I thought swiping "no" is unlimited

Nah, it makes it really easy to know who to avoid
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 04:53 PM

Well obviously it depends on what the boxes are of course, but for reeasonable people, the boxes are about making share the person has a perfect foundation. For example, intelligence, education, empathy, communication, self-motivation, open mindedness, positivity, reliability, etc. are all traits that I need to set the foundation in a partner. Because if your partner isn't reliable 2 weeks into the relationship, they're not magically gonna become reliable 2 years into marriage with a kid. You ca…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 04:52 PM

When I "embraced the complex mess" of my ex, he dragged me down to his depressive and negative mental space and made for some of the worse months of my life. Believing people change is foolish nativity You don't need the perfect partner, that doesn't exist, you need someone who has the perfect foundation. And that foundation certainly shouldn't be a mess, quite the opposite.

40 year old girl? What's next, the 80 year old infant?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/23 05:17 PM

I must not have noticed when they changed the definition of super high EQ to mean humorless and incapable of witty banter. I'm sure that girl isn't hard to find at all, I find that to be most of them.

WHAT I'm literally giving examples of things in which intelligence are important in day to day life - problem solving and critical thinking - because you tried to "stupidify" intelligence by turning it into something useless ("memorizing laws of physics") which are not important in day to day life. Man, I'm starting to see why you don't value intelligence lol. This conversation is stupid, you're incapable of understanding my argument and I won't waste my time further
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 08:36 PM

I'm arguing as to why intelligence is important and all you have to say is I liKe cOmMon sEnse

Ok bro this is supposed to be a debate, if youre only interested in announcing your preferences, write it in diary
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 08:26 PM
2

Memorization is the worse example of intelligence. Real intelligence is problem solving, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and competence. If you don't find a use for that... Idk what to tell you lol. You must like dogs and children.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 08:17 PM

Um intelligence isn't memorizing laws of physics lmao

I think we agree on everything except this If you're not looking for anything you end up staying inside more. Women aren't staying inside more than men. We love to eat out, go to cafes, go to the mall/shopping, go to parks, museums, etc. Where are you backpacking? France and Italy. My trip is almost over though

Intelligent people know the value of intelligent partners. Having interesting and novel conversations, competence, being able to trust them with tasks and responsibilities Personally I stear clear from people who don't value intelligence
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 07:53 PM
2

Well I grew up in the American suburbs so I'm more than familiar with them. Women don't stay inside all day scrolling tinder... That's not the issue with the advice "meet ppl irl." The real issue is that 1) most women irl aren't actively looking for partners 2) the selection is far more limited than online Edit Follow up thought but I also think a lot of women avoid places that are known for being places to "meet women" because he know there'll be men there eyeing us or hitting on us. It's why I…

I've been sleeping at hostels for the last week and there are a ton of women. Women don't stay inside all day on the internet, what a strange argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 07:15 PM
3

I already explained how controlling one's environment (nature) is authority. This isn't a hard concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:32 PM
7

Exactly zero lol. And how many women do I know are determining how their husbands domestic lives are set up? A ton. It's hilarious how self-important men are.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:22 PM
4

"nurture" absolutely is authoritative. That's literally the power of the mother over the offspring, which was your initial comparison. Keep in mind "mothers" were parenting before "fathers" in terms of evolution. The maternal protective instinct is immensely ancient. One party determines what the other is consuming, how it's living environment is, how it's bodily and mental states are. That's authority.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:21 PM
7

It is. She's not protecting you in terms of fighting off burglars and wolves, but women are always looking out for their husbands. She protects you from sickness and decay. The women is always making sure the man is healthy, well-fed, mentally well, sober, comfortable, making good decisions, etc. She's got a lot of authority over you. I'm surprised you don't see that.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:14 PM
6

She's also got the responsibility to protect you so overall it's mutual (and consensual) authority

Anecdotes vs data
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 04:06 PM
5

I think physical attraction and sexuality are the main things at play. I wouldn't have worded it as "boring" but rather "basic." The average man and the average woman truly don't have a lot in common. I've wondered myself what they talk about. I think they just see each other across the bar, he'll crack jokes, she'll play with her hair, and boom, love.

I went to a good school. I barely saw obese students. I seriously can only think of one Smart people aren't obese, sorry. Edit: https://psychcentral.com/blog/how-obesity-affects-the-human-brain#2 Even found data to back me up
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 03:18 PM
1

I knew one obese woman in college and she was stupid and bad at her job
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:51 PM
1

Oh, well that first /why/ was rhetorical lol. I was essentially saying (in snarky manner) that the answer is simple and obvious, there's no reason to ask repeatedly if you've thought about it at all
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:50 PM
2

So, yep, that's my point.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:40 PM
3

I find it almost impossible to believe someone can be obese while also being highly intelligent and highly motivated Any intelligent person would know being fat is bad, and any motivated person would keep in decent shape.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:39 PM
2

That wasn't a rhetorical question... I asked what else they might expect You said mine are the "obvious ones." What are the non-obvious one?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:34 PM
2

Do more shit, not just the stuff you're expected to
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:28 PM
3

Ok so what do they expect would be "fair" to get in return from a woman that has a long list of requirements? It seems obvious to me they offer the same shit as anyone else, in different qualities. This is like buying a two thousand dollar puppy and expecting it to recite Shakespeare. You got an expensive dog, you didn't wander into Hogwarts.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:27 PM
4

How can you be bewildered at such an obvious thing? Like, seriously, what else did these "bewildered" men expect?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 02:14 PM
2

I think what they're really mad at is that they feel the urge to simp when they see a beautiful woman. Like an addict blaming the substance instead of himself for his internal state
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 01:55 PM
3

Men will simp for women then get mad woman are simped after. The VAST majority of random attention I receive is from men, not other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/23 01:49 PM
6

Why are there so many posts asking women "what they bring to the table?" There's only like 4 possible answers, and most relationships are a combination of all of them: companionship, reproduction, sex, and resources What answer do you expect? "My collection of elephant antiques" ?

European men rly are on another level. I can't get through one day in France and northern Italy without seeing a ton of men who look like models, just casually strolling the streets.

I don't even know if he would want it, I hadn't really considered it until she brought it up. Probably something open or flexible since we haven't even fucked. The question is, percentile in what? I have a lot of standards, model face just isn't one of them.

Thus, hypocrisy. Everyone likes different porn
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 02:03 AM

Oh I'm still a massively selective bitch lol. I choose like one guy to meet up every hundreds of likes. But model-face really ain't it. As long as a man's face hits the right strings on my guitar, it's as good as any model.

Who gets to define what is hate?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 01:59 AM

Honestly... After dating a guy with very model-like facial features, it's overrated af. I love the face of the guy I'm seeing now just as much as I liked my ex's face, even though the former's isn't model-like.

Well, what circumstances are you talking about? I used those as examples of bad things that mainly affect men (war, suicide) but that people still talk about the female side of it too
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 01:20 AM
3

Again, if you don't wanna hear about female victims of war, or female victims of suicide, etc. don't read about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 01:18 AM
4

I meant what you just said that you wanna "stop hearing about female victimization." You're not gonna stop people from talking about their issues, like you are going rn. It's just unrealistic. If you don't wanna hear about women's issues, stop reading about it? Idk man lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 01:15 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:29 AM
2

Ok... What does that mean to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:28 AM
1

If you're defining "the first move" as starting a conversation, then I've "made the first move" with thousands of people lol C'mon, it needs to more specific than that. If a woman talks to you, she very very likely is not "making a move".
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:26 AM
3

Women don't just become invalids as soon as they become pregnant You're right, we become invalids as soon as we are born according to some men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:25 AM
-1

What are you defining as the man initiating?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:23 AM
13

Sorta? I think the heart of the issue is that a lot of men haven't experienced female interest so they think it doesn't exist and the entire "does she want me to approach" becomes a confusing and stressful gamble If she likes you, she'll be all over you, wanting to talk all the time, exchanging numbers, asking when you're free, asking if you wanna hang out. That is a first move. You just need to finish the sentence.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/23 12:12 AM

That's very sweet! Thank you. I'm 22, and given that I'm single, all my previous loves have ended for one reason or another. I know it's not serious and I know I'll move on. I can almost enjoy a well-written tragedy, despite the cliches. But it's still so odd to be intertwined with someone who feels so homey just to know you'll very soon never see each other again. (unless by some strange hand of fate, we are reunited... let a woman hope).

It was hard when I was single though. Women get lonely too. I know, I'm single right now. Even worse, there's a guy I like and he likes me back, but we can't be together. But I'm not upset anymore because that's just life. Just disappointed ig. And I'm certainly not taking it out on poor Valentine's day lol

Unironically, learn about men lol. Listen to the life advice media given to men by rational male idols: Peterson, Rogan, etc. Understand men's hobbies and language, observe them in their natural habitats. Master categorization and analytical thinking. What is the behavior? What is the associated internal state? What could have led to this? Once you've got men figured out, you can play them like a fiddle.

30s men are still very good but as a 20s women, I do find youthfulness in men very attractive. The kind of stubborn boyish energy they have is endearing. And I'll get to enjoy them for longer. body recovers faster But you're also at your hottest in your 20s. I'd rather be enjoying my body than recovering from pregnancy (and we all know it never goes back to the way it was completely).
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 07:39 PM
5

But 20s men are more hot and more fun, and babies ruin your youth
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 07:29 PM

Uh huh. If only you didn't support the discrimination against people just because they have a vagina, your "glad to hear it" might actually have meant something
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 07:10 PM

You do realize I'm not a feminist and don't defend people who break my moral code simply because we share a vagina in common?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 06:49 PM

Nah, people in general think that any man (or woman) who treats people worse based on their gender, sex, orientation, or race is an asshole

I'm not telling you to be attracted to periods. I'm saying that I find it attractive when men aren't daunted by them. "I don't wanna touch you while that's happening" makes me feel a little ashamed of it because it's being treated as something so gross that makes all the rest of me "not worth it" Jeez
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 03:50 PM

Weird analogy since one is a bodily fluid and the other is a human being, I wouldn't describe shortness as a "libido killer" lol. There are short men that I find attractive

I consider that being grossed out lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 03:40 PM

Killing yourself after being alive for 13 years (kids do not have the mental capacity for suicide) is not the same as never having been born. This isn't "anti-natalist stuff"..., this is common sense. In this hypothetical, you're not raising the kids so the selfish aspect is not important

C'mon, you can do better than calling me a Nazi. That's so unoriginal. And yes, I think it is morally reprehensible to keep organisms that are grotesquely deformed alive "just because we can." I would easily choose to abort a fetus that was conjoined or had down syndrome or blindness ... rather than bringing a human into a life of humiliation and suffering. Even if that child was not gonna be my responsibility. I would do it out of compassion of knowing that I would have chosen the same fate for…

Yep, there's definitely resentment, but I also think people will assume you're out of touch with reality, snobby, entitled, undeserving, not hardworking, unrelatable, etc. Just generally not "one of us." And that's not a position you ever want to be in. The outgroup is a dangerous place

This is like a bad game of telephone. I didn't rage quit, I did the rating thread via discord then asked the user who was organizing it to not include me on the reddit post. And "shitting on other women" was me jokingly telling a user that I'm "going to imagine [another user] as a generic Asian" because she didn't want to post her picture. Facts don't care about your feelings. There is uh very strong data that promiscuous men are 100% likely to cheat. Not to mention, those icky vagina juices left over on your dick from your past escapades are gonna get into my uterus and poison my eggs with foreign DNA. Icky, icky, icky!

The books are from 1940. People were pretty damn sexist back then. Men went on adventures, women stayed at home. Doesn't mean the setting and plot is male-centric. It's a very gender-neutral universe.

I have spoken to many women about Lord of the Rings. Me and my girl friends literally loved the franchise and would send each other memes about it. You don't know what you're talking about and you clearly don't know women.

I'm not gonna say "the same way guys do" because I'm not a guy so I don't have that experience, but I definitely get something I would consider PNC. For example, if I'm watching porn, I'll instantly go from "that's so hot" to "ew, fucking disgusting" after I'm sexually satisfied
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 11:33 PM
2

True. The cross specific comparison is not a great one because animals have very different reproductive systems. For example, cats mate with multiple males and can have a litter with different fathers. Some species of lizard can reproduce without any male at all. Trying to make conclusions about humans using cats, lizards, and flies isn't necessarily accurate

That's your anecdote but the main point is that most people aren't self-aware enough to analyze how their childhood shaped their present behaviors (and how those experienced are hardly universal or objective Truths). That usually takes therapy, open-mindedness, introspection, and/or outside perspectives. The woman in your story has been indoctrinated.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 03:35 AM

They didn't want it when they were 25, but I would be willing to bet that those 50 year old men who have zero women they can depend on would rather have a 45 year old loyal and trusting wife/woman by their side at that moment than a crowd of bratty and fake 25yos who might steal their chain

I've never heard anyone say that kind of thing as an admission that they are behaving poorly It's rarely "I know I'm wrong but I'm consciously excusing it because that's how I was raised." That takes a level of self-awareness that the average person absolutely lacks. It's usually "I was raised this way so I don't see anything wrong with it." It lacks self-awareness, so it's not an excuse. It's a lifestyle.

From what I can gleam, this is how male logic goes: Being young and investing in pretty young woman and growing older together = good Being old and investing in older woman = bad Thus, hot rich famous guys who failed to do #1, instead get stuck in a perpetual loop of investing in pretty young women that they are completely incompatible with in the long run, bailing, and then feeling empty that they don't have a serious loving woman they can confide in
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 03:05 AM

I got that off Wikipedia so that IS the definition. Women misusing the term doesn't mean the term itself is wrong. For example, a lot of women consider some men's preference for low to moderate n count women to be toxic masculinity. It's one thing to quietly prefer low-n women while still being respectful to high-n women . It's another thing to endlessly rant about how high n women are used-up icky worthless sluts when no one fucking asked (what most men here do). That is toxic, sorry.

Theory: being a modern human parent is insanely different than it was in our evolutionary past. The amount of "rules" and expectations forced onto modern mothers is not natural. Wild mothers have full autonomy over the offspring's fate. She can leave them alone hiding in the woods or the den while she hunts or gets some "me time." She can teach them tough lessons and lead them into dangerous situations. She can abandon them, neglect them, or even kill them. It's not uncommon for mothers to rejec…

Yeah I'm not blaming them for being that way, I know they're just babies and they can't help it. I'm explaining why I don't enjoy their company. They're only "cute ugly" because they're good guys, they're sweet and loving. If ET or Dobby were a villainous characters trying to kill you, I doubt you'd call them any sort of cute. Jumbo is one of the aliens from Lilo and Stitch I never watched Shallow Hal but the actress of the "ugly girl" is beautiful. Does putting a model-like woman in a fat suit for a few scenes really count as "ugly without problems"? The audience is still seeing her external beauty in many of the scenes.

I don't interact with babies because I don't like them, not the other way around. Tattoos + chain + black = bad, got it
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 08:53 PM

Internet dudes are all anti-snowflake "there's no such thing as hate speech, people are way too sensitive these days" advocates until B/SDE or Napoleon complex is said lol Then it's paragraphs about "wow, you really need to watch the harmful stereotypes you're implicitly perpetuating through your language, hmmff!" They're always giving off macho energy until it's about them, then it's damsel energy and they suddenly start exactly mimicking the female language they usually laugh at.

No one's imagining his dick LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:47 AM
4

It's not obsessive, it's a term lol. It's a metaphor to talking a big talk then not having the goods to back it up. That concept is far more specific than just "insecure" and big dick energy is when someone is humble and self-assured without cockiness, even though they are actually awesome and have something that would be worth bragging about. It's not simply "being confident" These terms are specific, and frankly useful.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:32 AM
6

That makes as much sense as loose boobs. You meant large labia or loose vagina, you clearly mixed it up. I'm not comparing it, it's the definition of the term. Look it up
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:21 AM
3

Yes, people use terms incorrectly all the time You can't control your dick size but you can be a small dick guy with big dick energy
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:19 AM
2

The monster is made up, the term still exists The amount men hate this term is HILARIOUS
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:16 AM
2

It's a term. All words are made up, yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:15 AM

The evidence is legit, and the accusation is specified.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:09 AM

Labia can't be loose bro lmao. You mean vagina. And it's not about being "a bad person", it's "cockiness without skill." For someone who hates the term, you sure have zero understanding of its meaning.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/22 12:06 AM

You can control your energy
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 11:58 PM

It's funny when someone accuses a man of having small dick energy then his reaction is the exact encapsulation of small dick energy.

/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 11:48 PM

That's a different manifestation of insecurity, that may be annoying but is nowhere near as bad. "Please build me up" vs "I'm going to tear you down"
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:25 PM
2

One of the biggest marks of insecurity imo is the inability to celebrate, or at the very least tolerate, the victories of other people. Insecure people become jealous and guilty when they see other people doing well, and try to tear them down or invalidate their successes.

There's nothing subjective about the fact some people have interests, opinions, and personality traits that are uncommon in the population. You can measure that, it's quantitative. And there's absolutely nothing objective about trying to label these differences as "better" or "worse". That's immeasurable without a subjective moral code. So you got your shit mixed up.

I fantasize about being a rockstar, get it right
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:20 AM

Why can't you comprehend a scale of average-nonaverage that doesn't involve better or worse? Why can't you comprehend that you can add up many variables about a person and come up with an overview of a person that determines whether they are more similar or less similar to what is commonly found in the population? Why has such a simply concept been stretched out to so many comments?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:19 AM
1

Do you seriously think the world is a binary?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:09 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 06:04 AM

I didn't say I was above average, I said I was not representative of the average. You can check my post history if you don't believe me.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 05:56 AM
1

It's really not subjective... There are objectively interests that a lot of people have (say, Marvel) and interests few people have (say, conlanging). There are opinions that many people have, there are opinions that fewer people have. Like, you don't know me, why are you arguing on a subject you lack even minimal knowledge about?

/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 02:29 AM

Writing a book doesn't legitimatize an idea. There are also countless books written about dragons and elves, doesn't mean those things are anything more than entertainment. im pretty surprised you are so closed minded to this idea when you are a self proclaimed libertarian and black pill which are both something that take an open mind to conceptualize and interpret It's just too silly to even qualify as a worthwhile. Pretty much any idea that tries to simplify the natural world into a binary is
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/22 03:27 AM
1

That's just called growing up and realizing morals are made-up
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/22 03:13 AM
1

I don't mean the same thing as you lol There's nothing in the natural world that declares that being an ivy league alumni is better than being an OF pornstar. I'm sure some women prefer to do porn and live a crazy life than to do what I did. Good and bad are human construct. There's nothing that says eating pizza and burgers is wrong. There are no multiple personas, battling. It's simply decision making. The brain weighing pros and cons.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/22 02:45 AM
1

It's not a better analogy. It's just as accurate. Eating something low calorie or something high calorie is a decision you make as much as eating a burger or a pizza. There no devil and angel on your shoulder. And, eating high calorie isn't "bad" or "wrong". If you haven't eaten all day, or you burned a lot of energy, or you're underweight, it's actually a good decision. And maybe it's a rare treat and will have zero impact on your long term health. The world isn't black and white.

3

Most people are more scared of cockroaches than dogs.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/22 02:17 AM
1

No you don't lol. It's just you bro, don't make shit up. You can just choose to act in accordance to different moral codes (i.e. individualism or collectivism). That like saying that every time you need to choose an item from a menu and you're conflicted between pizza or burgers there's pizzaman and burgerman inside you. Nah, it's just a decision between two things that have pros and cons.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/22 02:00 AM
2

Good and bad is a religious invention, it's not based in reality. You don't have two personas, you are one complex person. Tbh the inability to handle a long-term relationship with another complex being is 100% due to poor socialization. It's hard but it's not that hard. You just need empathy and intelligence. This sub acts like it's rocket science.

My two theories are 1, he's a larper and there is no wife. Normally I wouldn't think someone would make something like that up, but he NEVER talks about this woman and he talks exactly like the terminally single red pillers. Why would someone is a happy married relationship spew so many angry, bitter, and straight-up ignorant arguments on women?? 2, something about his wife would not stand up to PPD scrutiny and he doesn't have the balls to stand by it, unlike the other "controversial wives", li…

Bullshit. Everyone here talks at least a little bit about their partner, from little stories that happened to brags You can't even give me a few traits of hers that make her special, and you give the stupidest reasons why. "It'll get weaponized!! Y'all need to suffer!!!" There's something very fishy about this "saint wife" of yours lol

Unattractiveness and autism. Does this apply to PPD men as well?

I trust me, I have already repeatedly disappointedmy parents with my choice of men lol I try not to judge people by what they are on paper. There are redeeming qualities in almost everyone. That's not to see you should be close to all of them, but I just live and let live. Yeah exactly, I like talking and meeting all types of people. Although when it comes to actually being close friends / living with people, it's important to be selective.

From a woman I met that very day? Absolutely the first time lol. This woman is an absolute meme. 32yo, single mom of 3 (two of them from a different race), kids live with their grandmother, lives with a guy but they're in polyamarous relationship, niece just died from fentanyl overdoses... Someone very much not from the social class I'm accustomed to. And very conformable sharing details from her life and talking about sex/bodies. Yeah bro, I'm not bragging. I'm making an argument. Like you said, 50% of people are not well off at all. YET you're comparing yourself to them when you say "50% of marriage fail" Whatever, you can't keep a consistent, good-faith argument to save your life. And your egoism is so out of hand, you can't let go of the fact that I said I'm top 10% of people even though you yourself admit that's an easy thing to be. It's just funny that I presented those numbers as an argument to show that I have done things with a much lower probability than 50% and succeeded, so to me, those are great odds. I had faith in myself to achieve something less than 10% of applicants get, why would I not have faith in something 50% of people get? Your response: "try 0.001%!!!" That doesn't reply to be argument at all. It's just an insult, that's it. And, it's not even a relevant insult because my "tooting my horn" claim is that …

Oh you're so pretentious. Ran out of arguments and turned to insulting me. Yes, the top 5-10% is better than the bottom 90-95%, this isn't controversy, this is statistics. Sorry, my lowly ivy league degree and I will get out of your way now.

50% chance one of you will change and you will get a divorce. That's a 50% chance you stay together forever. I've gotten into jobs and schools and programs with less than a 10% chance and I've gotten scores that less than 5% of the population achieves. I'm Black pilled, that means I think I am better than other people by nature, and thus I also believe my relationships are deeper and more complex, and I believe my marriage will be in the 50% that succeeds. Black pill isnt cynicism. Black pill is…

lol sure true love and lifelong unity then get divorced 2 years later. Exactly! A man like you believes you're gonna get divorced anyways so what's the point? Commiting to a man like that would be a mistake, because two partner should believe their unity is for a lifetime when they are together. Imagine dedicating your love to a cynic.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/22 07:33 PM

But it's not about utility, at no point when boys and girls dream about getting married one day, are they rubbing their hands like flies and thinking about the tax benefits. It's a traditional ritual that represents true love and lifelong unity. If a man refuses to participate, then it indicates he's not serious about the relationship. It's one thing for a man to say, "well I don't see the big deal in this, but since it's important to you and I love you, alright!" It's another thing for a man to…

The transition from high birth to low birth will be rocky and painful, no doubt, but it's absolutely necessary to save our species and our planet from human overpopulation. It's not gonna be more painful than global ecosystem collapse. Our AIs and technology is increasingly powerful. If society were to dedicate its priority to automation, plus the associated cultural shifts, we could certainly achieve a low birth equilibrium. Instead, our priority is to blow each other up because our plans are s…

So we the female sex ought to sacrifice our fulfillment and satisfaction in life in order to make sure the economy doesn't collapse by birthing and raising workers because we operate under an unsustainable economic model that necessitates eternal population growth, despite the very clear warnings of overpopulation and that the biosphere is not fit to support these many humans, especially while still maintaining the biodiversity of other life forms? Nah. A man who does not have access to a woman, under traditional gender roles, still has money, a house, food, freedom. He'll just be lonely. A woman who does not have access to a man, under traditional gender roles, is helpless. She needs him just to have a roof over her head. Let's not pretend this is a fair "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." Really tired of these incomplete narratives spread by some men about how good it would be for women if we didn't earn our own money. Been there,…

Body positivity is a speck of dust. Let's be honest, everything that is actually consequential - expensive films, politicians, spokespeople, top musicians, top models - are still conventionally thin or beautiful. I say that as a guy who owns a house, earns decent money, pays all the bills, takes care of my wife and kids, and still stays in good physical shape on top of all of my other obligations. I feel all these pressures, expect wife and kids because I'm single (but you CHOSE that). Women hav…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 04:03 AM

Idk I feel like men are very disconnected on what it feels like to be a woman. I've never been told "I'm beautiful no matter what" and I have struggled a LOT because I am a little overweight. People always throwing shade. Being female is not a sea of roses that men like to make it out. I will acknowledge male struggles but I will not put up with this false narrative that being female is easy, especially coming out of male mouths.

Babe, I don't do that for any of my political or social opinions. Why would I specifically do that for financial abortions lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:58 AM
1

Should men be financially responsible for the child if she decides to keep it? I'm happy to support a financial abortion (AKA, opting out of parental responsibility while the child is in the womb for the first two trimesters), if a woman has a complete right to a real abortion (in the first two trimesters). Unfortunately, it's not like I can vote for this any more than I can vote for abortion rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:53 AM

But men get pissy when women are honest. "Why are your standards so high!!!"
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:46 AM
2

You can survive without sex but if you choose to have sex and get pregnant, you should choose whether you want to keep it. This isn't rocket science. Bringing an person into the world and forcing a woman to do so as "punishment" for her sexuality is demented.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 01:41 AM

Non-religious human societies don't exist. You know what's a real atheist society? Nature. You know what animals dont care about? How many times someone got penetrated. It's completely a human construct with no meaning in the natural world, used to bully and control people. AKA, the worse kind of human invention.

Good. We feed off it
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/22 08:42 PM

It's not that simple though. If a man is really attractive and has women throwing themselves on him, there is no effort but it's still deemed high value. If an unattractive woman works really hard to get with hot guys, that's high effort And none or it matters because it's doesn't matter because people have different personalities. A woman who is naturally inclined to not having sex isn't "working hard" lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/22 08:25 PM

You fail to understand my metaphor. My moral mode is to save myself, not everyone else. A fat man stuffing his guts with cheeseburgers because he is unwilling to leave anything on the table for others (as he knows others wouldn't leave anything for him) isn't helping himself, even if he might be under that impression in his blind gluttonous rage. A wise moral code tells you when to take, and when to stop taking. And, it makes sure you have enough of a clean conscience that you can love yourself.…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/22 10:42 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/22 10:32 PM

When I decide to behave a certain way, I don't do it in comparison to other women, i do it in alignment to a moral code that I have been fine-tuning thought my lifetime. I find that more effective than petty gender wars. But uh, you do you.

Change the law? To what, "don't be a lying, manipulative POS or else lol?" Unlike most of y'all, I don't think government is the resolution to any issues in personal relationships. So I might not like it but I'm not gonna do anything about it. But if you ask me my opinion and how I choose to conduct myself, and how I expect the people who I call friends and role models to conduct themselves - it's don't be a lying, manipulative POS. That goes for men and women.

1-2 months of consistently enjoying each other's company and conversation is good enough for me. Shortest was a few weeks because the guy looked just like my high school crush who I never got with, and so I wanted him bad lol.

Lol I have no issues connecting with people, no need to start with the personal insults and bratty insinuations. The level of connection and understanding you have with someone after 1 hour is far, far more shallow than after 1 month. If you disagree with that, you're arguing in bad faith because I'm not saying anything controversial.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/22 09:32 PM
