I very much agree, a single person even if it is their job to preside over these cases, is simply not qualified to view all sides of the story reasonably and without prejudice. And while there are benefits to both it can certainly be said a jury who knows what they’re doing can do a better job. The benefit of a choice between the two as we have here is a good system that seems to work well but the other side is equally effective

You cant argue that judges are all corrupt and full of negligence and then try to use a jury trial to hide the problems with your statement. Jurys certainly will do all that but we’ve been talking about judges this whole rest of the time so stay with that. Judges would be out of a job for pulling that kind of profiling on a basis regular enough to be called normal behavior. And second, if the prosecution knows about the possibility of another suspect and ignores it, which is what they have to do…

instead they will formulate their conclusion that since you were at the scene with the weapon you did it Because thats an extremely reasonable assumption, if all evidence is pointing to one person and that person is also 75% more likely to be the murderer than any other person its very reasonable to investigate that person and put them on trial. they assumed guilt then went about building a case on that assuming leaving it to the innocent party to prove they were innocent by proving there was an…

Ah, sorry for the American assumptionism. Thats a very interesting way to do it though, personally i think it may be better than the us system. im sure they both have their pros and cons.

The judges do determine guilt most of the time actually. You have a right to trial by jury but you don’t have to exercise that right and many people believe its easier to have a judge decide, especially in rape cases, because they’re more impartial. Many people will assume if you’re on trial for a crime such as rape you must be guilty so you’ve got a pretty good chance that at least one member of your jury has made their decision before the trial even began.

IMO the only way to "falsely convict" someone is if there is gross criminal negligence Theres plenty of cases where extremely valid and compelling evidence can be stacked against someone and they still be innocent. They’re not omnipotent, you could have been at the scene of the crime with your prints on the murder weapon and still be innocent. Imagine a spouse walking in on their dead or dying SO moments after the murderer escapes and not knowing what to do they remove the knife or examine the g…

I agree, im sure theres a lot wed agree on with this, and the differences we do have are rather minor. I would like to say that reading back over my comment on the reasons i put for why people choose to commit rape i kinda assumed that you and others would get the exact context of what i meant with each, which is a ridiculous thing for me to assume i just hadnt thought into it properly so allow me to explain more clearly what i meant. Revenge: this is kinda what i considered the whole raping jus…

you can find countless women who have had it happen to them. Yes, you can. You can also find countless men who have been falsely accused and even convicted of it. What were saying is that, looking at what the numbers show, the most reasonable assumption we can make is that false and true accusations fall on a roughly 1:1 scale, but if nothing else, accusations being true may be what happens the majority of the time, but its certainly not most. Its not these 80/20 or 90/10 splits that people clai…

No its saying that if theres 2-8% that are proven false, and 5% proven true and the rest is undetermined then its reasonable to assume that roughly the same amount of accusations are true but unproven as are false but unproven since the average of the 2-8 is roughly the same as the 5
/r/MensRights09/10/17 04:50 PM

Actually looking at the numbers in the comment, theres a rate 1.5 times as many accusations proven false as there are proven true

I feel like im being pretty reasonable considering im defending myself from the prospect of being banned from the sub on false charges. And from a guy whos apparently checking my account and still somehow figuring im some sort if feminist spy when literally the comments on this post are about the closest ive ever been to being a feminist, and theyre just being reasonable instead of acting like some retard from r/incels But if thats what you consider fun and games then yeah ill chill out

Thats because when things make it to r/all from a sub that many people want to be dead already it gets downvoted to shit. However clearly the people actually from the sub like it because it got thousands of upvotes

Yes because my posts on r/kenm, r/pussypassdenied, and other subs like that definitely show me to be a feminist. And one person commenting that they think im concern trolling is not being called out as a feminist troll. If youre gonna act like you checked my account at least actually do it. Just cause i dont agree with every single thing someone says on the sub doesnt make me a feminist, dumbass.

Dishwashers, fire escapes, windshield wipers, many key components of the computer, kevlar And those are just a few. Im not some feminist coming on here to pick a fight, i agree with at least 80% of this subs content but to act like all women are useless, weak and inferior just because some are asshats only serves to make true the things feminazis say about us AND makes us no better than them

I mean women would've invented a lot of the stuff they have today if there were no men, some stuff probably not simply because necessity is the mother of invention and the world would be very different if there was a matriarchy for most of history but still, most of them arent blabbering retards like those in this post
/r/MGTOW05/09/17 02:56 AM

And why do you care so much? You think the subs gone to shit anyhow. It got 3K upvotes, sure it doesnt fit the initial intention of the sub but a lot of people found it amusing and it loosely relates to the theme of the sub so who cares? Posts are made for people to enjoy
/r/PussyPassDenied26/08/17 02:19 PM
-8

Its not intentional, but i dont care enough about the sub's overall integrity to only make posts that fit within a ridiculously specific themes. The sub wouldve been dead in a week if the mods only allowed posts that are fully and undeniably a ppd. If someone really does want to see the sub be better than it is they need to put in work not just complain and grumble in the comments.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/08/17 02:13 PM
16

Then report the post, and if the mods still do nothing send them a mod mail explaining your problems with it. Call on others who care about the problem to do so as well. And if they still do nothing, make your own sub, invite all those who want this sub to be more specific to join you there. Sure itll be smaller but itll be yours and you can invest in it. Be the change you want to see, cause just commenting on a post will do nothing.

I mean it pisses us off when women have strict requirements for men they date. Its not that ridiculous that women would feel the same for men to have strict requirements of women. And honestly we require a lot more than "be a virgin"

Its usually used for training bras i think but honestly the measurement is probably more to distinguish the sizes than to be used as a size itself for the most part
