| 2 | 60 DoD Week 1: YOU MUST LIFTI say loft first then BJJ..if you're new then you're likely a super spaz when you roll ( everyone is). Lifting first will make sure you're able to give 100% to the lifts (and measure them accurately without fatigue). Focus on being smooth with your BJJ, you're always able to ratchet up the strength during your rolls. Edit; Injury prevention > everything. Nothing will soften you up like an injury. Nothing will be less attractive to your partner than you at home and not lifting/training. Stay in o… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/04/21 02:09 PM |
| 1 | 60 DoD Week 1: YOU MUST LIFTYou don't have anything to explain, that faggot up top couldn't stop your double leg or triangle choke and would gas in 1st 30 seconds guaranteed. I'm a BJJ & Striking bro and am also trying to make the time in the morning for my big lifts. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/04/21 04:22 AM |
| 1 | 60 DoD Week 1: YOU MUST LIFTCurrently train Muay Thai and BJJ 3-4 nights out of the week, i lift on the other nights but feel like I'm not getting enough volume. 6'0 - 182lb BP = 185x5 (down from 225 last year) SQ = 245x5 (haven't maxed in a while) OHP = 125x5 DL = 275 x 5, form needs work so I'm confident I can blow this up. Going to see how mornings (~5am) works for lifting so I can recover during the day and train BJJ and kickboxing at night. Will need to bump up the calories I imagine, very stoked for the 60 DoD. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/04/21 02:40 AM |
