I agree with them that keeping it simple but well fitted and throwing a little accessory here and there is the way to go, but that's just me, man. Style is very personal. 2	The Power of Cold Showers I think it just comes down to getting out your comfort zone and the feeling of proudness you get once you're done. Reason I say this is because cold water is actually enjoyable to me so I get none of these awesome side effects everyone speaks of. I am that guy hosing himself down with ice cold water inside the sauna. I just love how cold water feels.
