What about making apple sauce/compote with the apples? You can also put them in smoothies in stead of using ice cubes. I love frozen bananas in mine :)

The good: Finally broke up with my LTR of ~2,5 years (a classic red pill guy and not in the good red pill wives kind of way), so I'm really happy that chapter of my life is finally over. Well okay, not really happy as he hurt my feelings a LOT, but this is definitely the best decision long term, as he wants other things out of life than me. In other news, I've had a great time with my roommates this weekend and I had a really nice, long call with one of my best friends. She lives quite far away …

Yeah, I think so too, unfortunately :( I want to improve the way I look and become more feminine mostly, and I really need to work on the vetting of men and deciding what I want in a man etc. I'm also really busy with my thesis at the moment, plus I'm starting a masters degree in September, so I think that will keep me pretty busy as well ;)

Hello ladies /u/panthomdream09, /u/kittenkajira, and /u/beautifulspacecadet, I said I would let you know if anything happened and keep you up to date, so here is a little update. Unfortunately my boyfriend broke up with me a little over a week ago. I had not made up my mind yet at all, and was actually thinking of setting a deadline for myself somewhere at the end of the summer, but he had other plans. For now I think I will just focus on improving myself in various ways and lurking some more on…

Ah thank you so much, that is really kind :) I'll definitely do that

Hey! Sorry for my late comment, I really needed some time to think about it all (still do lol). I think I've read most of your recent field reports, and they've definitely been really useful. I'm a bit afraid of confronting him with the whole time line idea, because I'm still not so good at controlling my hamster comments, especially during a discussion like this. Also, I think you're totally right in your other comment about that we are both still very young, and that there is no real incentive…

Sorry for my late reply! The suggestion you make on thinking objectively about my future without including my boyfriend is really smart, and that definitely helps. Until he made that comment, he was absolutely compatible with my view of the future, but now I'm not so sure anymore :(

Sorry for my super late reply! I think you are absolutely right, and the comparison with investing more money in a bad investment just to hope that it will turn around is kind of stupid indeed! This definitely gives me some more food for thought

What mindfulness book did you read? What you described sounds really good and I think it could really benefit me too, I tend to get overwhelmed by my emotions too quickly unfortunately

Awh that is so sweet, thank you for your kind words. I will definitely think about it, and the timeline is a really good idea, I'd never thought about it in such a way! Do you think I should maybe talk to him about it again? After bringing it up I did mention that it was really important to me and that it could be a deal breaker for me. Or maybe it would be better to just let it rest and think about it on my own, I don't know

Thank you for your reply!! The post about vetting men was indeed really helpful. Unfortunately I met my boyfriend before I discovered TRP, so I'm not sure if I can simply "vet" him now, after having a relationship for 2 years. I'll let you know what I decide to do, but for now I just really need to think a bit more about what I want and expect from out relationship

Thank you so much for taking the time to write that out!! I also really enjoyed reading your field reports. What you said about the placeholder girlfriends makes a lot of sense, and after thinking a bit about it, it might very well be what is the case here. I'm afraid I know what I should rationally do - break it off - but then well that is soo hard :( I'll keep you updated and let you know what I've decided!

Thank you so much for your reply!! I agree with a lot of what you say, so I guess it is now up to me to find out whether or not it is a dealbreaker for me... I just read the post on the vetting of men and it was really helpful, and I think that if we woudn't have been in a relationship now, I probably would have considered this a dealbreaker and not continue dating with him. However, since we're already in a relationship (I discovered TRP and RPW after we started dating), I'm just wondering if t…

What did you improve from last week? Write down any achievements or progress you’ve made! I lost weight, yay! I'm still quite far from my goal, but every kilo is progress! Also, I've been lifting weights with my boyfriend for a while now, and this weekend I managed to bench press 35 kg!! Sooo proud of myself :) And also really happy with the encouragement my bf gives me in the gym What still needs work? I still have quite a lot to lose, at least 16kg, and I'd really like to improve my lifts even…

Perhaps taking on a part time job is a good idea? It's very common in Europe, and generally accepted especially for women. I can imagine that that way you would have the best of both worlds: a part-time career to focus on and to have interesting things to say, and time to take care of kids/the household/yourself too.

What are you proud of this week? I'm really proud of myself for stepping up my game with regards to weightloss. Last week I had quite some emotional eating episodes and thus didn't lose any weight, but this week so far it's been going great and the number on the scale went down again. I also did two new booty workout from the Nike Training Club app (it's amazing!) and the soreness is amazing. I've been lifting with my boyfriend for some time now, so I didn't think I would feel it the next day, b…

Well actually I can be very tidy at times, but I have some untidy habits. He makes sure there never is a mess in his house, but it is never really organized, whereas for me it is kind of the other way around. So I guess in that sense we kind of match perfectly haha.

Yes, I use My Fitness Pal and a food scale. Great combination in my opinion! :)

Health wise: losing weight by using cico, lifting and cardio. It's been going great so far! Beauty: trying to wear make up more often, as I'm often too lazy to put it on, but it does make me feel a whole lot better. Relationship: changing my habits which I know he doesn't like e.g. cleaning up after myself

Ah, thank you!! Actually everything is good so far, except for my thesis lol... But my deadline isn't until the end of july, so I still have quite some time luckily :)

The bad - Ate way too much junk food (aka chocolate easter eggs) today and yesterday, which has screwed up my caloric deficit for the week according to MFP :( - I really need to start cleaning the house more often and make it more of a habit to do chores daily/weekly - I'm super behind with writing my thesis and I just can't get myself motivated enough to start working on it... Procrastination had been horrible the last few weeks The good - I exercised almost every day last week, either lifting …
