Both of the cases they chose were so pathetic, they probably would have been better served making one up. At least then it would have fit the narrative they were pushing.

The article is a literal pile of shit. This woman falsely accuses her boyfriend of assault and rape, to the point that she self-inflicts wounds, while the man literally can't make a fist. His 19 charges of physical and sexual assualg are dropped and she is charged with 20 counts of perverting the course of justice, of which she is found guilty of 12. She is sentenced to 3.5 years in prison (too lenient Imho) and serves 17 months. She is then released on an ankle monitor and allowed to take prima…

In case you didn't read the article the judge is not the ex-husband. Just a regular old judge, making a regular old good call.

I'd love to see some numbers to back this up. But I'd be surprised if you had any. You've hardly even put up anecdotal evidence thus far.

Ok fine let's then men in tennis should still be paid more, because they generate more revenue per match.

You're trying to compare apples to oranges there. This is a same work same pay sort of thing. Except men are asked to do more work.

I'm really sorry this happened to you. I have a few situations like yours. I have been accused of rape twice (both completely consentual and we're dropped quickly like yours was). Like you I lost a lot of friends from these incidents and have had to deal with people talking about me behind my back about things that I never did. Things like this are hard to get over. It's hard not to see the looks that used to be full of love and joy that have soured into near disdain. It's hard to not hear the r…

Yea honestly according to op the police were surprisingly helpful to him, and never threatened him or treated him unjustly.

This person probably has nothing better to do. Honestly we all need to stop bickering and try to start helping. Find a cause, find someone to help, then make a difference. After that, find more, bicker only when necessary. Why do both sides seem so obsessed with raging on the other...it's just pointless.

if men truly had all the advantages listed, he wouldn't be working at best buy What? That's what literally everyone is claiming. FTFY

Reminds me of when I got charged with sexual assault of a minor when I was 14, having 'consentual' sex with my girlfriend... She was never even investigated. I spent six months in juvi and a year on probation.

same here, the title misled me to believe there was going to at least be some fair discourse here. Nope.

Correlation does not equal causation. All the bias is, is claiming that this correlation is definitely causation. It isn't, there are wayyyy too many different variables in play to show causation. Circumcision should be an informed decision of the person getting the circumcision. No one else has or should have that choice.

Getting caught in that lie once is one thing, doing it three times is a completely different set of bullshit.

No she didn't respect his right to choose by literally not giving him a fucking choice, maybe he didn't want the child as his own, that doesn't mean that since she got pregnant that he wouldn't want the child to be put up for adoption or something (not likely but possible). Ultimately she's fucked up in the head, and you're an idiot. Nothing she did was even close to appropriate or noble.

He clearly stated that she didn't want him to get one when he was completely fine with it. So that's her fault too.
