Tbh, I find trans men to often be some of the most virulent male advocates, given that they weren't raised to view the problems that face men as normal and it therefore often comes as a bit of a shock. It's a bit like the difference between being given nothing but oatmeal all your life and thinking it's normal vs. eating a varied diet and then being given nothing but oatmeal. At least, that's what I've observed and read. I wouldn't know first-hand.
