As long as it's a signed agreement she shouldn't be able to touch the other vehicle, but it would be best to sign the title and give it to your attorney! That way he can turn it over at the proper time.

It's best to put your cards on the table before banging on a first date! That way neither party is surprised when the other doesn't call.

Really depends on whether there's an ongoing relationship between the two or if it was actually a relationship in the beginning or just a hook up. If there no ongoing relationship, and not likely to be one then she can handle her business without bothering him. If there's a chance they might want to raise a child together then by all means bring him up to speed!

I think if the man,at inception doesn't want a child in areas where abortion is legal then a legal document showing his intentions should be drawn up and any claim for support is invalid.

So by all rights,if they want to keep bringing up how things used to be 200 years ago, this killer should be taken to the town square the next Saturday morning after conviction and hanged.

Exactly, time moves forward, situations evolve. Just because it happened one way in the past doesn't mean it should always happen that way,or that anyone now thinks it was a good thing that it happened that way!

First thing everyone needs to do is quit talking about things that happened a hundred years ago! This is the 21st century, not the 19th.
