If someone is making nonsense arguments, a good skewering could be what they need. RPW is not about being a wallflower and letting people talk flippantly…instead, pick and choose your battles, and work on improving your wit to get a laugh and prove your point without the other person feeling too badly. A brain to go with your beauty can be quite attractive!

She’s in the moment and saying hot stuff. Just talk back dirty to her and carry on pace that suits you, alternate between hard and more relaxed. Remember sex for women is 80% in the mind.

Allow me to provide a countering view. The boys are braying “AWALT” at you and of course they are right. However, and I think you have sensed this, the concept is not so much “AWALT” as is it to always act as if AWALT. It’s more akin to “trust but verify” vs “trust no one”. Us men, being the true romantics, often need this reminder and the nuance can be lost. Having said that, there are 2 red flags of which you are already aware: (1) not including you in the plans, and (2) the semi-flirtatious n…

The less experience the better. Full stop. With less experience comes a better bond with your eventual husband and ensuring the “specialness” of physical intimacy. A big reason women feel like it is “wrong” to be inexperienced is because our society has engaged in propaganda to make it seem so.

How are you unattractive? If physically, many women with not so nice bodies have done very well by working out and gaining a hot bod + some makeup + nice hair etc. This can do a lot to make up for an unattractive face, within reason. If personality, style, attitude etc. this whole sub is dedicated to that. If you are willing to work hard you can adjust your target upwards. If not, then yes go for someone “unappealing” so that you make a complementary match.

I agree not all would be comfortable with this approach, and that it may be overkill if you are just dealing with petty jealousy. The broader point I am trying to make is that there are people out there that are absolutely pathological, and “holding your head up high” is not a game plan if you are facing that level of viciousness. There is nothing wrong with finding ways to dim your light in front of those that would smash it to bits. How you do it is up to you.

The key realization you have had is that many other women, even older women who are supposed to look out for you, are instead motivated by jealousy and their own baggage. That is phase 1. Share this message amongst your circle. Create and contribute to groups (like this one) where you can develop and expand on this knowledge. That is phase 2. I disagree with the other comments regarding phase 3. Holding your head high worked even 10 years ago, but the rapid descent of our civilization means that…

I’ve had a quick look at your profile, you’ve been stuck in the same rut for a year+. Time to make a big break or fade away. The choice is yours. You need to be introduced to and deeply think about a whole bunch of new ideas, and see which of them will stick. Here are a few: you are feeling very sorry for yourself. And you have a right to. Is one year enough time to mourn or will you extend it to 5, 10 and then it really will be too late? in TRP terms you have been “alpha widowed”. The earliest …

Yes of course. It is important to remember that looks (generally) are not as critical for women as they are for men. Have you maxed out the following: style/haircut/facial hair (this is the one that most directly impacts looks) preselection (create the perception that other women want you) success markers (or potential for success) “fame” or notoriety of some kind “game” or banter, ability to inspire a wide range of feelings in women other elements of physicality (e.g. how you hold yourself, how…

This is the unfortunate outcome of the modern dating world. It is hard for a woman to gain commitment when other women aren’t insisting on it either. Men who are in demand can and often will move on. Depending on what your goal is, my suggestion for you is to upgrade your feminine traits to the max and then seek an older, more experienced guy in the future who may be more interested in settling down and then aim to indirectly make it happen much earlier. This art of “getting the guy” was somethi…

Men can naturally finish very quickly as that used to have significant evolutionary advantages. However, we are no longer on the savannah. He should have the maturity to be able to listen to your concerns and take steps to improve your marriage in this area. Is he in good shape? Does he project a masculine aura that makes your heart flutter? Does he abstain from all other porn and mastrubation? If not, these are obvious areas for him to make changes. This is a huge area and these kinds of issues…

There is a deeper issue for sure. Your suggestion of therapy is a good one. Try also to let him know that this period of hard work is not forever, and he is not “stuck” in present circumstances on this treadmill forever and that you are willing to make changes to help him regain some balance. Maybe it is time for him to outsource some part of the business, for example. Classic hypergamy. Proceed with caution as it is very easy to break something that cannot be repaired. Your man needs to bring some darker tones to the relationship to thrill you and chill you. It is not something you can get him to do. Suggest him to spend more time with the boys (or the main TRP subreddit as a last resort) and hint that he should learn more about what makes a woman tick.

In an LTR / marriage scenario you want to be thinking about how to make life for your man sunny and pleasant, including in bed, and less about introducing new ideas (unless there is something you or he are looking for and a hint gets dropped here or there). Sunny and pleasant simply means you are on your best physical appearance / fitness / health, with a positive optimistic disposition about life and your relationship, and keen to get in his pants when the chance comes up. Energy and interest c…

The real issue is not that being a SAHM is tougher than it used to be (which it is), or that young women are not being given the right tools, training and advice in advance (also true), it is that there is no group dynamic at play where some of the parenting resources could be spread amongst relatives that could be trusted. The western trend towards atomization of the individual above all else has brought great rewards, but also the loss of a healthy group parental support dynamic that used to k…

This is not by accident. Hollywood is hoping young women will model this behaviour, either because they think it will empower young women and make them happy, or they know that it won’t and they want to push the idea anyways. Either way, Hollywood is succeeding.

Invite them out or over to your place for a drink, if you have done it once a repeat should not be as challenging. If one of them was into it more, message her first and maybe she will convince her friend. Did you get any pushback / tests the first time to make it happen? Anything in particular you did to make it happen?

This is the right answer. You want to fulfil her fantasy of rough sex like 50 shades, so she can feel naughty. You do this by making it feel like she is going to have taboo style sex and then deliver more style rather than substance. You should never actually hurt anyone until you establish more trust, set up safe words, get all kinds of text messages to cover yourself, etc.

Your current strategy will work only if you are super hot. For that men will jump through a lot of hoops. If you are not super hot, then sensuality (not necessarily sexuality) and femininity are key elements of “girl game” you need to learn. They will form the honey that you can use to keep guys around while you mutually assess each other’s suitability for an LTR. Either way, don’t overthink coffee dates or spend too much money on them. 100% correct. One issue is that too many “modern” women bristle at the thought of taking responsibility for these things. It will do your relationship wonders to take charge of these matters.

I don’t know who is responsible, but I can 100% confirm that porn has changed profoundly in the past decade or two. Before, there was far less messaging in porn - men and women got together and every one enjoyed the experience. Now vast quantities of porn have bizarre story lines, and more and more extreme acts and fetishes abound even on “mainstream” sites. I would say the conspiracy (if there is one) is two-fold: one, to normalize and suck in as many women as possible into the industry so that…

Somebody please post the “Casually Explained” video for this poor guy. OP, women are generally hyper aware of who they are touching so this is most likely a sign for you to make a smooth move. OP, women are also generally hyper concerned about coming off as forward / slutty so they often don’t like to “act” interested and prefer you to make the move so they can tell everyone (and themselves) that is is you who chased.

Incorrect, genetic evidence indicates that there are far more mothers than fathers in our genetic history. People were not pairing up, in our genetic stream there are less men that were connecting with women, and in some points in our history far less men. Obviously I’m laying this out in general terms but the scientific evidence is there and makes the masses quite uncomfortable.

Let me also add my thanks for giving us something meatier to ponder rather than merely how to get laid. I have often thought that it is wiser to think of wealth, success with women etc. as a byproduct of something greater, but could never clearly delineate in my mind what that greater thing might be. This helps put that into focus. I have wasted a lot of time but it is never too late to try to become the very best version of yourself.

You have this completely correct (even the nuance). This is the basis behind the old advice from mothers to daughters for them to go to college, yes, but to ensure that they gain that “Mrs.” degree. Get educated for its own sake and to have something intellectual to offer in a relationship, but the youth/beauty that you offer during the college years is of exponentially greater value to men. The situation when mirrored is not reversed.

I believe the divorce rate is lower in Ireland due to the proximity of its strongly religious past compared to certain other countries. As that past recedes further, I expect the divorce rate to rise. Please also consider, what are the laws relating to alimony, child support, child custody and welfare benefits in Ireland? TRP generally holds that part of the reason for the explosion in divorce has to do with the financial benefits that accrue to women under the systems of many Western countries.…

I just write this in response to a completely different question and it may apply here: “My guess you need to work together to excite [her] more psychologically. I agree with you, but I think we are talking about different things. Big cities are full of women who are quite “proud” of having exercised their rights to have sex with huge quantities of men. Every single television show and film they have seen their entire lives tells them this is the right thing to do and that their parents are idiots who do not understand what they are going through. Basic parental guidance is missing from massive numbers of young peoples’ lives. Over on the men’s subreddit…

Thanks for this fascinating perspective from the groom’s parents side and your salient advice. This missing perspective is a huge reason why so many younger people are lost when it comes to understanding relationships. I fully agree with and encourage your supportive attitude. At the same time I do believe we need to be aware of red pill truths (this being the subreddit that it is) and if OP is obese, has poor skin, is not feminine/sexy, etc. and is not willing to work on these things then the other traits you mention (though quite important from an LTR perspective) may not come into play.

These are wise words, and hopefully more than a few 23 year olds will see this post. There is also cause for hope in the amount of hard truth you have been able to tell yourself. Many people cling to their views for their entire lives, unable to deal with the fact that what they believe is wrong. Men and women in the West have been told lies about each other for some time now. One option if you want a real challenge: turn her into as much of an RPW as you can, isolate and protect your assets, ensure she has enough income and support to raise a child, then put a bun in the oven. Be around occasionally to give her support and ensure your kid is being raised right. The odds are stacked against you but if it works everyone will be fulfilled.

In terms of absolute number I agree with you, however in today’s society a 29 year old guy who is on top of his game has a LOT of options and a lot of temptations put in front of him. On the other hand, there are lots of 29 year old guys who have not even matured properly into men. I think there is value in going even 10 years older than that if it secures a guy who is serious about starting a family. A big part will have to do with your own attraction level. Nagging can be easy and intuitive for many women, yes. But men don’t think this way and (as you have obviously realized) it can have a very negative effect. Many women don’t have this level of self-awareness.

If she’s not excited you cannot make her excited directly. You need to go with an indirect approach and make her emotionally and viscerally excited about the idea. Women who love to go down do it because they get a deep satisfaction from and get turned on by making their man happy, not because they enjoy the act itself.

I cannot confirm enough the importance of this concept. This kind of strength is the basis of the old phrase “There is a woman behind every successful man,” which of course has now fallen out of use because women have forgotten the skill of how to support a man. Red pill men recognize how difficult it is for a woman to act against some her urges to needle or nag a man when he is down. There is a great, short scene between a mother and daughter at the end of the movie Spanglish that captures this…

A common way to deal with a tough history is the “drip feed” method whereby you slowly acclimatize the gent to your past. This similar to the frog boiling trick. The idea is that by the time your entire history is out, you will have been together long enough that he can really judge you by the way you are now. In the modern era, men have been acclimatized much more to women having “crazy” pasts, especially if they are hot. This will need some management but is generally achievable from what I ha…

Everyone has hope, but to be blunt you should acknowledge that it is far more likely that you will overestimate when your looks will begin to fade, and then grasp at a boring guy who has some cash, and then squeeze him for what he is worth, and then cast him aside and be well set up. This is a very common result (and to be frank not a bad result for you) and the likely default scenario unless you really make a change in yourself first through therapy and other means.

Once you start lifting, part of the wool comes off your eyes, and you realize the world works more like how the conservatives say it does. Very generally speaking, the left deals with people as they ideally should be, and the right deals with people as they actually are. The group 2 example you posted could definitely get laid. Because they haven’t swallowed the red pill fully, many men vastly underestimate what it takes in terms of basics (as you noted), attitude/confidence, and game in order to be successful until it actually starts happening to them. So, to those that are wondering, start on the path now. The time will pass anyway. What do you have to lose?

Women like the idea of “figuring a guy out” and knowing his slot, and when that is challenged it potentially invalidates their skill at assessment. Women are deathly afraid of being “Tricked” by a beta which is why they shit test. This is why for example it is so challenging to get out of the friend zone.

This is exactly right, and explains the great pride women used to take in areas where they could support strong men, such as managing finances, managing household matters, and raising children. If you want a captain, to use RPW parlance, think carefully about what you can add as a first mate. I would agree with you generally, but the science is changing and there is new research on issues relating to bits of dudes' DNA hanging around and staying in the woman's body forever and impacting her and any future babies. I would encourage you to keep an open mind and also stay on top of the research. This is why in my opinion it is also best not to have too much attitude in TRP / MGTOW subs. We are all men here trying to learn from and help each other (at least I am).
/r/MGTOW28/10/17 02:05 AM

You are incorrect. There's a saying from an old second wave feminist: "Left to their own devices, women will eventually start walking around naked." There is no limit to how far many of them will go to ensure they get their "fair share" of attention. It is their currency.

Incorrect. The failure of our fathers / role models to teach us how to deal with women is what got us here in the first place. We must relearn this, not treat women like men.

Ding ding ding we have a winner. All kinds of odd policies and procedures and weird happenings...and the only thing they have in common is that in the end white men lose out. Look at the recent NFL noise. No matter how it resolves itself, something that white men enjoy (as well as others) and use to bond together has been tarnished.

So many good concepts here in one comment. The idea of not being able to do what a natural does, because you are not a natural. The idea of not pursuing idle dopamine release because it bleeds away drive to achieve real goals. The idea of practicing restraint in order to achieve goals so that you don't hijack your reward system, and re-connecting your dopamine releases to achieving your own goals in the real world. (1) Recognize that what you are feeling is normal. Women generally don't find any "weakness" in men attractive and easily find it disgusting. (2) Root your feedback as a natural response to the part of him you do find him attractive, whether it is his military bearing or his traditional strength. Your job is not to be a shoulder to cry on, but to show faith in his abilities on this issue and otherwise and that you know you have chosen a captain wisely. This is what he will appreciate from you.

This theory covers that as well - with kids, after 4-5 years, women may feel that "yearning" and feel trapped and bored, triggering a split. In the wild the man would have likely bounced on by then and this supports multiple genetic combinations. There's a book by a lady (I forget her name) which covers this topic and the pattern is quite common. It's been theorized that this is a hormonal "feature" to encourage a change in partners if no children are coming out of the union. The way to combat this, of course, is what is known as "dread" in TRP circles but what really can be described as both parties being made subtly aware from time to time that everybody has options.

More women need to hear this...keep spreading the word and keep it up. As for your own pair bonding abilities, yes statistically you are now less likely to pair bond the way a low n-count girl would, but those stats include the vast majority of women who have no idea what is going on and why they are so unhappy despite doing what everyone is doing...having the self knowledge to understand how your own female psyche works is one step towards ensuring you do not become a statistic.

The plan is that someone will complain about a man being in one of these unisex bathrooms. There will be an incident or altercation, someone will feel "unsafe" because of the man in the bathroom at the same time as them. So they will then have two types of bathrooms: one traditional ladies' bathroom for women only, and the other free for all for anyone. There will no longer be a male only bathroom. Men cannot be allowed any space for themselves. You heard it here first.

I think we are saying the same thing. I listed the same things as you did as to the reasons why many men lose the attraction of their mates. All I am saying (and this may not apply to you, in which case I understand) is that many women, to some degree, also take directional cues from other women, and feel good knowing that other women also find their man desirable. Given this, there is no reason for a man to avoid his woman getting this additional input from time to time. Nowhere in my comments …

Agreed, but many/some women find their attraction for their man increases when there are subtle displays by him (intentionally or not) that he knows he can easily snag another mate. There are far too many men out there who "hang up their Spurs" so to speak when they find someone "special" and head down the path of becoming a troglodyte. The male-side TRP forums are full of guys who lost the attraction of their mates because they became comfortable.

All the woman needs to see is that her man is smooth, socially confident, and able to go out in the world and attract another woman if, heaven forbid, it ever came to that. Many men think they have found "the one" and then proceed to gain weight, cling closely, and generally let go of the wheel of the ship. "Soft dread", as you call it, is the antidote. This is the thing that blows my mind. For the longest time I equated fit relaxed people with being douches (and some are). But some of the warmest, kindest people are those that have made themselves better through hard work and they get what you are trying to do because they have been there themselves.

Nothing is handed to a man. You walk into a room, 2 girls are very interested in a group of 30 people. You must learn to pick up the subtle (and as you get better, not so subtle) hints that those 2 will give off that they want you to approach them and do (usually) most of the work to make the interaction successful so that from their perspective they can say "it just happened, he swept me off my feet, etc." The only way to get better is to get outside your bubble, talk to new people everywhere, …

Your desire to give him the chance to sow his wild oats is admirabke but misplaced. As others here have suggested, work instead on being his incredible wife during the day and his hot piece at night. Look for ways to be a true supporting counterpart in life and give him incredible experiences at night, which he can of course reciprocate. This is the recipe for marital happiness. I wonder whether to some degree your views on his n-count come from a place of unease in your side that your count is …

You need to approach immediately!! If you don't go in immediately the quick loss of interest is palpable. From her perspective, the mere act of looking at you or hanging out near you is a massive investment. You need to validate that quickly or she will feel exposed and retreat. Edit: I just saw your joke about being "autistic"...the above applies to clear IOIs, not random women carrying on their usual business. Those women can also be approached but I would go in much softer.

+1 for stop shitting where you eat. If you insist on this course of action, set up a dynamic where you enjoy a nice BJ, spank her or otherwise get her worked up while you are playing around, and make it clear (implicitly) that you are 100% satisfied with this arrangement and will now also head off to bang other chicks thank you very much. With respect to your question, you need to read up on "trickle truth" and apply it in reverse. You should have told her that you had a great chat with the Russian but decided not to pursue since you value the LTR so much. Not sure what you are asking. Women generally love to come hang out in male spaces because (i) nosiness, (ii) attempt to police what is being said (they hate the idea of men learning from each other about how women think) and (iii) the possibility of getting some of that sweet, sweet attention by virtue of being a woman surrounded by guys or the chance of being "offended" by something like that lady at Apple recently or the lady with the "dongle" joke a few years ago. I agree with many of the other commenters here. Loads of game in play but our man Saul has (to his credit) internalized so much of it that to him it seems like he is just chilling. Well done mate, great FR. The big lesson is, if she is still standing there, that is you IOI. She is expecting you to ask 3 or 4 times and be chill and persistent. It can be tough to get your head around that but there it is. The window is so small sometimes, if you act emotional to a no, or let her go, she will walk off even if she was willing to sleep with you. If you try all of this at once you are going to have a bad time. Start with one or two small base things that will drive everything else. For example: don't spend any time alone in your place. Even if you go sit in a library or Starbucks, you won't be smoking weed or masturbating and that is a good start. Let that take hold and build from there.

So the act of acquiring the cash has changed me. But I see dudes who do it with straight charm, and I aspire to up my game so that I don't get lazy. Always Be Improving, amirite.

Ok I will bite. Being in my mid-30s, I've gone a different "older man" kind of approach. I have cash, so the women I'm seeing get picked up by drivers, might get flown somewhere, etc. All done in a very nonchalant way, like "huh? You don't chill at the ritz?" It works for me, and I set it up so that I'm clearly (at least in my mind) not just paying for sex with these expenses. It's good fun. However, in the back of my mind I do realize that I am using cash as a bit of a crutch. I would be happie…

This is very true. Pictures of men dressed as women, or getting their toenails done, or makeup done as a joke with their daughters are promoted and up voted to the front page. Articles about men realizing they are trans are promoted heavily on cnn.com and other places. It is all about normalizing and encouraging men to become effeminate. Fight the power.

Women are generally much more emotional than men, particularly on sex. For a woman, having sex includes being vulnerable to you, letting you into her emotional space, and taking a risk that you may reject her (which would crush her emotionally). Good sex is cathartic and will also cause her to feel a range of emotions. If you are doing your job right, you will come across women who cry before or after sex. Sometimes they even take a break and cry during sex. Your job in this case (as always) is …

What you are disputing is a tenet of TRP, and it does not hold up logically. As you say, women are no longer as thoughtful about having sex. So they have more fun - that short term fun is all being had with a smal subset of men. It does not make sense for that fun to be had with low SMV guys when the high SMV guys are willing to have a little side action. If most men were getting laid there wouldn't be a multi-million dollar PUA industry to begin with.
/r/RedPillWomen09/01/15 06:05 AM
7

This is exactly the 80/20 dynamic in action - there are vast masses of men not getting laid and you literally don't know them. Genetic studies have confirmed we are all descended from a vastly wider pool of women than men; even historically a relatively small number of men have gotten all the action.

I agree with everything you say except for the last sentence. There is a real risk of the blue pill guy causing serious damage to your reputation at school or the workplace, driven either by his BP brainwashing or a mistaken belief that "defending" women against your sexist beliefs will get him laid.

As a public service announcement I will say to you what I said to the guy above you - if you are going to "help" another man proceed cautiously, protect yourself and be ready for blowback. I have written previously on the assault on any kind of "male only" space. Many women cannot stand the thought of guys hanging out as guys and saying the stupid things they do. In my experience what drives these women is partly the feeling of never wanting to be left out of a group (though guys could not care less how many lean-in sessions women attend) and partly (and more nefariously) wanting to expercise a bit of thought management so that men don't get together and put two and two together a…

Available evidence is that women are generally attracted to men 3-5 years older to them (see e.g. the survey series on OKCupid). There is a huge amount of social engineering afoot for women to think they can grab and keep younger guys, but ultimately they usually cannot keep them, and unless she has maintained herself very well indeed it would be difficult to think that it would be appealing for a woman to be content to serve as a younger man's training wheels.

Don't encourage me! Attempting to get explicit consent to sex only to have the girl laugh derisively and ask "well I was pretty wet when you stuck your finger in me just now, what do you think?" Asking female friends as to what I can do to get a girlfriend, repeatedly told I am perfect the way I am and that I must be myself. This applies in so many areas as it becomes that much easier to coast. This applies to some degree to men as well; good looking, fit men do have an advantage in most business pursuits. The fact that SMV can change over time gives some hope of finding the mythical unicorn even in this day and age - a girl that grew up with relatively low SMV and thus grew her mind, and then got fit later on, might provide that mix of attractiveness, humbleness and brains that would make the most alpha of men thin…

Can confirm from the opposite side of the spectrum: having a lot of cash, but failing to present well or "pimp" in the right (sometimes subtle ways), does nothing to raise SMV. This is the reason for the debate about the effect of cash on SMV - the mere ownership of assets without being able to present them well does not (unless is reaches obscene/famous levels) raise SMV. A follow-up fresh post on the "indicators" of wealth that you present would be greatly appreciated.

With respect, you miss the point - for a guy to have a string of relationships is not failure. In the case of a guy, successive relationships do not: (1) cause a guy to take the same psychological hit from pair bonding that a woman does, making it harder for him to form attachments in the future, and as a related point (2) make it more likely that he will divorce in the future.
/r/TheRedPill14/10/14 02:10 PM

Precisely - for women, the inability to lock down a man (as opposed to hypergamously swinging branches to higher quality men) is by definition a failure event.

This is fine - but remember with women it is much better to show than to tell. Instead of setting up a possible disagreement for no good reason, in the future you can simply take the action that is the result of the point you are making - take charge of the relationship, reward her where she fulfils her role, and be her captain. Let her see the results for themselves (which I appreciate you may be doing in any event).

As others have said, try to create a trail of evidence (text messages or recordings) which indicate consent. Gotcha, thanks. My role as party guy is something new to me. Do you have any advice on things to do to be a good host that puts the focus on me? I don't know, like checking that people have drinks? Or just act the same as if it wasn't my place?

I suggest you change your focus altogether. Book things you would do anyways that might be interesting for her also. Let her know when and where you'll be, tell her to come it will be cool. Then radio silence and go enjoynyour evening. Be brave and do this to a few girls. If two show up game them both and they will be fighting over you. Tl;dr put chicks in their rightful position in your life, enjoy your small amount of free time. This is the essence of the "abundance" mentality. Good luck.

This is a very interesting plan, thanks for sharing. Some thoughts / questions: (1) are you sure India is as free from western influence as you think? Most places in the world are becoming corrupted by the consumer lifestyle and the feminist system. (2) do you think you will find it difficult to relocate to India? I have some Indian origin friends who find India difficult. The conveniences are not there and people can be less, shall we say, honest.

Fair enough. If you are looking for the wife to be a virgin then I agree you should scope out the motherland. For the most part, the only virgins left in the west are likely highly religious Christian girls or girls with some kind of other defect.

You have been reading this subreddit. Why are you in a rush to get married at 28? If your career now affords you the time to meet women, why not apply some TRP strategy and learn how to date women? If you are ultimately going to end up with an American girl, you simply must gain significant experience with women so that you do not end up as some woman's beta. If you are going to end up with a devout Indian girl, she will also appreciate it if you have some greater experience than she does. Eithe…

Active pursuit can be a huge turn-off. At least for the guy you want to attract. Beta types love it when a girl puts in the work and the magazined applaud it. But in the RP way of looking at things the guy has got to be the one to show he has the guts to be out there socially and bring you in. This is the natural order of things. So what do you do? Make his path easier any way you can with the classics: if eyes lock then let them linger, and give him a bit of a smile. When he comes over give him…

This is exactly it. Too many guys are simply too nice and I was one of them. To my mind, I have become far more selfish and I take less shit. but to the world, I am finally being less than a complete wuss. Turns out my niceness levels were completely miscalibrated.

Dude i suspect many are going through this situation. Here is how I look at it: there are very few guys that actually make a shift towards being more alpha. Traditionally there have been the few alphas and everyone else. So. Most people have a spot in the social order, and they may not like it but it is their spot and it is comfortable. What I am doing is actually changing my spot in the social order. If you through hard work become this ripped guy with a great career and cash it's kind of hard …

Having thought about it, I suspect however that the RP answer is probably more alpha like OP suggests, such as requesting specifically the kind of support that could help the guy relax, or perhaps more devious, e.g. Give the woman something else to worry about. It is clear tha "comfort and love" on their own have a risk of beta blowback.

TL;DR - disillusionment can be a good thing, since it literally "removes illusions" and lets you see the world as it is more clearly. It's then up to you to rebuild taking into account this new knowledge. I agree.

Men, examine this answer closely. Even when you are facing tough issues on the job, your woman's first instinct may be to think it somehow involves her. This is her nature. Question: what can a guy do to quickly provide comfort and let a woman know that she is truly not part of the issue? Simply saying so is often not comforting for a woman as she tries to look beyond what a man says to figure out what is really (from her perspective) going on.

This is exactly right. There was a post here in RPW a few weeks ago from a teenage girl, explaining how her dad was keeping the whole family together through tough times like deaths in the family. She realized he was crying in the bathroom one time but was keeping his shit together in public to keep the family strong. This is the stuff strength is made from. Of course you are going to have moments of weakness, of desolation and fear. But the women in your life are not the oak for you to rely on …

Hey OP. Firstly thanks for coming over and hearing another view. Recognize there is a lot of background material which informs our perspective. If you take some time to lurk and listen you can form your own opinion. Some TRP elements in précis form that are relevant to your situation: asking her to delete the text. Bingo. Time and time again we see the pattern of the man losing his sense of mission to follow the girl, and the girl dumping him because "something is missing". The lesson is clear gents. Follow your mission, not your penis. The mission is what draws the girls in. It is also what they are wired to destroy - if you let them.

This is the right answer. Recognize that good looking women are hit on all the time. Recognize that many women (hell, many people) are not strong psychologically. In her world it may be simpler to give out a number and tell the bf to absolve her. Yes and no. There is a thing called the "higher beta" (Krauser) or the "greater beta" (CH). Bingo. This is exactly what people mean by "abundance" mentality. And it truly only comes from gaining some experience and putting sex into its rightful place - sometimes important, but generally secondary to some higher purpose you have. The first one that comes to mind is that dude from Gone With the Wind. He loves Scarlett at one point but is smart enough to know that she will use his love for sport. He displays amused mastery throughout and is the only man who can not only resist her looks but her attempts to leverage those looks with him for gain. And, of course, for a more modern audience I should reference Tony Stark. He bangs chicks but his real focus is his mission. He has assets, fitness and serious game.

Thanks for this. This chart has been used in a number of online forums where women describe the body type they go for. Interestingly, the answers are wide-ranging and ottermode, bear and others get a number of positive responses. Pre-TRP, I would have accepted this at face value and been comfortable that my fat ass will get its fair share. But recognize there is so much hamstering and ego-protection going on based on what they think they can get and their own perceived SMV. Nice try, ladies.

This is very, very helpful (sidebar, mods?). Having moved up from a low D to approaching C can definitely confirm greater willingness to let me run game. Again, it is a hallmark of TRP to recognize that not only is reality different from accepted wisdom (men and not women are focussed on the physical), it is actually the opposite of accepted wisdom. Women can, and therefore do, pick from among the very top when making their short term mating selections.

You have it exactly right. This is just a more extreme version of "chicks dig jerks". And the reasons she digs this particular jerk are all there in her report. Unlike feminists who simply label her a survivor of abuse, TRP can explain exactly why she is fantasizing the way she does.

Getting a degree is not the issue - focussing on a high powered career to the detriment of family life is the potential red flag. Brilliant. I have said elsewhere that for me, TRP has been less about removing the blinkers over my eyes about sexual strategy and how it works (which remains an important component and essentially the entry point into this discussion) and more about LIFE strategy and how it really works. There is a reason we have all been stuffed full of facts in school for 25 years rather than stuffed full of critical thinking and knowledge about the choices that our society has made about how it will function…

Is this really the case? Is there no manner in which a top TRP guy can blend some red pill and provider traits, keep and care for her and completely devour her in the bedroom? I understand the seeming paradox, but I thought it stemmed from the current generation of men falling into one of the two camps and that part of what TRP is about (maybe more for me i guess) is the opportunity to blend the two and become a more well rounded man.

I must agree. Nothing turns off a guy more in the short term than a try for commitment prematurely. On the other hand, nothing ensures he won't take you seriously than to jump into bed too early. If you are as keen as you sound, let an emotional bond form but recognize you need to keep the sexual tension high. You can also jointly make fun of other things together, bonding the two of you together. Intersperse this with some general blather, and slow eyeball escalation and you are golden.

For this alone the feminist movement has a lot to answer for. I have a number of female friends in their mid-30s who now want to have kids and are shocked to find out they can't have it all. Some are successful but I have seen more than one downs syndrome baby in the last couple of years. It breaks my heart as many if these ladies are well adjusted, genuine somewhat naturally red pill types that take care of their men. But the truth was hidden from them, they put careers first and here we are.

Have you experimented with being leaner or more barrel chested? Right now I'm just focussed on losing weight but it would be great to have a sense of what I'm aiming for. Right now I just want to look better in a suit!

So it is more like a triangle and fitness is the base....even months after swallowing the red pill I am finding blue pill lies in my thought process. Blue pill thinking is not just one big lie - it is intermingled with so many smaller deceit hoods that it is very difficult to find a way out. Thanks for the clarification.

Redsunblue, I agree completely but I think you do some of your former brilliance a disservice. Physical fitness is an absolute pillar of game and as a fatter guy I hope to prove that in due course. However, as you said before it's all about the trifecta: Fitness // Game // Money, yo. This statement of yours has given me a lot of hope. Because it means that if a ripped physique is a long way off (as it is for me), you can keep pushing the elements of the trifecta that are further developed while …

This simple dictum has so much to offer. Men are taught to sacrifice, to be chvalrous, to be gentlemen. But we are never taught to think about being good to ourselves. TRP is clearly getting me somewhere with girls but more than that, it is giving me space to take care of myself. Amen dude.

This is the second time you've posted something that I've had to write down. There is so much good stuff here, but it is very helpful for us newer TRPers to have someone pull back and show us the forest for the trees. The sticky on my computer currenty says (for other new guys): Gain muscle & drop fat: +1 Dress well / stylish: +1 Wealth/knowledge/travel: +1 Game/TRP: +1 Gents, this is how you get from a 5 to a 9.

As zioncontroller recently put it, "Fitness and Redpill go hand in hand. One without the other leaves a person trained to fight but with no weapon." Amen.

The Matrix analogies are apt in so many ways. Those that are plugged in will fight to defend their fictional views of the world. Our change to a red pill way of life is threatening to them.

Do you speak from experience my man? I have cash, but to date that has only brought out my beta bux side. When I embraced TRP I dropped provisioning entirely and have had much better results. However, I can't help but feel that I should be able to leverage the bux into a more alpha positioning with hotter girls...Any insight appreciated.

That explains a lot my man. I've been sexually invisible to women for so long I could not figure out what was happening. If this a sign that I am doing things right then I will press forward. This also serves as a validation of TRP as diametrically opposed to what every woman has told me my entire life. Better late than never eh!

This is a very interesting perspective and worth exploring further. I would say to you that many in the manosphere would indeed be keen to participate in a reinvigorated marriage/fatherhood, but recognize that the deck is so stacked against them at this point in terms of cultural norms and legal realities that there is nothing to do at this point but fiddle while Rome burns.

Two things bro: (1) if you were treated like a rock star 24/7, every fb post got a thousand likes, people falling over themselves to help you, you would also become more cruel (or at least indifferent to needs other than your own). Human nature. (2)This is the nature of the test. The hotter the woman, the more she needs to test a guy because the more insecure she is underneath. I know it sounds insane and I don't believe it myself half the time. But everything I have perosnally experienced bears…

I appreciate people have responded negatively to this comment but I see where vian is coming from. My best relationships were much less captain/first officer (which TRP teaches to be ideal) and more yin/yang. Women have a fundamentally different view of the world and that viewpoint, when taken in context and not allowed to run amok, can significantly enrich life experience. Cerainly my life has been made richer by seeing things from a low-hamster female perspective from time to time.

Exacty this. Women are eternally exasperated that men don't seem to know the rules anymore. Men always complain that they aren't supposed to be "mind readers". What was supposed to happen was that our fathers were supposed to teach us how to be men - how to lead, how to take care of our women and yes even to sometimes push back (with class) when called for. But that way has been lost. TRP is the roadmap.

This works on so many levels: low outcome dependency, flirting with the first girl just for the fun of it. Not following her over to the other bar is a very solid move and don't doubt that every girl in the place marked that and marked Scottish as the man of the hour. Going for the shoes and showing a willingness to get physical early on. With the second set, knowing when to hang with the group and when to separate your girl. This is not easy to calibrate (for me anyways) Smoking is the easiest …

We have discussed this on other threads. Consensus seems to be that unless you have been massively fucked over this should hopefully be a phase. You have been knocked out of your previous groove and it will take some time to find a new, hopefully TRP channel. After awhile anger at being lied to, and being told that men are the liars while you are being lied to (!), subsides and you are left simply with a clearer perception of reality.

The value here (for me) is more in the validation of double-channeling your communication. Always try to communicate on as many channels as possible (eyes, body, voice, and I guess text hah!) and if some of those channels show interest and others show disinterest it is very good.

Dude it's for real. Recognize that women are (innately?) ahead of the curve in terms of social dynamics and general social intelligence. Recognize they spend huge amounts of time navigating a complex social network that would boggle the minds of most dudes. These girls are already used to dating older, more experienced guys and this simply becomes a bit more pronounced. Plus, hypergamy - this dude has got some serious natural alpha going on and given the dozens of betas likely chasing the coffee…

Exactly. Being emotionally calm not only frees your mind to better implement the red pill, it attracts women who are looking for that emotional bedrock. Two benefits for the price of one.

How would you define social power? It's clearly not looks or money though they can contribute. I would argue it is also not energy level or being plugged into the social scene though it seems to me these are generally much more important. You have definitely figured the male state of mind on this. An early mental shift for me was realizing that from a woman's perspective a relationship can never usually be just great and on an even keel - it is always trending upwards or downwards, and the coupl…

Good point. If the chief is interested in sharing the spotlight and in the development of his juniors then what you describe could work and that sounds idyllic. In many professions if the Chief is textbook alpha then it's all about him and the juniors need to buckle under for a while but eventually challenge the chief or break away and do their own thing. Like a pride of lions I imagine.

Agreed. Some posts smack of hamster-hating of late. Gentlemen, TRP is not about hating the hamster; that is not productive. We seek to identify the hamster and understand how it spins in its little wheel. What we we do with the information is up to each of us.

Agreed. I've posted before about the risks one takes in explaining TRP to die-hard blue pillers. They will turn on you in a brutal way. Keep your eyes on your own work, become more "awesome" as Tofutofu would put it, and let others unplug when they are good and ready.

So true and even post-TRP I cannot understand it. This is one of the dirtiest secrets that no amount of feminist chest-thumping can cover up. I must admit even now in the back of my mind I want ask these women "Really? You really want me to push you up against the wall, hold you down while I fuck you, pull your hair, call you bad words? How can this turn you on so much? What's wrong with you?" But I don't ask these questions. I just do it and watch how happy it makes them. If someone can provide…

If it's time to move on you now have the perfect out. If you do pull the trigger be ready for her to fight scorched earth style. I would prep any joint friends you would like to keep. Of course you are also likely offering up half your assets in order to walk away and the consensus in most states seems to be that this is the price of freedom. Good luck to you.

30years: thanks for coming by, keeping an open mind and hearing the trp perspective on things. And I'm sorry you have had these terrible experiences. TRP teaches that women deal less with reality and more with their waves of emotion. They seek out continuous emotional dramas. The financial and physical security you provided for decades, though appreciated intellectually, was emotionally dull and unfulfilling. Did you keep her on the edge those 30 years? Did she see other women throw themselves a…

Gents, I'm a newcomer but am surprised by some of the critical comments here. OP is simply describing hypergamy in action. What each of us decides to do with this knowledge is up to each of us as men. TRP describes reality, it does not judge people. I have questions on two areas: getting fit and text game. Zion, have you shared your health and diet regimen in the past? Any tips for the out-of-shape? The seddit forums from where many of us came often deny that text game can work and suggest that …

I am relatively new to this, and I have been shocked by the outright animosity from some blue-pill types. Even if people are seeing your progress and come to you for guidance, be wary. Interesting range of professions listed here. My take is that many professions these days basically enforce beta-ness, that is to say that to get ahead you need to kiss ass and be a "team player". There aren't a lot if opportunities to build out an alpha profile on the job in most jobs (which makes sense, since there can only be one chief). My philosophy has been to not rock the boat at the office but build out myself on my own time. TRP is definitely versatile - it has made me much more aware o…

I say go for it - but what is critical is the way you handle the rejection. You put it out there in a casual way and if she is not feeling it then it is simply not a big deal, you roll on business as usual.
