2	Woman brags how she raped her husband. I know what the FBI uses as it's definition and it's totally wrong, however that definition is used for the "data collection" not for law. So while the definition in the actual law might be similar. The fact that the FBI has that definition has nothing to do with the law including or not including other kinds of rape. The FBI definition only skews the statistics of reported rape. Not actual trials where it has no importance on actual law. -10	Woman brags how she raped her husband. True, but what does that have to do with laws? Edit: Guys i'm just pointing out that the FBI definition has nothing to do with actual applied laws. Only matters for data collection.
