They're never willing to engage with the reality men who are actually below average face. Their entire argument centers on assuming it's all average men complaining that women only want 8+ inches and not guys that are actually small, have been ridiculed for it (and yes, by partners who liked them before seeing it) and just wish they were normal as a result
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/25 07:26 PM

This is hilariously not true, there's tons of post made by women complaining about their being too small, and most of the comments tell them to end things

Yes, I agree with you, guys that are around average should stop complaining and guys that are actually small should accept our lot in life and give up dating and find a way to be ok with it. Life's not fair

I know because I should actually be ashamed of my body

I mean I personally think it’s all just based in hatred, self hatred that evolves into outward hatred. I personally would love for a partner to compliment me for any reason, I think there are compliments that would be difficult to believe, but they don’t have to be with me, why would I assume they’re lying, you know?

It’s definitely sucks to be that much below average, it’s one of the worst parts of reading posts like this, knowing that when people talk about size not mattering doesn’t apply to you, it’s very depressing. Sorry your getting such a negative reaction to your post, I think you’re being pretty reasonable

I think when it comes down to it, men that are at least 4 inches are going to be ok most of the time, but if you’re under 4 then it’s going to be an issue and it’s unlikely you find someone that’s ok with that. It seems most people want men to be quiet about it, average men for crying about something that is viewed as not mattering, and actually small men for reminding everyone of our existence

Ok case closed, men can continue to post about their small dicks as long as women can make fun of them for it, since that was the evidence of the opposite situation you provided

How is this an insult, I’m even calling myself a tiny dick guy

I have no god given right, I made an arguement meant for debate, you know what we’re doing. Yes and this one was posted by someone that posts ridiculous things to get views. There, there’s your goal post move is that what you wanted. I personally do not find these compelling because I see no reason to think they are widely held beliefs. Especially not widely held enough to argue that body positivity is some unserious idea. It’s no different as saying I should judge a group by the beliefs held by…

The last tiny dick guy

I apologized for not representing my argument in the best way and I meant it. I think videos curated by a source hoping for a certain reaction is biased, so yes them being made by gym bros matters. Same way when people make a video of women saying male virgins are pathetic, they’re trying to make that group depressed and resentful. The source matters

Far be it from me, but is a study of 75 women, with 15 of them not giving an answer for preference, the be all example of women’s preferences?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 08:09 AM
1

I didn’t say men shouldn’t make posts about their issues. I mentioned one specific issue that has been argued to death, not anything else. That depends are they going to be more videos made by gym bros? I don’t know about you but I’m enjoying this conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:57 AM

I’m sorry you’re saying my post is nonsensical and then more or less agreeing with my post? Do you also think men don’t get rejected in a situation where they are naked?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:51 AM
2

I’m not trying to appeal to anyone, I mentioned that body positivity has an important reason for existing and you turned it into how women claim they going to the gym is fatphobic and you showed two videos made by men designed to make you angry. If your idea that women say this you could find actual examples of posts on Reddit or the actual video made by them making that claim. You can’t because it isn’t an idea that is promoted by most women, or even a significant portion of them
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:47 AM

You what though I will apologize on that I’m not trying to say men can’t post about their insecurities obviously they can and should. My point was more about posts interrogating women about it and then not being satisfied with the answer, I should have been more clear
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:41 AM

I didn’t move the goal post, you literally didn’t find an example of what I asked for, you found rage bait posted by men.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:36 AM

This is loser stuff, 5 seconds of clips from tik tok that were then clipped? That’s your evidence? It’s not even the actual entire videos. This was posted by some guy that wants to make you angry and more motived to go to the gym
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:25 AM
3

I’m sorry but do you not see the reaction to women if they even just say they have a preference for above average size, they get down voted to oblivion
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:11 AM
2

What are you talking about? Yes people in the body positivity movement had a meeting and said “let’s make sure to keep men out of this.” I’m sorry but if your going to just make stuff up how can this be an actual conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:09 AM

I could just as easily say you’re biased, and I seriously doubt you can find a post that says anything like what you’re describing.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:07 AM

Fair enough
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:02 AM

Not that I’ve seen, and body positivity was a reaction to help with the massive amount of people, mostly women or young girls developing and dying from eating disorders
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 07:00 AM

I think you’re being pretty dramatic, it’s a post to considered that maybe this topic is a dead end. But yes, make a joke of it and continue obsessing
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 06:56 AM

They very well might, but I’m sorry is the issue that I might not have gotten the range completely correct
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 06:52 AM

By that same token, if there’s a physical feature that gets shit on by men, should women who have that feature make 100s of posts about it and obsess about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 06:49 AM

Nowhere did I say you can’t be insecure, believe me, I have a micro penis, I’m well aware of the insecurity that comes with it. My point is just that if you’re in a normal range you should really try to move on from this. Doesn’t mean you have to, you can do whatever you want, I just think it’d be in your best interest to move on from it, that’s all
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 06:45 AM

So as long as there’s one woman that makes fun of men’s bodies we’re going to keep seeing these posts, it will never end

It’s good to be reminded that it will always matter in my case, anytime I feel like I should be brave and give dating a chance
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 07:38 PM
1

I do and it’s good to be reminded I’m an outlier when it comes to size doesn’t matter. It always does in my case and people will still say I’m just insecure when I express concern over my size
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 07:36 PM

Cool thanks for saying men like me should never bother having sex, I guess that settles it
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 07:22 PM

I would think it would depend on each person, but once you get under 4 it’s probably more likely
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 06:05 PM

I grant that many other people do and are doing that and I’m sorry that’s the reaction women always get, that really sucks. I certainly don’t want to make anyone feel like I’m calling them a liar or that they don’t know their own preferences or lack their of. If it seems like I did with any of my comments I’m truly sorry, that must be frustrating. I think this conversation is unfortunately an area where people just talk at each other. I really try to engage in good faith and hope others do to
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 06:02 PM

Wow this thread was wild, I commend your ability to keep giving this guy chances. As someone also really insecure about this, I appreciate your thoughts. I wish I could say I feel totally better, but it’s a lot to think about at least, thank you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 05:55 PM
3

It’s a good point, I’m sure it doesn’t, In what way does ignoring it make it any better either? I guess I’m just hoping I come across something that will make me feel better, not that that’s anyone else responsibility. This comment specifically I’m just saying not all the guys that bring this up are average
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 05:11 PM
2

Unfortunately yes, I’m not trying to say it’s healthy or correct. It’s clearly very unhealthy, its made me afraid to be vulnerable with anyone else. I’ve pulled away or ended every relationship since because I’m too much of a coward, it sucks. I wish I knew how to make it stop, I imagine it’s very tiring for women to constantly be questioned on this. But at the end of the day I just can’t see someone being accepting and I guess that’s on me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 04:57 PM
3

Ok well, I’m not saying I have one inch, but someone of us are in the too small category. I guess we’re just rightfully depressed
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 04:48 PM
4

I empathize with this, I really do. I can’t imagine how exhausting it has to be to constantly be getting asked about this and as someone who has made a thread like this I’m guilty of it too. I wish I knew an answer to calm people, if nothing else for my own mental health. I’m sorry you were insulted in the other thread. I don’t know the point of my comment other than to offer validation for your exhaustion and apologize for the other side of things
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 04:47 PM
7

This is very true, most men don’t need to be concerned with this. Some of us do fall into the too small category and it effecting our self worth is just a recognition of reality
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 04:04 PM
6

I mean I was rejected for my size, it wasn’t due to porn that I’m insecure, just an understanding of reality
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 04:01 PM
3

Cool I’m inadequate, why would a woman want to be with a guy that’s inadequate when there’s plenty of normal guys
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 03:47 PM
4

Speaking as someone in the actually too small, it does suck and more often than not you just have to give up on the idea of relationships. But life isn’t fair
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/25 03:44 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
