1	Lifting I lift around 8PM. I try to get to work at 7AM so I don't like to go super early, and at my gym most of the stronger powerlifting folks all come in to lift pretty late. I lift earlier on weekends though. Lifting in the morning has always been hard for me. If I lift early it is definitely about getting good sleep in. 2	Lifting I'm 5' 4" 165lb at like 10% BF. I'm on the short side of my family most of my male cousins are like 6" and the women are 5' 8." 14	Lifting I was always relatively strong for my size, but people always made fun of me for being skinny and I wasn't blessed with height either. I just decided at like 11 years old if I can't grow taller I'm just going to grow wider. My family even laughed at me when I said I was going to get jacked, so I went out and I did it. 1	Woman trying to ruin reputation Situations like this should be outlined in your workplace behavior policy. You need to take this to your HR so they can contact the HR of the other organization which will (or at least is supposed to) kick off a joint investigation. Also since your direct supervisor using gossip from someone in a partner organization that's also an issue as well I would actually include that person as well in the report to HR because that is a serious workplace ethics violation, at least in my company anyway. 1	Tips for extremely tall lifters I am not tall at all, but I am a very experienced lifter. My advice to you is to do a bit of mobility training (drills). I would say stick with the range of motion that is comfortable for you, and as time goes by you squat deeper and deeper, bench lower and lower.
