This has nothing to do with ass kissing though. Doing what your told is simply being obedient. If your boss tells you to do something, and you say, "I'm not kissing your ass", guess what, you are unemployed. If you want to do well in life, you have to do things you don't want to.

Nope. She was asked by her teacher to leave the classroom. She didn't out of lack of respect. Her 'fear' came after ignoring the teacher and officer to leave classroom. It was completely avoidable.

Go figure, no respect for authority. And of course this will be followed by this girl and her parents screaming racism. I will teach my kid to respect their teachers and other authority figures. If they don't then I expect this to happen to them.
