I don’t think the damages are enough. This poor guy, it’ll be over his head for at least a few years because of the stunt she pulled. Accusations like this have been seen to utterly destroy people’s lives, 5 grand doesn’t do shit compared to what this anchor that’s been launched directly into his skull might do to affect him later on
