I read this and it reminded me of an Eminem song: I've got no game And every face looks the same They've got no name So I don't need game to play I just say whatever I want to whoever I want Whenever I want, wherever I want, however I want

The whole "put her down" and "lie to her" techniques are just a way to make you feel more confident by making her feel insecure. The easiest way to make something look brighter is to make its context darker. Inner game would be the equivalent of making something brighter by increasing its light intensity (it's a lot harder, but way more efficient).

If you meditate on a regular basis, you start to slowly gain more control over your mind. It's like going to the gym, you go to this specialized place were you practice as much as possible so your body is in a better condition. Once you go back to your regular routine and suddenly you need to use your physical strength, you're body has already improved and can handle it better. It's the same principle: practice, practice, practice...

Google 'mindfulness meditation'. It's all about practice, you have to make it a habit like jogging or reading. The essence of this type of meditation is to give yourself the opportunity to experience your mind without any thoughts or worries about the past and the future. Concentrate on what you are experiencing in the moment: your heart beat, breathing, the energy flowing in your body. It's kind of difficult at first but after a while you'll be able to do it anytime.

YES! meditation is perhaps the best tool there is to help you control your mind and body. I've been doing this for 2 years now and my whole life has improved tremendously. Like Bender said on the episode 'Obsoletely Fabulous': "Well, I guess reality is what you make of it." Learn to control your mind and you'll learn to control reality.

When you're in a group of people, it's likely that the only person thinking about you is you. No one cares about what you do, what you look like, what you say. When you walk into a room filled with people and trip in a stair or something, whoever saw you might laugh for like 1 second and then totally forget about you. YOU are the one that keeps thinking and re-living this embarrassing situation and you think everyone else is also doing it. Fuck it. It might sound hostile but no one (other than y…

I always remember this scene when I'm thinking on going for the kiss: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0nxftKrc64 The 'no' at the end has to do more with the storyline, but still a good example of putting yourself out there.

I've found that when you're honest with a female friend on your intentions they usually do their best to not "hurt you". BUT you must remember to always keep your cool and really be alpha about it. Something in the lines of: "I know were close friends, but i really want to kiss you right now, can i?" if she sais yes, it's done. If she says no, it's cool; now you know.

If your girlfriend is willing to cheat on you, she's not worth your time. It's a numbers game so if you're trying to find "the one", you have to take that risk. It may happen, but like any other game you just have to risk it.

Just a small comment, game isn't about growing balls, it's about not giving a fuck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
