Most men in their 18-early 20s don't want to get married or many college boys are players. To add to that, an 18-23 y/o women is young, stupid and innocent. So really we only have 24-28 then.

yes and no. guys tend to be more playful and joking as well as sarcastic. i always joke with guys and guys love hanging out with me, but i'm pretty good at reading people and drawing the line. also, you're better off with throwing out compliments as well into the mix to balance things out. saying JK is always better than omitting it, if you already said something potentially offensive. and if they do get offended, always apologise. but i do think this guy is not the best candidate for jokes. and…

i think it's a fair point to not want to do the approaching and initiation. however, once they do do initiate, even the tiniest amount (saying Hi), i hope you are giving them enough positive feedback to encourage it. (continuing the conversation, smiling, asking them questions)

i think it depends if you're joking or if he thinks you're serious with that comment. or in general, add a JK/just joking at the end and say it playfully, laughing. it could be that this guy cannot take a joke and gets offended easily. you need to know where to draw the line

That's not very nice that he didn't even wish you happy birthday. you might want to evaluate this friendship.

Something's not right. When I was 22, I was getting attention everywhere. And I don't consider myself that pretty. Above average. My guy friends rate me a 6-6.5 What about during college? That's prime time for getting hit-on. My below average friends also got attention a lot. Or are you just disregarding all the advances made? Perhaps you need to work on your conversation skills? Where are you located as well, men are typically more outgoing and aggressive in the US. Maybe you're just not meetin…

If your SO spent his lifesaving on this ticket and you cannot get a full refund, you better take the trip. If i were your SO, i would be upset if the ticket went to waste and i didn't get to see you. Delaying graduation is very common. If you are in the US, you may have up to 5-10 yrs to finish. But make sure first. With that said, definitely do finish your degree after you are done with the trip.

NO. If you let him now, he will always be allowed to. If he refuses not go, i would suggest you to break up. This isn't about your trust to him, but his disrespect towards you! If any thing, you should give up the work obligations and go on the trip with him. But under no circumstances should you let your guy go on a trip alone with a girl (married or not)

I beg to differ. Have you ever been to stores with pushy sales? They are actually nicer and asking you if you need help and hovering around... But it is annoying if excessive. Thing is harrassment is common. I am a small girl and i was walking by a nice area... Westwood los angeles and i got catcalled by a couple guys... Whistling etc. I did a smile no thanks wave and walked away and they started swearing at me. So yes it definitely happens even if this one video didn't fully portray it Edited t…

you must be delusional. this girl is clearly not into you. i have no idea why you even like her in the first place, she has no redeeming quality except for being pretty. you're still 100% blue pill

yes his previous landlord left a toaster oven! it's not too big tho, but it will help. ohhh spinach and artichoke dips are great! i've made a spinach dip before and it was yummy =p will def look into that and wings! it will be after dinner so finger food. b

well thing is he's been asking me to move in with him, so i guess it's ok for him to get a taste of what it would be like if i did ;) but yeh, i know im stepping on grey areas here. it's been tricky learning about my need for control vs making a nice home for him. however, i think he's a pretty easy going guy so he doesn't really mind as long as he sees that i am trying to make his life better. i definitely don't impose any girliness. but i do request that he buys higher quality bathroom mats, f…

i thought of guac but i think we're having dinner first so i think the guac would probably turn bad/dark by the time dinner is over =/ i wish i could make salsa but he doesn't eat tomatoes =( and we have no oven! >_< ooo napkins, thanks!

yes i do plan to vacate the premise which is why i mentioned prep for them. any suggestions to what to make? im not sure if i have too much time to make. he doesn't eat tomatos, so no salsa. he doesn't eat beef. and we have no oven.

yeh i definitely discuss all the stuff with him first. he's pretty easy going so far. but he doesn't really have a high standard for living so i feel like i should make suggestions. i have however gotten him to do stuff against his wishes (he has a tendency to hoard cardboard boxes, i asked that he throw away the big ones... come on, he is living in a 300sq ft one bedroom... no space for a cardboard box that's for a 42" tv)

What you have to decide is whether or not the "issues" are big enough problems for you to want to leave, especially since you've only been together 3 months. that's called assessing the situation. i never said it's problematic. if it were, then i would have left. like i've been saying, i'm trying to get past it. doesn't mean it's problematic, but it takes time to "get past things" of course i like him, otherwise i wouldn't be with him.

i do treat him as a person?! just because im assessing a relationship. i think everything in life requires assessment. but yes, i do try to fix some faults and i'm trying to move past some. ok, when i said he's "boring" it was more about conversationally. people did not even read the whole story. since he is a quiet/reserved guy, we don't have too much to talk about. but we do have fun and connect through different ways and we always go out and do stuff. so i am trying to see whether or not i sh…

well no, i don't love him. it's only been 3 months. i don't think i can love him after just 3 months. i am still assessing the relationship overall and i recognise the strengths and weaknesses of it.
/r/RedPillWomen14/05/14 06:31 AM

true. to be honest in my heart i still have some of the same complaints but i'm trying my best to move past them or find different ways of telling him too.
/r/RedPillWomen14/05/14 05:30 AM
1

yes, to be honest i don't think he has anything to complain about my actions and he does appreciate them. however i have been one to complain in the past and while i am working on that, i think it's important to verbally express my gratitude as well to balance out my past complaints

i am a doubtful person. i'm trying to see if he is the one. so it's natural i hold him to a high standard. i don't really want to invest so much time in a relationship and not have it lead to marriage. in my last relationship i just let things be and went with the flow and it ended up taking 4 years of my youth. i learned a lot but still

yes i do give him bjs, about 1x a week and he's getting the regular sex. i've also been making breakfast for him and we both work 10 hours a week. i've been helping him find apts, helping him move, so via action i think i'm doing my best. what i meant by handing me a screw driver was when i had a chair at my place i needed to sell and i didn't know which size screwdriver to use, especially since i don't have any tools. he knew i wanted to sell the chair asap and i told him once but he was the on…

well it's not a perfect relationship, no. and there are strengths and weaknesses in our relationship. i do have doubts but i also have a lot of faith. so yes this is an exercise for me, and for us i think
/r/RedPillWomen14/05/14 03:27 AM

yes, i do agree my wording was a lot of "I" however, i think oftentimes we forget to verbally say things out so it's important for it to be reinforced. sure you can love by action, but words have a different effect i think.

no idea, but i've always liked letters and cards. my past 3 ex bf have all responded by writing cards back to me and i like it.
/r/RedPillWomen14/05/14 03:17 AM
1

true, my exes always liked long letters i think and always saved them. i know my bf is definitely a sentimental guy. yes, i do realise i need to edit the content of my letter, i am trying to take the focus away from me, and more on him. but guys do "win" girls over though, that's why they pursue and like competition? haha. what i meant by winning was more thing things he did to show me why he is a great guy and how i should be with him, just like how a rpw does this by cooking/taking care of the…

i do already do that. but the thing is i do sometimes bicker, so while i'm working on the bickering, i think it's important to also talk positive, not just negative

yes, i will be writing it out in a card and i will be capitalising it
/r/RedPillWomen14/05/14 03:11 AM

i do already do acts of appreciation for him, whether it's sexual, etc. but good point. i do want to point out exactly what he does so he knows i'm not just being general.

I agree that it feels more solid. That's why contracts exists. If you were offered a job at a really good company, would you want to sign a contract or not? If you're a really good employee, the company would also want to make sure you sign a contract with them. Same with everything in this world. It's just how this world exists

well, i'm below average height though. i think women 5,4-5,7 have a good chance. i never said i wanted to be too tall =p I've had a couple guy friends who have told me (unprompted) i would look more attractive taller/they'll date me if i was taller.
/r/RedPillWomen29/04/14 10:18 AM

i think it's worth a shot? doesn't do any harm. just promoting a healthy lifestyle anyway. but males are supposed to be able to grow until early 20s i personally do hate being so short as a girl. i wish i was 5,4-5,7
/r/RedPillWomen28/04/14 04:51 PM

height is definitely important when it comes to looks. tall(not fat) and wealthy guy is equivalent to a pretty face and body girl. i am 5,1 so i'm short. i used to date guys 5,6+ and i want tall babies. my ideal height is 5,8-5,10. however, my current bf is 5,5.... but what he lacks in height he makes up for in everything else. i also know he's been rejected by girls simply because of his height.... so while it kind of sucks, and not much you can do about it, you can go for the shorter girls and…

THIS. i was raised by nannies. My parents worked overseas and spent half my childhood abroad (one month home, another month gone) So they changed my nannies every 2 years (i suspect so that my mum doesn't want me siding with them/being too attached to them over her) so I would get attached and then devastated when they left. it was quite traumatising. my parents never came to any school events. rarely came to plays. it was a huge deal to just to get them to parent-teacher meetings. i was also an…

girl living in an east asian country here. example 2 would probably be a 6.5 here. but all the other girls are probably a 3 at best. but yes, this. the competition is SO FIERCE HERE!!! every girl here is feminine and cares about their body. everyone is stick skinny and dresses well! HOWEVER, asian males place a lot less emphasis in boobs/butt though. I also used to live in LA, and i felt a lot more confident about myself. i would probably rate myself a 6.5-7 there. Now i feel like a 5-5.5, even …

yes i definitely will be. the thing is i do think it's a little too fast. i want to prove my value to him first. and since he never pressured me for the sex, i think i can do the same, at least for now. i think i would give a 3 month post-sex timeline to bring it up and see how things are.... unless he treats me poorly =/ haha, good idea, maybe i should pick up the sax! =p thanks =)

sigh i know, i do wish we didn't have sex yet. but he was doing everything right and well, alcohol was involved. it was definitely an error in judgement, and i've always been able to make the guy wait in my past. sigh. haha no i'm not pursuing a demanding career at all. i am pursuing one right now, but i'm just pursuing it for the sake of having a career and being respectable in the current society. i would happily drop my career if given the chance. i definitely agree compatibility is very impo…

the thing is, i asked him when the last time he had sex was and he said in spring, so it definitely seems like he's only sleeping with me. plus i do see him 2+ times a week and he has a busy schedule, so i doubt he is sleeping around. he does like soft jazz though =p haha

yes, i've been a little torn. but to be honest, i think i will get hurt regardless. i guess i'd rather try to at least lure him in with the sex and provide added value? rather than completely play hard to get. although i do let him initiate the meet up. but i am unsure if he will ask me out for vday. the thing is, he doesn't actually seem THAT eager to hook up. like we would always meet up during day time, or the last time i saw him, he didn't even initiate even though we were at my place. so i …

True, you have a good point. I was a little unsure about this too. but he seems to be rather smooth. i think if he came off aggressive, i would have definitely not had sex with him. he didn't actually ask but he said "i really want to kiss you right now" i guess i'm more intimidated by his good looks, confidence, high paying job, life experiences and being surrounded by hotter females

i was thinking of making steak! definitely the candles =) thing is i don't have an oven at my place =S but i'm also torn by this. don't men also fall for a woman more when they invest in her?
/r/RedPillWomen28/01/14 05:16 AM
1

Yes, i agree. This is basically the situation i am in. however, like i mentioned, i've only known him for 1.5 months, so i want to prove to him i'm worth it first before i inquire. while i highly doubt he is sleeping around, i know he isn't committed to me. i understand he is exploring his options, which is why i want to make sure he finds me most valuable i am also curious about what RPW stand on the issue of dating prior to exclusivity, act like you're only interested in him? but, since he's a…

Sigh, yeh. That's what I'm worried about. The saddest thing was he made it seem like he was genuinely into me. taking interest in my life, being a good listener, being affectionate, and patient. doing all the right things. i can't say he did a 180 since the sex but i definitely see a slight shift in behaviour so that's worrying. to be honest though, i DON'T think he's actually hooking up elsewhere. i'm just afraid he will leave me. since we act rather couply in public (i live in a city where the…

well, i just wanted to make sure we weren't just having sex. and i wanted to make sure he didn't think that's what i wanted since i did meet him on a hook up app. which is primarily my main concern. i know i cannot game him in, but i want to know what more i can do to show i'm worthy to a dominant man. while i wish i made sure he wanted to be exclusive first, the damage is done, and i want to make the most of it and give it my best shot first before i leave. and perhaps help him make up his mind…
/r/RedPillWomen28/01/14 02:44 AM

yes, i'm definitely very feminine, so i have that down. after 9 dates and no sex, if he can safely assume, why can't i safely assume he isn't either =/ the thing is he's never pressured or brought up the sex at all. Well, I brought it up because I met him through tinder which is known to be a hook up app.... any details on how they do show love and affection?
/r/RedPillWomen28/01/14 02:42 AM
3

Good point. So the RPW stance is never play hard to get or play it before the sex? When I said play hard to get, I meant be less available. While I do have a life outside of him, I always respond fast and I seem a lot more enthusiastic in my texting than he is so I was wondering if I should tone it down. I'm always free when he asks me to hang out... and I ask him to hang out too. but I wonder if I should wait for him to ask or what.
