3	On the Importance of Cooking.. I tried making a BBQ grilled chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich once. But funny thing. Since I had never purchased avocados before, I never knew what to look for, so I picked the hardest, greenest ones, assuming a good avocado was one which was hard and brightly colored (like most other fruits).
