Its really up to you My rule of thumb is I generally don't feel close to them if they ditch or even if I ditch but through building enough rapport we can generally meet in the middle and build a friendship. 2	Difficulty making female friends I hate flakiness. Set the expectation, follow up a few days before and day of. I set scheduled messages so I don't have to worry about it. I would recommend having them engaged in part of the plan making, try to make it easy like you driving/carpool/whatever and be specific with the plan.
