We're definitely attached at the hip but that's why we got together in the first place. We're mostly into gaming which is how we met. We play games together a lot but we also have our own separate games that we play as well. It hasn't caused any feelings of boredom or any conflicts yet in five years of marriage. We also have our own separate hobbies. I love baking and reading while he's really into building computers and all things technology.

Hello everyone! I've been lurking around here for a while now and would sometimes participate in the old sub as well. I'm 25, married and a SAHM to a 3 year old. This sub has really been inspiring and has really helped me accept my femininity. I really enjoying browsing the discussions around here and I hope to come out of my shell and finally join the community as a member and not just a lurker. :)

That really depends on your husband. If he's more traditionally inclined he will probably appreciate you staying a home instead of being out in the work force. This is something you'll have to discuss with him.

Go get some therapy for your issues first off. You need a professional to talk about all these feelings so you don't dump them on him. As for being more feminine you have to put a lot of work into it. Wear make up, wear dresses and skirts, dress up jeans with a simple pearl necklace and a nice blazer. Get some heels and learn how to walk in them or at least some cute flats or boots. Go browse the internet for style blogs where the blogger has a classic feminine look. Don't default to the old exc…

You being a single mom will hurt your chances of settling down with a good RP man. Most men don't want to raise someone else's child. You might still find one but the longer you stay a single mom the more your chance of finding and marrying a RP man dwindle. Make sure you keep your SMV up in other areas and you might find a good man.

I don't think you can salvage this marriage. He is not a good man for a RP relationship. He cheats on you, has had problems holding a job in the past, and has told you there will be no intimacy unless you are trying for a child. A good Captain always takes his First Mate's needs into consideration when making decisions and choices and this man doesn't seem to care for you AT ALL. On the other hand you have shown that you don't respect him and don't think he has the capability of being a good Cap…

Some of the comments in that thread make me laugh. There was one about women not being able to speak about what interests them to their husbands and another that stated the whole dynamic of the relationship was due to fear of the husband leaving. I'm fairly certain they just read the titles of the threads without looking at the comments at all.

Personally, I wouldn't wait for him if I was single. That doesn't mean go out with every man who shows interest in you but you shouldn't give up on dating just to wait for this one man who might not even be that great of a match for you. People can be one person online and a totally different person in real life. Take the two years to better yourself but remain open to dating. You might meet someone who is better than this guy. If you don't meet anyone, that's fine and you'll be available for hi…

Top five that I play the most? Diablo 3, WoW, Borderlands 2, League of Legends, and Hearthstone at the moment. I also love the Assassin's creed series but since that isn't co-op it's been put on the back burner haha.

I used to tank for my guild's 10 man raid group but had to stop once the baby got to about 3 months old and stopped sleeping so much. Now I just farm mounts and rep when I play :D

I'd say my husband is but not by much. He was the one who actually got me more interested in gaming. It was an easy thing we could do together while we were long distance due to him being overseas when he was in the Army.

I've been playing Diablo:ROS as well! That and WoW take up most of my time because I can play those and stop whenever I need to and take care of the kiddo. We used to play a lot of Borderlands 2 but we haven't since Diablo expac came out haha.

I game with my husband as well as on my own. It's become a bit harder since having a child but we still find time to make it work. We have a very RP relationship so I think that you can make gaming work and still be RP. What games do you play?

This is awesome! I've been looking for something to restart my weight loss but being a SAHM makes it somewhat hard to go to the gym since my son is too little for the gym kids area. Now I can do this at home during his nap time. Thanks!

There might be a lot of middle ground between 20 and 35 but that doesn't change the fact that it's easier on your body and mind to have kids closer to 20 than to 35. I think feminist women seem to forget that as you get older your body slows down a lot. Most people will just not have the same amount of energy for babies and kids while they're in their mid 30's/early 40's, as opposed to the energy they have in their 20's. I'm 22 and have a 7 month old and while my family's financial situation isn…

You're only able to be an energetic young mother once. You can have a career at any age. If it were me, I'd start on my family. I'm 22 and already have one baby. I now have time for my husband and I to decide if we want another. If you put off having kids until you are at least 31 the chances of having more than one diminish if that's something you are thinking about. So I say start planning to have kids in the next couple of years!

Well I was overweight when I got pregnant so there wasn't much difference in that department. It just set back my weight loss goals a bit. My boobs have gotten bigger since I'm breastfeeding even though they were plenty big before. The only real complaint I have is slight incontinence when I sneeze but I'm working on that with kegel exercises. I think the younger you have children the easier it will be to spring back to your prebaby self.

I'm 22 and have a 7 month old who wasn't planned. We were in no way as financially ready as I would have liked but that's just life. If you spend your whole life waiting for the stars to align and everything to be perfect you will never have children. I'm not going to lie, things are tight right now but they will get better. You just have to trust that things will work out. You can't spend your whole life worrying over what ifs. If you want kids, you just have to make it happen.

Long hair really isn't that hard to take care of. You wash it, condition it, and brush it. Putting a little effort into styling it isn't hard either. You can do SO much more with long hair.

My husband is 25 (almost 26), and I'm 22!

I would say that RPW are somewhat few and far between at the moment. I also believe our numbers are growing everyday. I'm 22 and my husband and I are getting into the swing of this red pill lifestyle. If you want to find one, you'll most likely find one at church due to their upbringing. I highly doubt you'll find many roaming about college towns at night.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
