Tests came back just now and I'm at 570 total, 11.5 free. They said if I was 11 or below free I'd qualify... but I'm just out of range. They recommended HCG. I'm going to try a different clinic.

Normal is a fucking huge range. And someone told me a bit ago that my free is not good, but I don't know how to calculate what a good range is.

Any idea if men's health clinics will? They seem to specialize and push this stuff.

Yea I've never gotten sun, but I do supplement D. Only 5k UIs though. I'll double it and see.

That's probably true but I know someone who needles himself weekly and he's been sitting at like 1200 for a year and feeling baller as fuck as a result. So I'm curious.

Yea I was skipping face pulls and barbell rows for a little bit and my shit does round forward. I think I'll deload like the other guy said, add band exercises, and hit up PT.

Thanks for the reply. I'll look into what band work I should start doing. Should I just cut upper body work and computer use out completely for 3-4 weeks? Which kind of Doc?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
