I too am bipolar and have racked up an n-count of 9-13 depending on what you consider sex. It basically went from 1-11 within a year during manic phases. Feels bad, but at least I'm stable now and can make better decisions for myself. Thanks for writing this up!

Anyone know where to buy pumps for differently sized feet? Nordstrom lets you do this but the two shoes have to be at least 1.5 sizes apart. That makes no sense! One of my feet is half a size bigger than the other so cute wearable heels are very hard for me to find. Alas, one day I may just end up buying two pairs of the same heels.

I love Leil Lowndes! I definitely would recommend her books over the "classics" just because the times are a bit different now. The basic rules are the same but there are little finicky things that we should pay attention to! For example, Dale Carnegie says that you should smile more. That's not enough! Leil says a genuine smile comes on sloooowly and floods your face.

Thank you Phantom ❤ this is so helpful! Will edit this comment when I finish answering the questions. I got a little too excited when I first saw this! Edit: I am going through the second group of questions, and wondering to myself how I can ask him about his needs/musts in an organic way.

Another wonderful post, Camille! I just want to reflect about why I personally am in "monk mode." I am not overweight but with my frame and weight distribution I am chubby (my family is not afraid to let me know). I am also dealing with stubborn acne that not even accutane cured. With some makeup I could be a 5.5 or 6 but looking at older pictures I think I could be a 7 if I lost weight and cleared up my skin. The acne issue is a little tougher since I'm determined to fix the root problem (which…

personal goals The last two weeks have not been so good diet-wise; I'm not sure exactly why I lost control. But I'm turning it around this week, and so far my reset diet is going well so I'm pleased! how have you shown love I live with my parents and I currently don't have many friends (I want to get my shit together before I work on this). I know right?! And even cruelty-free companies use ingredients that were, at one point, tested on animals.
/r/RedPillWives10/06/16 06:13 AM

Wow. So today I learned that MAC cosmetics tests on animals. So of course I went to the store and kindly asked if I could test one of their lipsticks. They let me and instead of trying it on, I dropped it on the floor and made it look like an accident. I said I was soo sorry, and then I made it look like I “accidentally” bumped into a giant blush section, causing a bunch of products to fly all over the place. I said I was soo sorry again, and I watched as the employees had to clean up the giant …

I'm glad it's working for you! Instead of fish oil I'm eating wild alaskan salmon a few times a week plus taking cod liver oil. I eat a lot of avocados and nuts so that's probably enough omega-6 for me. As for salt we shall agree to disagree, lol.
/r/RedPillWives27/05/16 04:49 AM
3

Regarding omega 3 and 6 I think the ratio can be 1:1 and you'd still be fine. That's provided everything is coming from your diet and not supplementation, which is tricky. I'm starting to think that most people might not need fish oil at all. Salt is also not so clear. Just recently another study came out saying that sodium restriction is not beneficial for everyone. Of course we're still far from a definite answer.

It must be nice to have a streamlined closet! Great job! For me the hardest part would be sticking to a color palette. I love black and but I also love wearing random colors like pink and hunter green.

Does anyone here embrace a capsule or minimal wardrobe? I'd like to adopt one but want to make sure that it's not off-putting to men. While most men don't care what you wear provided it is flattering and feminine, I sure hope my potential boyfriend doesn't get bored of my (3 at most) going-out dresses.

Great writeup! I would like to add that omega-6 supplementation is probably not necessary as it is abundant in the standard American diet but also in nuts/seeds/plant oils. And too much omega-6 in relation to omega-3 is inflammatory. It's nothing to worry about if you're eating a healthy diet but again no need to supplement. The exception is GLA, a less common omega-6 that's great for skin and possibly weight loss! You can take a borage oil or evening primrose oil supplement to get your GLA. Ano…

For beautiful skin and healthy joints, add grass-fed gelatin or collagen powder to your diet! (Great Lakes is a good choice and is available on Amazon.) You can make sugar free or fruit juice sweetened jello or gummy snacks with the gelatin, or add collagen hydrolysate to liquids or smoothies. Of course, bone broth is super nourishing and rich in gelatin, too! Cod liver oil is another fantastic skin supplement. Besides omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, it is also rich in biologically active vit…

Flossing is great on the go! But I love using my Waterpik before I brush my teeth. It's fast and thorough! My dentist was the one who said it was good for getting in between the gums and teeth.

Maybe a nutrition/supplements section? For example I love gelatin/collagen powder and I swear by cod liver oil!
/r/RedPillWives12/05/16 11:31 PM

Or, invest in a Waterpik! It's so much easier than flossing, and you can really get into those tiny nooks and crannies.

It's not directly about economic class, but rather social prestige. At least that's what I speculate. East Asian cultures can be very racist as dark skin is associated with low-class. Likewise a Caucasian husband can be seen as a status symbol.
/r/RedPillWives04/05/16 03:32 AM
1

For my family, it's more of a perceived status thing, I think. I'm Asian and my parents would prefer that I marry someone of my own race, or white.

I think that's definitely a contributing factor. I also got this result :)

Cool, thanks! I didn't know they had physical stores. I actually live quite close by and may just visit today! Edit: Looked at some of their lip stuff online and holy wow they are expensive. But they really are all-natural and I wouldn't mind accidentally eating my lip color since that's usually what happens! I love that their Gemmed Lip Gloss has real crushed semi-precious gemstones in it.

I majored in nutrition and everything you said was sensible and balanced (i.e. perfect)! None of my professors mentioned food intolerances but they are real and personally have caused me a lot of problems. When you suggest an ancestral diet combined with an elimination protocol it sounds much more reasonable than extreme statements like "meat is the devil!" or "paleo is the best diet!" (although I personally am a paleo advocate).

Thank you for writing this guide! I noticed you didn't mention eyeliner in your do's. I usually line my eyes like this (the picture on the right), otherwise my eyes don't stand out - I'm not blessed with big doe eyes. Do you think this look is ok or is it too intense? (I have dark hair.)

Do you have any recommendations for a quality full-coverage foundation? I really like Ann Marie Gianni's Earth Minerals (which you can mix with a facial oil for light to full coverage). However it doesn't come in my exact shade (for some reason, although I have pink undertones, yellowish foundations match my neck best, lol!). 100% Pure looks promising but I haven't tried any of their products.

Great guide! I have been replying to every message I receive but not everyone is appreciative. For example, I just got: "you didn't need to respond I know what silence means" A little rude, but no big deal. What matters is that I'm practicing my go-to decline phrase that I can gracefully use irl!

Color me depressed. (My whole body leans towards the androgynous side.) On a fun note, who are some contemporary female celebrities who are considered beautiful but look very feminine? The site shows a lot of women whom I don't recognize. Feminine-looking women who come to mind: Jessica Alba Scarlett Johansson Amanda Seyfried Alexis Bledel

I agree with mostly everything you're saying here but, 1) Drink to your satisfy your natural thirst level. Overhydration is not a good thing. This article sums it up well. 2) Generally agree, except plenty of people do really well on paleo. Grains aren't necessary if you're an omni eating plenty of veggies. 3) Also beans aren't really necessary either. If you enjoy them, great! Otherwise every nutrient you could get in beans can be found in veggies and meat. 4) Very important! Blackout curtains …

I'm on the same page as everyone here - the "wage gap" doesn't exist when you factor in education, experience, field of work, how men are more likely to ask for a raise, etc. My sister on the other hand, is a feminist who claims that there have been studies accounting for education, experience, etc. that still show a wage gap. One example she cited was a study where identical resumes (except for name) were shown to scientists and they were much more likely to pick John over Jennifer. This one st…

I've accepted the fact that I won't be able to attain my ideal man (naturally rp and within my age range). I'd like to know if it's possible to bring out the dominant side of a typical man by being feminine. It wouldn't be a goal of mine to change him but it would be a pleasant side effect to see him become more "alpha."
/r/RedPillWomen23/02/16 03:34 AM

Thank you. I guess in a way I'm seeking validation. I don't want an AlphaTM but more a quality man who knows how to lead and can be dominant at times. I'm just worried that I've messed up too much to attract one.

I recently read Mars and Venus in the Bedroom by Dr. John Gray. A compromise mentioned in the book is to incorporate "quickie" sex whenever you're not in the mood. Here your guy just uses your body, so you can just lie there waiting for him to finish! Then when you are up for it, you give him your all. I think this is a good way to start being available to him sexually 100% of the time. (Of course you should use other body parts during your period!)
