10	What can I learn from Marcus Aurelius' Meditations and the Stoics? Epictetus is a great read. He tells this one story, IIRC, where this is this smoking hot farm girl he would walk past daily. He realized his obsession with wanting to look at her was fucking with his head, so he stopped looking at her. At first it was tough. He wanted to look, and he had to fight the urge.
