There are people who might disagree with this statement. I am one of them.

I've started lifting roughly 10 months ago, had to build my own home "gym" in the cellar because of time constraints. Just a bench and a few dumbbells with weights. Started out with 185cm, 83kg, typical desk job. I switched my diet from basically high-carb into a more balanced one with a slight favour of proteins, and I manage to train roughly 3-4 times a week ~45 minutes. Within half a year, I went down to 78kg, and I've started to make some gains. Feels good man.

My son is tall and strong but shy (I'm working on improving this) but he has like 4 "girlfriends" in pre-school, and he doesn't fucking understand why they swarm him. It's certainly not about the shyness :-) So naturally he just does whatever the fuck he wants and ignores them, which causes them to want to be with him even more. Which causes him to get even more annoyed by them. Which causes them to want him even more. This is so beautiful to watch it's almost hilarious.

I call bullshit. Kids cannot keep a secret like "another dad" for 5 minutes, let alone 5 years.

Just a little trick, don't put boiling water on oolong / green tea leaves. Let the water rest a bit until it's down to roughly 70-80 degrees C. This will bring out the original flavour much more and it will be less bitter. For black tea, you can go with boiling water.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
