Line in the sandOh and with proper diet, duh | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 08:43 PM
Line in the sandMy friend did VShred clean bulk for 3 months but I don't think made me follow that to a T when he was training me. He kept the 6-day split with 2 high rep weeks and one low rep heavy week format. The high volume killed me at times but I'd just take a couple extra days off and be fine. I made huge strength gains. Never monitored bodyfat% but that definitely dropped. I didn't gain weight to speak of but my whole upper body gained a lot of volume. Filling out shirts, smaller ones now(then, anyways)… | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 08:33 PM
Line in the sand150lbs at 6ft. It's a big step up from fucking 130 all of my life. Not underweight according to BMI numbers but for our purposes here it's definitely not functional. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 07:14 PM
Line in the sandThanks for the breakdown, this helps a lot. Also, dirty bulks never even made me fat, just sluggish and brainfoggy. You're right though, diet is everything. I mean you won't gain (much) muscle if you eat right be don't workout at all, but diet goes a long way with any strength training, and it can make or break even the best training routines. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 06:33 PM
Line in the sandLol exactly Also: "Just spin some plates" "Uh I can't" "Welp, there's your problem m88" | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 06:25 PM
Line in the sandThanks again for expanding on that. I knew there was more to it than just "haha what a faggot". One thing this does also bring up is I haven't seen to what extent she can be a freak in bed. Time to stop sitting on my "yay I get to cum in a wet hole 5x a week so I'm happy" laurels and amp shit up as infinitum. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 05:14 PM
Line in the sandI'm just pointing out the flaws in your reasoning Thanks for that line. Makes more sense than "well I guess either you're Chad Thundercock or your wife is 100% without a doubt getting it from Chad". Ultimately, I don't know for certain, you're right. And it is good to wrestle with that idea rather than push it away. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 04:59 PM
Line in the sandOr she's not fucking doing that lol | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 04:45 PM
Line in the sandSo what, hire a fucking PI? I'll take your advice to work on myself. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 04:44 PM
Line in the sandSkimming cuz at work but I'll say it right now there's hardly anything sexual about her conversations. Maybe 1/100th of what you're talking about here. I wouldn't be debating this shit in my head if I ever saw a nude or even a fucking selfie sent out. First username idea was notacuck but it's taken. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 04:38 PM
Line in the sandI don't doubt it and it's been tempting to entertain the idea. It might be a godsend to me right now or in the future but I want to exhaust all other possibilities before being on a lifelong prescription at fucking 30 if I can help it, which I'm almost certain I can. But I do keep an open mind to it and no doubt I'd feel fantastic on that shit lol | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 04:34 PM
Line in the sandShit that's right. Forgot her name.but I did skim the book. I'll read that next. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 03:56 PM

Line in the sandPT is a great idea. I'll put some cash aside. I was working out with a gym bro friend of mine. Great at hypertrophy stuff but he had another friend squat 400 1/4 of the way down and call it a day. Lol. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:47 PM
Line in the sandYeah I think it being a slight stepup from even skinnier before I worked with a nutritionist made me pay myself on the back too much. The diet things been hard but [insert bullshit excuse] Thanks | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:45 PM
Line in the sandI use that term very loosely. Aren't these the first three books recc'd to everyone regardless of anything? | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:28 PM
| -1 | Line in the sandSolid advice all around. Though neither of us are fat, I'll just leave it at that. I guess my stats are relevant: 6ft, 150lbs. Down from 160 when I was able to gym 5x/week. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:24 PM |
Line in the sandGood advice, thanks. I have that huge guide on frame bookmarked, I'll queue that next. And I haven't read much about mateguarding, let alone an entire post about it, so I'll look that up. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:14 PM
Line in the sandA doctor, no. I don't want to be out on meds with side effects if I can fix it through lifestyle, nutrition and supplements. I was working with a skilled nutritionnist but she's expensive and (personal opinion) kind of stingy. She really got me a long way last year though so I should probably suck it up and give her a call again. And/or go to a Dr once I get benefits through work, yeah. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:12 PM
Line in the sandI started writing from a really stressed out state of mind and writing this out helped me refocus. I do that a lot with journaling but I did have some outstanding questions. | /r/askMRP | 03/08/18 02:10 PM
