It's dumb that it doesn't fit in with the dictionary's view. You can argue that until you're blue in the face, but you cannot change the history or the power of the word. It will always be the worst crime to a lot of people. That's why women either get included it in, or we need to stop using the term altogether. Things aren't equal right now. Men have their lives ruined as rapists, but women make new families and start careers as someone who committed sexual assault. Stop being obtuse and prete…

You need an object. Forcing a guy with a taser to have sex with you doesn't count as rape because you didn't stick the taser up his ass. Which. Is. Dumb. Rape has a definition. Merriam-Webster and Oxford both agree the act doesn't require pentration or a penis. Law makers get to define things however they'd like, regardless of the actual definition of the word. I'm not arguing that the legal definition means one thing. I'm arguing that the legal definition is erroneous and stupid. You can't take…

You aren't smart. American law also defines rape as being an act of penetration. It's dumb. Women can rape people. They can be rapists. They deserve the gross connotations that come with the word and all of the consequences of it, instead of being hand held and their actions being sugar coated with nicer phrasing.

Again, the law trying to frame rape as being one thing, when the actual definition of the word means something else is dumb.

Merriam-Webster. First definition when you Google "rape definition". Where'd you dig up your definition? It's dumb because rape describes the activity the woman is doing.

Definition of rape (Entry 1 of 4) 1: unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person's will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception You don't need a penis to rape someone. It's dumb that the law tries to frame it as so.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
