I understand the reason for this sub. Its good to be more self confident and not to let yourself be walked on. But it seems like that ends up meaning tearing other people down to your level. That's not confidence because you're still where you started. You have to lift yourself up rather than tear everyone else down.

I'm not using cult in a completely derogatory way. I'm appealing to its actual definition. I was in a 12 year relationship and married for 5 before we finally split up. I have experience. But the difference is I dealt with it without joining a weird cult where men and women are 2 different species and almost everything is the woman's fault. That's just how it looks to outsiders.
