Not trying to justify it, but I've heard women say that the natural sunlight in the car mirror gives an actual representation of what their make-up is going to look like. Versus the artificial light in the bathroom. Dangerous af

There's gotta be some way you can fit something in. If you don't, all you have to look forward to is frailty and degeneration. Can you do military presses or bent rows? How about barbell lunges? Unilateral leg movements are very easy on the spine.

MGTOW is for those who want it most, not those who need it most. You can gently express your concerns to Dad, but at his age if he's not rwdpilled yet he's likely lost

It might behoove you to switch to Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) for cardio instead of high intensity for brief duration. Reason being: high intensity cardio puts a huge amount of adrenaline in your bloodstream, causing rapid heartrate and anxiety. I'm kinda worried about you having an "arm day" with weights. Do you train your legs and back also with freeweights?
/r/MGTOW26/06/21 04:24 PM

My heart rate is nearly 120 for quite a bit after I train legs. Nothing to worry about, as long it goes down eventually. I think you have a benign arrthymia and angina pectoris (scary, but also benign). In my extensive experience with doctors, I have found it is absolutely pointless to see doctors. Exceptions go to dentists and optometrists.

Does the ps5 not allow for app suspension and quick resume? Even the ps4 pro allows that to a degree. I currently game on Xbox one x, but I'm looking forward to getting a ps5 and playing the new Rachet and Clank game. I'm looking forward to Dark Souls 4 or Bloodborne 2, even though neither of which are confirmed- I think it's inevitable. I hope they don't make a Sekiro 2, I don't like that game nearly as much.

Samsung. I've never had any Samsung product break down, or even malfunction on me. Phones, Tv's, tablets, computers, and even my microwave. I dropped my cell phone in my aquarium once, was in there for 10 seconds. Works fine. No other "brand" has impressed me to this degree.

I know almost nothing about it tbh. I just know it's a mentoring program for fatherless boys. I guess it's largely geared towards getting them ready for the workplace. I just deliver food to very old people (meals on wheels). My organization would probably be much easier for you to get involved with. You just need a car and a reasonably clean criminal record. I don't know if it’s correlated, but my gym is 70-95% male at any time. The gender disparity is tremendous. Maybe because men have more pressure put on them to look good? Case in point: Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) barely looks like she works out. Compare that with Aquaman or Thor: perfect genetics + steroids.

I think it's mostly because men cannot afford to get married/start a family. Unfortunately, I don't think it has to do with an ideology shift. Mgtow bros are (for now) a tiny minority. Wisdom crieth in the streets: "How long, O ye simple ones, will you delight in being simple? "

Your sex drive is a sign of good health, it is foolishness to try and lower it. As you age and your health and joy and will to live naturally decline, it won't be an issue.

I certainly don't hate women. I do hate the direction modern culture has gone (both genders), and the farce that is modern divorce law (women certainly aren't solely responsible for thus either). It would be more accurate to say that we hate feminism and the state of "family law"

I volunteer with the elderly. These are folks that can hardly see or hear. Standing upright is a hardship for some of them, as is breathing. In response to "Women have about the same libido as men": Testosterone is responsible for the sex drive in BOTH genders. Men have about 20 times the Testosterone of a woman. To paraphrase C.S. Lewis A man, given free reign with the ladies, could populate a small town in a short while. Also- I don't understand saying women are "terrible communicators"- this is something they stereotypically excel at. All they do all day is communicate- it's a bodily function to them.

Weightlifting, playing piano/keyboard, reading literature. That's what keeps me off the streets anyway
/r/MGTOW19/04/21 11:15 AM

Believe me, I loved deadlifting also. It was like parting with a cherished lover for me, but one more injury and I'll be like Ronnie Coleman. I would give anything to go back before my injury and undo it. I think squats pose a microscopic risk when compared with deadlifts, and confer nearly all the benefits.
/r/MGTOW18/04/21 05:50 PM
2

You may reach a point, like I did, where your muscular strength is simply greater than the strength of your vertibral disc's. There's just no need to risk it. I lifted for over 20 years before I had any injury, and I was using a light weight under control. You will, unfortunately, reach an age where you are somewhat fragile. Unless you're competing in powerlifting, you do not need deadlifts. Good mornings, squats, rows, chinups etc will cover ALL of your bases

Too late. That's when most of us here learned the truth, but that truth is then indelible. Plenty of guys got here by the same dismal route you've taken.

Saw it recently- I thought this movie was great. I can see how it can be viewed as mgtow, though I'm sure that wasn't the author's (it's based on a book) intent. Great performances from Amy Adams and Jake G., as always. This is a good "edge of your seat thriller".

Again- any rise in housing pricing (at least in my area) was easily matched by any index fund investment. I'm not suggesting anyone let their savings rot in a checking account. In my eyes, anyone who can save 100k can save 200k.
/r/MGTOW29/03/21 05:47 PM

I don't see how any of this is relevant to op. My house is very simple 3BR, it probably values around 190k. I don't wish to discuss any further particulars. My particulars do not alter the fact that paying interest is setting money on fire. If you're not going to be making enough to save for buying a house, I don't see the point of going to university.

I own a home. I was never without a support system growing up, of course then my advice is inapplicable.

That same 300k invested in index funds would have also tripled or quadrupled in the last 15 years. I personally detest paying interest on anything, and I think living with one's parents is unfairly stigmatized. If your parents are horrible people, then ok.
/r/MGTOW29/03/21 05:28 PM

Focus on getting good grades in University. Whatever girl you get with at your age will just bring about your mental, physical, and financial destruction. Once your established in your career, then you can ruin your life with a relationship if you want. Also, don't be in a huge hurry to live on your own if you don't have to. It's a waste unless you can actually afford to BUY (as opposed to taking out a bank loan w/ interest) your own house.

Why do you care if those who do not even like themselves, dislike you? If your neighbors gossip about you, say to yourself "they must not know about my other faults, else they would have mentioned those as well". I normally try to be encouraging, but I find it quite unmanly to lose one's equanimity because of potential gossiping. Owning an individual stock is not prudent imo- you are gambling. If it's a TINY part of your total portfolio, then it can be OK. Sell and reinvest in an index or whatever pleases you. A 5% loss is nothing, you'll make that up in no time. Another idea is to sell half and reinvest.

Forgot to add: For "cardio" I like to go for 30 min to 1 hour walk after I lift to cool off. In the summer I ride my bike for same duration. That's all the cardio I can stand. This is called l.i.s.s. (low intensity steady state) cardio, and it's great because it doesn't eat muscle or weaken you. Don't jog or run, ever (mark riipetoe has a great vid on this)

I'll try point you in the right direction, we do have a dedicated keto subreddit that is helpful. I mainly eat eggs, chicken thighs cooked in crock pot, and steak (any cut is good). Throw in some low carb veggies- broccoli and cauliflower are great. For lifting, I've always liked something like this: (Rep range 8-20) Monday: Push (I do abs and calfs on push day. I don't do chest specific lifts because they hurt my shoulders) 4 sets Standing military press 1-2 sets standing dumbel press or latera…

I gotta play Simp's advocate here with regard to Schopenhauer's comments: "Women have never achieved anything notable in the fine arts" Although this was true in his day, and is mostly true still, it would be blind to assert this nowadays. There are certain fields where women excel in fine arts- notably writing and music (granted, mostly performance rather than composition). Aside: If we have any French speaking bros I'd love to know what that Napoleon quote he's referring to means

I have a platinum in Bloodborne and Cuphead, my skill isn't an issue. It just felt very imprecise and unintuitive, at no point was it "fun". A very similar game with MUCH better fighting mechanics would be the Devil may Cry reboot, or even Bayonetta was infinitely better. There's just too many good games to bother playing this one imo. Did you like Dmc 5?
/r/MGTOW29/01/21 10:45 PM

Just FYI, I thought the gameplay for devil may cry 5 was horrible, I don't recommend. I'd recommend Amazing Spiderman, Dark Souls 3, and Bloodborne.
