The easiest way to make something look brighter is to make its context darker. The essence of this type of meditation is to give yourself the opportunity to experience your mind without any thoughts or worries about the past and the future. Concentrate on what you are experiencing in the moment: your heart beat, breathing, the energy flowing in your body.
