Tela is the least developed beach town of the three, and the cheapest and for red pill mgtow is ideal. Roatan is half English but westernized. It used to be British controlled so no for me. Ceiba is double the size of tela but dangerous. I chose tela because I’m still Inland and allows me to go to rural areas a lot easier to meet rural submissive obedient women.
