You know what they mean i think. You can feel a social hierarchy in any interaction. And its ironic because its you who create the thoughts that they, male or female, are on a pedestal above you. You ever hang out with a younger siblings friends and you feel like you are just above all of of them? You wouldn’t take shit from a 9 year old right? Act that way with with your peers. Its not about being nice or mean. I know if you are asking this question that you’ve experienced being talked down to …

Did you purposefully never use the word rejection, but objection?

Good advice except NO NOT take acidic foods like orange juice and coffee if you are taking medication for ADD. It negates the effects.

I friend who was a girl would always grab my arm when she was laughing. I got the feeling liked me. Unfortunately I was a naive 6th grader and she already had tits so I did not get the message. Point is it might me an easy way for some contact. Also when I was sitting next to this girl I liked on a bench I teased her and as she laughed she would shove my knee away as if to say 'fuck you' in the nicest possible way. Followed with eye contact and a smile. Point is they made me feel like a happy yo…

Sounds like you should date the smart pretty girl. Why not? Surely after being friends for 7 years, if things don't work you can go back to a platonic relationship. I have not had success with this strategy but it sounds like the both of you are very mature. 2 cents.

When I was young I used to do something similar with a friend. However instead of starting at the elbow take 1 finger and go from wrist to elbow very slowly. Have them guess when you reach the crease at the elbow. Like you said the receptors become much less dense and it's very hard to tell. Most often when she says "stop" you will still be a few inches from the elbow. Slower the better.
