The problem with everyone being equal is stay at home spouses. My wife might have her college degree, but for the past 4.5 years she's been a stay at home mom. I wouldn't expect her to be able to land on her feet after a divorce. I'd have to give her a monthly allowance for her to live, since we both made the decision for her to stay at home and raise the kids. I honestly believe that judges in divorce/custody cases should look at the date the divorce was started and anything that happens after that date should be ignored. If the woman presses charges or brings up infidelity without proof, or brings up child molestation charges, it should all be ignored. Same with men.

A judge is much less likely to say "You fucked her in this prenup." and more likely to say "You had plenty of time to look at the prenup and you even had a lawyer explain it to you. It's not a "draft" of any kind, so both of you stop calling it that. I'm currently serving (at 14 years) and I was in when they started stop loss for Iraq/Afghanistan. Draft means you are taking someone from civilian and making them military. Honestly I think that if an accusation is made like this in a family law platform that the judge should immediately dismiss himself from the case and tell the accuser that a criminal judge will handle this until the criminal matter is over. It's a school. What right to privacy do kids have in a public classroom with dozens of other kids in it with them? Hell, depending on the school, lockers can be searched because it is not the kids private stash. There should be books and lunches in there, nothing else, so there isn't a right to privacy in lockers. That's how my school handled it.

That's why the judge said that the adoption agency fucked up too. They should have gone to great lengths to get the father's signature to release his parental rights. Instead, the adopting family got in contact with him, and when he said that he wanted his baby back, they said no and started the whole thing.

If you sign what I think she wants you to sign, it's the paper that terminates your rights as a parent. NOT as a "caregiver". So she can take the child out of the country without your permission, or have some other man adopt your child. But you'll still be on the hook for child support. Gotta love the way women get what they want most times.
