You seem to have trouble seeing the difference between "women" and "feminists", or perhaps it just doesn't fit your absurd "MRA's hate women" narrative? Plenty of men are feminists for exactly the same reason the OP speaks to: gaining their "daily virtue signal quota" (in more ways than one with men). In my experience with VAWA-trained "domestic dispute" police, we don't even have a voice to be heard, let alone believed. Their operating procedure is: Step 1 - Take female far away and talk to her only. ZERO questions are asked of me. Step 2 - Come back and tell the male that he could be arrested (this was many years ago). These days it has even changed to that they MUST arrest the male.
