That's true and should completely be changed. But I was responding to you saying, "Even in 2020, there is no law preventing women from raping their husband. " Where clearly you're talking about law and not statistics.

I know what the FBI uses as it's definition and it's totally wrong, however that definition is used for the "data collection" not for law. So while the definition in the actual law might be similar. The fact that the FBI has that definition has nothing to do with the law including or not including other kinds of rape. The FBI definition only skews the statistics of reported rape. True, but what does that have to do with laws? Edit: Guys i'm just pointing out that the FBI definition has nothing to do with actual applied laws. Only matters for data collection. I'm not saying that their definition is right, just that equating the FBI definition and the definition for prosecution makes no sense.
