So why don't you guys care about women's inequality? I'm sure you'll pretend to, just like feminists pretend to care about mens inequality. If you guys both actually fought for both I wouldnt have a problem. But in reality people join these groups so they can be the victims

You called? Oh I see men are the ones who area truly discriminated against. Fuck off for every study that says men are the ones discriminated against there's a study that says women are the ones discriminated against. Its in companies best interest to pick the most qualified candidate. And those who don't are at a disadvantage.

You are bringing up Marxism where it has no base, reminds me of people who call basically any right winger a Nazi. The removal of capitalism seizing the means of production and the establishment of a communist regime, has no bearing in this. I've never heard any women argue for forceful removal of men from office, or a revolution in the typical terms, and if there are they are again a minute percentage of the population. How would you like if men's rights were critisized by the views of it's ext…

Unjust treatment isn't a Marxist concept, yes feminists say they are oppressed by men, but ive never heard any feminist ever calling for a bloody revolution, the ones who are, are a very minute percent. And I'm not even a feminist, I just dont like the tribalism that comes from feminists and men's rights activists. Thinking every damn disparity is this horrible form of oppression working against them

What does any of this do with if men are discriminated against in the workforce? Or even that men are discriminated against for that matter?

It's not edgy not thinking men are oppressed. I dont think women are oppressed either in first world countries

Ah yes men are truly the ones discriminated against in the workplace, not neither, men are the true victims despite barely any evidence given. Well they seem to be doing just fine in the job market despite being discriminated against. And of course women being sexually assaulted is discrimination against men. And maternity leaves are unpaid lasts about 2.5 months and only 70% take it. I'm not saying women are the only ones "oppressed" but there are stats and arguments to be made for both being o…

This is the study I had in mind, and if women are less likely to get call backs because of a stereotypes about their productivity, whats the difference? Either way they are getting less call backs

Love how you immediately go to it being blatantly untrue, when I say a disadvantage a women has. I'm sure if I said men instead of women you would not have called it blatantly untrue. https://phys.org/news/2019-03-women-percent-hiring-men.html

You don't have to consider yourself a men's rights activist to consider rape against men wrong and deserve equal sentencing, Many people do. But wanting chance in policy that corrects that isn't my gripe. It's how these groups leads to people thinking many aspects of their life are inhibited by their gender, which creates a feedback loop of confirmation bias when bad things happen to them. Instead of wanting a few scattered policy inconsistent and unfairnesses corrected

Let me establish that I was simply naming two disadvantages and some are worse than others, and feminists will go for days on all their claimed disadvantages. But for non-policy things like 'men are expected to pay at dinner' are stupid, expecting an equilibrium of all stats and expectations of men and women is unrealistic and unnecessary. Issues in policy is another story. However most people go to feminism because they think they are oppressed, not because they uniquely concerned with policy i…

Women are less likely to get callbacks with equal experience as a man. My point is for any non-policy 'disadvantages' you can say a man has, one can be named for a woman

Maybe courts are more sympathetic towards women, but women can say employers are less sympathetic when it comes to hiring them. These conditional advantages and disadvantages can be applied to virtually every attribute. Ugly people can say they get less sympathy In court. Fat people can say they are less likely to be hired. And no I don't think circumcision should be allowed, but arguing men are so oppressed because of it is dumb. And only concerning yourself with men's\women's disadvantages is …
