dsm v diagnosis we treat based off diagnosis. This isn't a tough concept. If your diagnostics are totally wrong the tx will fail; hence the example that flew over your head of the problem was brakes but because you use shi diagnostic in this case dsm 5 you used wrong tx.

First thing I learned as an RN is my fat, diabetic, out of shape patients, with mental issues all know more then me. Second they are mostly vegan work out 4 to 5 times a week and it's obviously a thyroid issue. I recently worked in Hospice best you can get is maybe someone holding your hand, but usually you go unresponsive for a few days I make sure you are not in pain and most pass between 2am and 6am asleep and alone. About half the time families show up to see body rest of time it's just me and a few caretakers making sure remains get to the mortuary. It's a solo process. Not worth being miserable for 40+ years.
