I did IF for about a year but I think everyone has to realize this is an extremely hard lifestyle to maintain. It limits your social life to a great extent and creates a huge psychological dependence on food. Additionally, believe it or not it fucking KILLS your metabolism and you feel like shit all the time. I switched my diet in may and I am leaner, stronger, and always much happier. DEFINITELY would not recommend. Btw I was on the warrior diet. 6pm to 10pm window with absolutely nothing in be…

This is misleading to some extent. There are numerous external factors associated with making eye contact and one simply cannot share a stare with whomever they choose. I used to be a below average guy. If you added in my wrinkly clothes and messy hair then I was definitely not great to stare at. Compared to the attention I am able to receive now as a male model I realized in the past I was simply being acknowledged rather than noticed. Girls tried to avoid looking my direction at all costs and …

Say what you'd like and if I had been in an average guys shoes a year ago I probably would have said the same thing and called bullshit. Put it this way. I was in a grocery store for 15minutes last night to pick up a bottle of wine. In that span of time 3 things caught my attention as I was trying to hustle and get the fuck out of there. Cat called by two women from behind who didn't even have a chance to see my face. Couple walked passed me and the guy put his arms around his girlfriend as he l…

I have absolutely 0 desire to be extremely muscular and am sitting around 10% bf. I do excessive amounts of volume when I lift (HIIT, Hypertrophy, Calisthenics). I won't even bench over a plate anymore. Was 210 earlier in the year (mantits, love handles, whole 10 yards). Twas definitely the low point in my life.

Definitely agree it's not normal for someone to post like I did if they are confident but yes I am insecure still to an extent. I was a pretty average kid growing up, always had weight problems though, the hot girls never wanted me. I made lots of self improvement over the past few months and everything is like night and day for me. You even said it yourself, a guy will just assume that it happens to everyone but that is where my situation is different as I have experienced opposite sides of the…

Those were just generally a few tell tale experiences I subconsciously endured growing up. I had no idea what sociopathy meant until I was called one recently to be honest with you. No worries though I get where your coming from.

That is totally reasonable and understandable. Could you reference me to a few of these posts if you don't mind? I am simply sharing some personal experiences I have encountered, not trying to justify if I am attractive. I am looking for people who can relate to my situation and have a productive discussion. I have been scolded on every other sub with hate and anger and I thought posting here would finally make for good dialogue without any aggressive confrontation. EDIT: I have also noticed quit…

Lol where is the bitching, moaning, or debating? I asked people to share their experiences who also have the same mental disorder. Lol give me a break, this is a sincere question. EDIT: why would you post here then. Wouldn't you get banned also?

I started redditing less than a month ago and had no idea what the average user base was like. I would sometimes post on ask men to discuss experiences with women and my close friends being insecure because i am an attractive male. The amount of backlash, skepticism, and times I got called a sociopath was absolutely insane.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
