She will see your passions, goals, what you do for fun, etc through your actions. Don't take it too literally; you can talk to your woman, but don't vomit your emotions and talk about yourself non stop. Ideally you would want to talk about your goals and passions with your male friends. Precisely. The notes are just to give people an idea of what it's about. Every single person here should read it. I get the feeling a lot of people, like I had, think the book is about PUA. I want to show that it isn't.

Another one: squats. If you're not doing them, then you better fucking start. There is a reason squats are usually the first lift in a lot of workout programs.

I've heard the same thing from multiple people- the 30s are the best time for real relationships (both sexes), career, hobbies, etc. Good to hear.
