LiftingI'm originally from NY. The confidence will come you just have to keep up the work. The spoils of your work will so in time. Just keep in mind journey is about yourself (with the side benefit of other people noticing). | /r/askTRP | 19/11/18 07:12 AM
LiftingI lift around 8PM. I try to get to work at 7AM so I don't like to go super early, and at my gym most of the stronger powerlifting folks all come in to lift pretty late. I lift earlier on weekends though. Lifting in the morning has always been hard for me. If I lift early it is definitely about getting good sleep in. Once you get to the gym and get going you'll feel the energy and after the workout I actually feel pretty refreshed and ready to go for the rest of the day. I don't take pre-workout … | /r/askTRP | 19/11/18 07:03 AM
LiftingI'm 5' 4" 165lb at like 10% BF. I'm on the short side of my family most of my male cousins are like 6" and the women are 5' 8." As far as insecurity I have been insecure about it and still harbor some insecurity today. A lot of women like the pull the whole "when his height starts with a 5' " type bullshit. Those people aren't worth the energy, but it hasn't played as big factor when I'm face to face with people as I got older. Once you learn social dynamics and interaction it's not a big of a d… | /r/askTRP | 17/11/18 08:02 PM
LiftingI was always relatively strong for my size, but people always made fun of me for being skinny and I wasn't blessed with height either. I just decided at like 11 years old if I can't grow taller I'm just going to grow wider. My family even laughed at me when I said I was going to get jacked, so I went out and I did it. Now I just enjoy lifting, being immensely strong it just feels good to lift man. People take notice. Being short with my size makes shopping rather difficult though so my clothing … | /r/askTRP | 17/11/18 05:26 AM
My ex falsely accused me of rape and nothing happened of it cause I didn’t. BUTAlso inferred that I, as an atheist, porn watching, homosexual tolerant, pork loving, beer guzzling, was going to raise my son under strict Islamic law. Atheist, but would raise child under strict islamic law yet is homosexual tolerant AND on top of that porn watching, while drinking and eating pork? Did she even think that none of that made any sense? That's rough man. | /r/askTRP | 07/11/18 04:13 AM
Datig a sorority girl, am I being cucked?I am not an EC, I usually lurk, but as a person who is a part of Greek life I think I can clarify some things. As stated before these "events," what they are, are just parties that are centered around getting drunk, and it does facilitate bad decisions. If the events she's going to are anything but what's called "mixers" (she literally isn't allowed to bring anyone but females to these events) she can easily bring you along the fact that she isn't is pretty telling if you ask me. I would take an… | /r/askTRP | 19/01/18 04:32 PM

Woman trying to ruin reputationSituations like this should be outlined in your workplace behavior policy. You need to take this to your HR so they can contact the HR of the other organization which will (or at least is supposed to) kick off a joint investigation. Also since your direct supervisor using gossip from someone in a partner organization that's also an issue as well I would actually include that person as well in the report to HR because that is a serious workplace ethics violation, at least in my company anyway. | 1 | Tips for extremely tall liftersI am not tall at all, but I am a very experienced lifter. My advice to you is to do a bit of mobility training (drills). I would say stick with the range of motion that is comfortable for you, and as time goes by you squat deeper and deeper, bench lower and lower. Keep up the mobility drills to help improve range of motion. There are also stretches that you can do prior to your exercise that increase mobility as well. | /r/askTRP | 29/10/15 01:41 AM
16-year-old grandson of a billionaire picks up women right in front of their boyfriends.Meanwhile I'm living it up enjoying my life currently with FAR less money at the moment. FYI don't ever assume money makes a man. You have a weak mentality to think money make a man better than another. EDIT: Let me explain why. I have a family member that worked as an accountant for a hospital. Many of the older doctors (the ones that make bank) make an excess of 25k every two weeks. There is a particular one that pays alimony to not one, but four wives. One of which he also pays child support … | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 02:46 PM

"It was all a lie." A TRP insight.Wow that's insane why the hell would a man agree to that like wtf? You talk about you not being unfaithful, but you let her fuck other men? That literally makes no sense. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/10/14 07:41 AM
