Do you have a part time job after school? Is so, how many hours? I doubt a 17 year old can have a tight schedule. Even I don't have a tight schedule. Are you serious? It takes time to build that. If it is easy then how come not much can reach that level? 30lbs of muscle takes a couple years or more. I have been lifting for 5 years and I don't think I've gained more than 20kgs of pure muscle since I started.
