I've lost 145 pounds so far (~15 months) when I was really heavy I did very little cardio, lifted and ate 1800ish calories a day with no more than 100 grams of carbs. As soon as I was able to squat properly I started stronglifts 5x5 and slowly added calories back in as I felt I needed them. Currently I don't lift as much but take kickboxing classes, they are brutal! Currently eating between 2300-2700 calories on a 40/40/20 split. You must track calories to make any real progress, I use my fitnes…

Great post, loosing alot of weight is a hard mental battle for sure. I'm 36 years old a bit over 6 foot tall and have been extra fat all my life. 300 plus pounds all thru high-school to my largest of 370++ 16ish months ago. I am 233 as of this morning, I'm a totally different person, lift hard, take muay Thai boxing classes, I truly enjoy working out/physical activity now. I still have my mental image struggles but I'm working on them and my self esteem is vastly improved. Definitely drink tons …

Positive: Down 40 pounds since Jan. (130) total so far over the last 14 months, still plenty to go! Started stronglifts in Jan, went from barely being able to get up off the floor a year ago to squatting 240 5x5 so far. Signed up for muay Thai classes two days ago. Looking forward to this. I read way more than I ever have, hardly ever watch TV. Started doing more outdoor activities and expanding my social circle, hiking, kayaking, concerts etc. Cons: Fuck off on social media/phone to much. I wou…

I myself have always been extremely overweight and have used prostitution many times to get my fix, some good experiences some bad. About a year ago I decided enough was enough and got serious about my health, went straight monk mode! I was 35 years old and 370++ now 36 and 240 and still loosing, lift hard (strong lifts 5x5) and can do things in and out of the gym I never thought possible. Let me tell you from real experience sex is insanely better now, girls want to have sex, I can be powerful …
