I'm not disregarding therapy. I've been to therapy for 2 years, it's not working for me. Also I feel like my mental health is broken due to my ugliness. I did not reach the developmental milestones. Honestly I think I tried enough to change. I started taking medications and therapy two years ago. I lifted, its not perfect but my body is ok. I'm 5'5, and on a good day I would give myself 3/10 at max. My psychological problems are things like self esteem, confidence, ocd. I'm going to see a doctor to test but I don't think it's going to change much. Your advice is good but I'm not 5/10, even If I apply all of them I am 3/10 max.
