3	Any men here deal with suicidal ideation? How did you get through it? You can call or text 988 for the suicide hotline. No shame in calling. I’ve called before. My advice to you is this : I know things seem impossibly painful right now and that it won’t get better but it will. Time heals all wounds. I look back at the time when I was depressed, anxiety ridden and suicidal and I don’t even recognize that person or that life anymore. Reinvent yourself, start something new with your life. 1	Need advice Since a few have asked, the only real reason for divorce is that my wife is what I would describe as unstable, will not bow to any ideas that she is ever in the wrong and undermines my authority to our children which has my relationship with my children skewed.
