fertility decreasing was an addition to your comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:18 PM
3

A woman will not be able to tell what his genotype looks like simply from his appearance, there’s always a high possibility that a man carries a predisposition for genetic diseases/mutations. Making sperm compete is the best way to eradicate or minimize this risk. And no, I haven’t claimed that semen runs out. I have simply pointed out that male fertility also significantly decreases with age.

based on evolution
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/23 11:08 PM

The limit is actually not important regarding sexual variety as a mating strategy, what’s important is that she gets pregnant with the best sperm possible. And she can achieve that by having sex with a variety of men and essentially making their sperm compete. Sexual variety is a very successful strategy for female hominids, otherwise it would not be so common. Male fertility rate decreases by 52% in their early to mid thirties. While men technically do continue to produce sperm, their sperm qua…

I don’t choose which sex sexually arouses me. I don’t choose who my heart falls in love with. It’s not about who you choose to date. It’s quite literally about how your brain and body react to other people.

One thing that these discussions often ignore is how important natural body odor actually is to women. Like even if you’re just flirting, it’s something that we subconsciously pay attention to. The reason is that women are checking if their immune systems are compatible with their own

I believe it’s disingenuous to imply that the change of marital rape laws had no effect. Do you have evidence that women were protected and respected? If you look at modern day traditional societies, husbands can openly talk about raping their wives and her family isn’t necessarily inclined to protect her since it’s her “wifely duty” to have sex with him whenever he wants. Heavily traditional sub cultures also exist in the US. Just look at any religious community. How often do women of these com…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 08:18 PM

Traditional cultures have even more rape cases, not to mention the fact that marital rape was still legal when traditional values were mainstream. Most rape victims get raped by friends and family. “Protective male family members” aren’t the solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 06:16 PM

Hm, looking at my dating history none of the men have ever been below average so probably no
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 05:55 PM

Culture gets defined as “the ideas, customs and social behavior of a particular people […]”. Certain ideologies do help with perpetrators convincing themselves that rape is justified. If those men would do it regardless of social circumstances then they should be locked up for life and not just a few years Therapy would also be useless. Jail forever If your hypothesis is correct, then the western criminal system ends up not protecting victims enough and contributing to the rape crisis
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 05:52 PM

I’m honestly not sure how this metric works, does 4/10 mean I’m still sexually attracted to him? If not, then no. I wouldn’t have anything with either of them
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 05:48 PM

But actual rape victims do use the term rape culture

I do agree that applies to a certain extent but then again, if she hasn’t had sex for even the past few months then N-count (only including men) really doesn’t have much informative value A more accurate question would be “How many men did you sleep with the past month?”

You’re so obsessed with the term slut it’s funny No, I don’t think that hooking up with guys all the time has become the norm in any western country since slut shaming is still very present Dudes just care less about women being virgins or not
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/23 07:05 PM

Parental love can be unconditional (although it can be toxic in certain circumstances) but that doesn‘t apply to romantic love, why should it? Also most people do still have feelings of love left for their cheating partner but they’re so hurt by their action that they won’t forgive them.

It’s ‘schlampe’ lmao Yes exactly, it’s a cultural difference, they aren’t as obsessed with the idea of a woman being a virgin
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/23 03:39 AM

I don’t see how that’s related to my comment It depends on the culture, I don’t see german men caring about someone’s virginity unless they are virgins themselves

4

If you enjoy being sexually frustrated sure
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 10:36 PM

Muslim women are allowed to get divorced but I’m not sure how each muslim country handles things in the divorce court. The issue is that your argumentation is really only based on materalistic things and things like loyalty and commitment get ignored. I would argue that a romantic relationship is about more than financial resources, many men on here don’t like being treated as ATMs either. In the end the virgin still gets fucked over.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 08:56 PM
2

And my point is that the virgin still gets fucked over
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 08:41 PM
14

And yet they betrayed her and cheated on her. No loyalty to be found. They valued her more? They have no respect for her either. If you have these dating (marriage) standards you should also be able to meet your partner’s standards. Instead of valueing the monogamous intimacy with their future wife they preferred to have sex with their side chicks

Agreed
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 06:09 PM

… I haven’t read that article dude, the authors that I have read used it in a different context. No need to be so overly aggressive. The definition that I have seen commonly used is that rape culture defines social milieus where sexual violence is tolerated
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 06:00 PM
1

I’m not being dishonest, it just seems like we have encountered this term being used in very different contexts
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 05:56 PM
1

I have seen that term being used in academic literature and none of these authors have used it the way that you are describing here. Yes, the behavior is criminalized by mainstream culture and encouraged by certain subcultures.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 05:54 PM
13

If you complain about sexism against women you should not try to uphold traditional gender roles. That’s hypocrisy. Focus on being self reliant
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 05:50 PM
1

I have never argued that rape culture is currently determining mainstream culture, although it hasn’t been that long since marital rape has been outlawed. And no, it’s not just convicted criminals that contribute to rape culture. You can disagree with the term, but for many people it serves as a good descriptor to define certain social phenomenons
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 05:45 PM
2

So in the end it’s still culture. Culture is defined as the ideas, customs and social behavior of a group of people.

I don’t believe that longterm monogamy is for everyone, it’s culturally enforced. some people simply struggle with it
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 01:45 PM

People who are into regular hookups will potentially struggle with long term monogamous relationships because this lifestyle simply doesn’t fit their personality, not because previous hookups made them unable to commit
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/23 12:58 PM
19

Purity culture will highly increase the chances that you’ll end up in a dead bedroom situation. And only because you’re courting a virgin girl doesn’t mean that she’ll accept your advances. additionally, the average man doesn’t want to wait till marriage for sex.

That’s a you issue. Doesn’t mean that others should stop talking about these topics
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 05:12 PM
2

There’s something called empathy and I thought this subreddit would care about men’s feelings I don’t see how a society is supposed to be more peaceful and productive if many end up insecure & frustrated Edit: I also haven’t argued that dick size doesn’t matter. I was initially criticizing the obsession with big dicks in pornography. Personally, they’re just painful to me. It’s not fun. Average is average for a reason, because that’s what most women were going for
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 05:03 PM
1

Huh? At what point did I argue that porn should get banned/no one should watch porn because it mostly portrays big dicks? My point was that many men have admitted that it makes them feel insecure and it’s a discussion worth having Sure, they would have found out they’re not big one way or another but modern pornography often implies that only big dicks are capable of sexually satisfying women etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 04:53 PM
1

I don’t know their penis size but even if they did, that shows that porn does contribute to their insecurity Just because you have never heard of this outside of anti porn groups doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 04:49 PM
2

Pornstars do have big dicks lol what are you talking about? I’ve heard several men in real life say that pornography made them feel insecure about their size, subreddits like smalldickproblems & averagedickproblems also frequently discuss it The rest I agree with (although it’s not just promiscuous women). People are being taught that violent sex is the ‘only’ correct way to have sex etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 04:38 PM

Would love to hear about this from a male perspective, I think penis size is an obvious one but what else?

Agreed
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 02:39 PM

It’s individual and yet there are observable sex differences. Women simply have a menstrual cycle which results in our libido fluctuating a lot more
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/23 02:21 PM

Porn is often also a motivator for rape though … Many Perpetrators have named it as their inspiration. I personally think the issue is far more complex

I was referring to western beauty standards. I’m mixed race so I’ve had to deal with other issues than white women for example Hair is a big one. My hair type is 4a and as a woman in the west, I’ve always felt the pressure to have long, flowing hair. However my natural hair is very big and puffy. I wear braids most of the time (for practical reasons as well) but the physical pain to get my hair done & the time investment is certainly not something I enjoy Also … faking attractiveness? To me it s…

Well, there are more differences than just reproductive organs. Muscle Mass, Fat ressources, Bone density etc. I don’t enjoy having to keep up with female beauty standards in western society. It’s something that was forced onto me. If you don’t shave your legs you will get ridiculed and bullied, if you’re an adult woman you will get taken more seriously if you wear make up. But yeah, Femininity is a performance. Sex isn’t, but gender in general is.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 12:33 PM

Now that’s a new one
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/23 01:35 AM

Well someone has personal issues with me. You’re free to disagree, I’m not stopping you. The article I read was about the Mosuo people https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpsyg.2022.873137/full We were discussing made up ancient societies and social structures we’d like to see, I don’t know what exactly your issue with my comment was.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 03:48 PM
2

Now you’re just being dishonest. If you were not displaying your personal opinion nor scientific fact, what were you actually talking about? Whose opinion is it then? Do they have evidence? Ah yeah. Racism kinks are also totally not rooted in racism. Thats absolutely how critical thinking works. Of course kink has nothing to do with the real world and personal experiences etc. Thank you at the very least for this incredibly screenshot worthy discussion
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 02:15 PM
2

Again, your personal opinion is not evidence. Someone who actively participates in Misogyny claims that women do not face discrimination. Not a fallacy. That’s what makes this entire discussion so incredibly funny.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 02:00 PM
2

Your issue is that you keep confusing your own personal opinion with fact. If you do follow the “correct train of logic” why haven’t you been able to provide evidence? You have laid out your reasoning several times, that doesn’t mean that your opinion was correct. You need evidence to support it. And no, a direct ethotic is not necessarily a fallacy. My observation had everything to do with our initial discussion. But obviously, I’m continuing to reply to you for my own entertainment.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 01:49 PM
1

Amazing analysis skills. It was supposed to be an argumentum ad hominem. More specifically, direct ethotic. I’m still waiting for evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 01:17 PM
2

Evidence shows how rational your views are. Which you have failed to provide. Your specific kinks show exactly what you think about women. And you publicly participate in misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 12:28 PM
1

Lord Byron received benefits from patriarchal structures like every other man. I’m against western imperialism and yet I benefit from and have to participate in the system. I do believe it’s peak entertainment that a reddit user who’s active in subreddits like r/MisogynisticLife and several rape fantasy subreddits wants to tell me that women do not face discrimination. Please entertain me more.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 12:18 PM
1

Spoken like a true conspiracy theorist.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 11:42 AM
2

Conspiracy theorist.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 11:31 AM
1

… Your last comment really reveals that you do not understand how misogyny works. Patriarchy didn’t establish itself because these men hated women. No, it was simply beneficial for these men to subdue women. The hatred and sexism was just the justification that came afterwards. The general consensus of scientists is closer to the truth than the individual opinion of any non expert. I’m still waiting for evidence by the way. Also sounds like you’re prescribing to conspiracy theories and I serious…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 11:23 AM
1

I’m not talking about gender studies. I was referring to anthropologists, historians and sociologists. “Timeless truths” Yeah lol where’s the evidence. If it’s a timeless truth there should be many academic sources validating your claim about women not being harmed due to patriarchal structures
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 11:09 AM
1

How can you seperate leadership from power? That in itself is disingenuous. At no point did I claim that all of the issues that women face are a result of sexism. That is an assumption that you made. I’m saying that the patriarchy has caused issues for women. Experts in this field agree that patriarchal structures harm women and since you deny it, I urge you to show me evidence (academic sources of course)
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/23 10:55 AM
