Correct. Honestly this video is what made me swallow the red pill after it happened to me and I couldn't explain what was up - Patrice O'Neal - Time Ho - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9QOQNcpuiA

I know what you mean. I'm still currently playing music at a lower level since it's after 10pm. But in this case it isn't about the music - it's about conforming to other people's wishes/demands and not my own. I was in the right, caved, and wish I had not.

I thought I was the only one. All of this plate spinning business this sub talks about always had me bewildered. Sure I could sleep with a couple of pigs from time to time and toss them out when things got weird but I don't need to bust a nut inside of someone that bad. I mean, when someone literally spins a plate it is bound to fall and smash itself on the floor. Why put all of that work into something that is pretty much doomed to fail? No comprendo. Hell, I'll come home from work, crank one o…

I dabble in standup comedy and that was a premise I had been working with lately. I had seen so many of those 'I need feminism because X' signs and thought to myself 'I need feminism because if we didn't have it, who else would adopt all of those sad and lonely kitties at the ASPCA?' or something along those lines.

One time I was at a bar with my girlfriend and her dumb chick friend. They were both beyond wasted. Slurred speech. Bunches of WOOOS. Short skirts and huge boobs. Eventually a guy and his two buddies walk up to us and the guy in front asks if my girlfriend was my girlfriend. I said yeah. He said he didn't believe me and told me to prove it by kissing her. At this point in time the relationship was nearing it's end but I ended up giving her a quick peck on the lips as she giggled and her eyes rol…

I know that now. Looking back on this it hurts me as a man. I hadn't swallowed the red pill yet - this is just an example and a warning of what can happen if you don't have the right frame of mind.

If I recall correctly, the last thing he did to his fiancee before breaking up with her was feed her a urinal cake coated in Godiva chocolate. On the other hand, I'm really curious as to how saying 'I want to stab you and play with your blood.' would go over, sometimes.

I am working on that. It is easy at work, since I get paid to socialize and fix people's shit computers - the real world is a different place for me. A shitty upbringing has left me with having to teach myself social skills of this sort. It all seems so alien to me - I've been out of school for 7 years now and all of my friends are married or live far away. Small steps.

This has deep ramifications. This is important. We all need to recognize this.

That is a powerful statement you just made. It applies to life overall and not just with male / female relationships. "The world isn't going to change just because you ask nicely." A favorite comedian of mine, Doug Stanhope, talks about how he 'figured out' a lot of shit that is wrong with humanity and has said it all on stage but no one listens and nothing changes. This dichotomy between dudes and dudettes is not going to change so hop on board, gentlemen. edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
