Ive met a pick up artist in person when I lived in Las Vegas. I was not impressed with him. I shouldnt judge them all by my opinion of one.....but im gonna anyways. It takes far more than confidence and charisma to pick up women. You have to engage them in specific ways for that to work. I have a lot of confidence and I have charisma. But if I sit there and talk about myself the whole time she will absolutely shrug you off. Confidence and charisma are a part of it but arent the biggest part of i…

"After a night of substantive back and forth" I literally said that in my comment. Did you miss that? I dont just ask a stranger to fuck, I engage in tension building conversation while adding in some flirting aka substantive back and forth. After some back and forth I tell them im not looking for a relationship. If she agrees or says she understands and still continues to engage you then you have her on the hook. After more back and forth and more tension you can ask her to come back to your pl…

Categorically incorrect. I straight up told my current and my ex FWB's that I'm not interested in a relationship at that time but I'd be open to hooking up, should it please them. They had no issue with that. It's all about tension. After a night of substantive back and forth many women will be open to going home with you. Not ALL women. But some definitely are down. That said, I rarely bring up hooking up as an option and I treat them like a friend that I flirt with. I keep them talking about t…

As a 35 year old with nothing but female friends, I agree. My pull rate isn't bad. I dont put nearly as much effort into game as I could. But I'm pretty successful regularly. I can give credit to my female friends for that. Turns out when you spend your whole life listening to them bitch about "dumbass men" you learn what to do and what not to do 🤷‍♂️

The only thing I noticed (i was not around him enough while he was gaming to notice much else) is that he was always a listener. When he talked about himself his hobbies came up all the time (guitar, painting) but they rarely came up.

Not only is your game shit but you're also an idiot who doesnt understand what contextual clues are. Thank you for this. I needed a pick me up. Woke up feeling kinda down. But seeing your reaction to everyone calling you out on your horseshit game....man I'm blessed I'm not you. Still waiting to see more of this "game" you allegedly have. Listen, if you have to tell someone you're something, you're not. If you have to tell others you're smart then odds are you're not. If you were smart others would be able to tell. If you have to tell others you have game, you don't. If you did you wouldnt have to tell literally everyone who's downvoting you to hell that you did. We could tell by the texts. We can tell by the texts. You resort to cheap tricks to keep attention. If you honestly have game, let's see the whole message thread. Don't …

My dude, I met a guy in college named specs. He was a solid 3. Very solid. Ginger curly hair, freckles for days, one eye was off center, 5'4. That man could pull anyone he wanted. On a dare one night our 9/10 fraternity brother dared him to talk to this solid 9 woman. She turned him down so he assumed she ould turn specs down too. Not only did specs land her that night, they ended up dating for 6 months. Average men can pull anyone with the right attitude I've learned.

You don't deal with it lest you become a problem for the friend group which kills your chance on the spot. I'd personally ask for her number and gauge her reaction. If she seems hesitant, buy her a drink/get her a drink and move on. If she is interested she will give it to you first chance she gets. All that said, if she WAS interested she would make it a point to stick around. The friend was "saving her" from unwanted attention. 90% sure she wasnt interested. But that is pure conjecture. I dont…

The sheer thought of banging two girls is absolutely not for me anymore. At one time when I was younger? Sure. And I did. But now all that time and attention just to bang just does not appeal to me. I'll stick to one low maintenence girl who's bi. Of course my number is high enough that sex just doesnt interest me anymore. I always get attention from younger girls and it's great, until they open their mouth. Then POOF its gone.

The conversations that you can have stoned are fantastic. I had a date once that said yes to smoking. I thought i was getting laid. Low and behold we ended up diving into youtube for videos about how space time works. Quite possibly the nerdiest date I've ever had in my life. Thats the interesting part of smoking.

If what you offered me was to get me fucked up at your house instead of going someplace public, a safer place, and do something that you and I wouldn't typically do, I'd start to give low effort too. Plus youve only had one date and youve already determined she is good long term? My brother in christ, no you haven't. Working on that logic will get her cut from your life faster than I can take a shit. Take a BIG step back, put actual effort into going out with her, and stop, I mean right now, loo…

Probably musician. I've seen a solid 2 who could play guitar pull 10's because of it. And I mean he was a solid 2. Very solid. Disproportionate ears (think dumbo), one eye was slightly crooked, freckled like a cheetah, the whole shebang.

So if you should shoot your shot for who you want that means you'll respect women who turn you down because of you're weight? Right? Because that's not what they want. Also getting turned down by a fat girl stings just the same as being turned down by a non fat girl. The fact that you think it would hurt more says alot about how you perceive women who are overweight. Youre too good for them. Thats why you think it would hurt more. Pretty shitty attitude to have.

What he said was direct and to the point. What youre talking about is aggressiveness. "Youre sexy af" is so aggressive (and such a surface level compliment) that I'd be surprised if you even got a verbal reply, let alone a reply that reacts positively to that horrible horrible opener. But if it works for you, enjoy.

One date and you're already looking for a "we" situation? Eesh Just take the hint my dude. Return the energy that is given to you. She gave open communication and realness during the date, you did the same. She changed her energy to not being interested. Do the same.

Oh I'm fully aware of the dating situation as of late. Without going into too much detail, my wife and I pursuit side gigs quite often. She's bi so she seeks out people from that walk of life and I'm free, and do, to pursuit others. Pursuit that I'm often successful in. I wouldn't give out advice about dating/pulling if I wasn't active in it. That's just dumb.

Some men dont have traditional looks and built bodies so they won't just instantly find that first bit of success, this is true. That's exactly how it should be. Just like a high school basketball player. You may have good hand eye coordination and be tall AF but your lack of practice compared to a college player will leave you benched if you don't practice. I think we can agree that as a whole, men are thirsty. That means she probably receives many unsolicited dick pics, unsolicited approaches via messenger, snap, etc. So when a woman goes out she expects to get hit on. And I'm sure it happens. But what does all this mean for you? Well kid, it means that you are just another fish in a very very big, very fish filled ocean. It's disheartening to hear that I'm sure. But it's the truth. Are you at the gym when you're noticing this? Because like I said, people at the gym have a goal. To work out. If they aren't giving you eye contact it's because they aren't interested in you. Don't expect that to change. The gym, overall, is one of the worst places to try to game. Like I said before, you wanna try be my guest. Don't expect to make any significant pulls. Here's my best advice. Don't. Just don't. Women aren't there to get hit on and if you interrupt them while their in their zone you will absolutely destroy your chance. I say this because most women I know that go to the gym BITCH EVERY SINGLE TIME they have to stop their workout to turn down someone. And yes, it happens often. If there is a woman there that is interested in you they will approach. They will make eye contact, smile, wave, something. Look for those signs and gauge. You're not gonn…

Most of what I said has been told to me by her. Some of her friends, when we first started hooking up, told her to stop slumming it. Our "number" disparity is a butt of a few inside jokes. I've always been a real confident guy, for some reason. I was fat af when I was young and lost that weight right about the time I met her. She saw the last 75 lbs come off. It doesn't sound like it is the meeting women is the problem. But in any case, lower your expectations. I had a similar situation when I was younger. I went from 320 lbs to about 210. Women started noticing me. It was new, it was exciting. But I worked myself up to the possibilities and hung a lot of expectations on myself. That applies pressure to every conversation. Here's the thing. A relationship is a relationship. Casual or dedicated, it's a relationship. Think of it as a sliding scale. You start at zero and the higher you move up the scale to 10 (marriage) the more dedicated you are in that relationship/future. You're wanting to stop at level 3, the casual thing. You do not want to exceed 3 because that means more commitment, more time, and more energy put in. None of which you're wanting. Telling them you take things slow prepares them for that casual …

If they're trying to gauge how serious you are, don't leave them guessing. "I enjoy my time with you. It's a sublime and beautiful time that I cherish. But I have a lot on my plate in my life. Things that require a lot of commitment and time to achieve. If you're looking for something long term, something that you can grow with then I'm probably not your guy. But I cherish my time with you and I would miss it should it end. Beyond all of that, I'm grateful I have you here and now. Times that I'l…

Then have those conversations. Become closer. A casual relationship involves closeness without labels, without an expectation of a future. If you're unwilling to connect with them (and having conversations with substance is how you do it) then you're in trouble. It is called a casual RELATIONSHIP after all. Getting close is how you nurture that relationship. What you're inplying is you're simply trying to fuck. Which is fine I guess, you did you. But that's not a casual relationship. Hell, based…

Not true. I have had many casual relationships. At no point in time did I say that I wanted anything long term. I didn't even approach the subject at all. That's where you're shooting yourself in the foot. Simply create the connection. If they feel it too just envelope yourself in it. Enjoy it. Leave the nasty business of expectations at the door. Out of my casual relationships, 2 of them were ended because of long term compatibility. But they ended after 6+ months. Instead of trying to game wom…

I think you're approaching your dates wrong. This is just my opinion but when I was in my 20's I'd go on dates to get that second. It means I had expectations. Very often they were dashed. It was very disheartening. When I hit my 30's I pretty much stopped caring about getting that second date and just started enjoying my dates. Ironically I started getting second and third dates. I would recommend it simply because that is just extra experience under your belt. Weird, I've always just been myself and that is usually my ticket in. When I'm trying to be someone I'm not is when I run into problems. But what do I know? I only have 20 years of dating under my belt. In response to "what if myself is terrible" then A) You need to work on yourself B) Women who fell for you not being yourself will absolutely turn tail when the real you emerges.

Not true, for the most part. Eye contact then looking away is also indicative of interest. I'm not ugly, I'm told. Solid 7 according to sources close. But when I see eye contact like that multiple times I pounce on it. Most the time they've shown interest when I approached. But there indeed have been times that when I approached they absolutely shut me down. Just gotta learn to read the room. I have 20 years in the dating game so it's kinda second nature to me now.

In my opinion, most people can't get out of their own head. What women find attractive can be (but shouldn't be) boiled down to three qualities. Confidence, thought-process, looks (in order of importance.) Looks are a given. Mind you, I'm not saying being chiseled. Many women find all body types appealing. Even fatties have their place (formerly weighed 320 lbs, doen to about 200 lbs), can personally confirm some women love the big ole bear). Thought process. How do we think? How do we interpret…

You have to change that mind set. If you believe yourself cursed, obviously used as a metaphor, that bleeds into a defeatist attitude very slowly. It starts as doubt, bleeds into jokes, then it becomes genuine stress. I had a similar experience. 350lbs by college. Dropped 120 lbs between 25 and 32. Got ladies by looks alone, to an extent. 6'1. Spent my teen years at around 280. By 23 I was at 320. If I wanted a woman I had to have mad game and even then that wasn't enough sometimes. Fast forward to 28 and I dropped 100 lbs. Never in my life did I imagine women would want to be around me. Don't get me wrong, still need game and/or be a decent person but the looks are now a positive. Exactly. It puts them at ease because they don't think you're coming across as someone with a goal. You're just a guy who seems cool and isn't making them feel any sort of off way. My dad explained it as "alluring aloofness ". If they have a boyfriend, you just made a new friend..if they don't, and they like you....well, they will absolutely let you know.

As a point of interest, I'm not sure that that is a great option. Instead, literally just talking to them like they have boyfriends is a good idea though. Not to find out if they are single. But so you can take the pressure off your own game and relax. Assume every woman has a man. There will be a correction and they should be acted on.
