Yup, full on shaving is rare here too but trimming is quite common. At least in my experience with the men I've been with, or seen at the bitch or outside during the summer and from me asking my male friends. My partner who trims regularly is by no means the exception to the rule. While we yes, it's super common here for us to full body shave (minus the forearms generally couse almost no hair grows there and it's a drag).
