The real fact here is that you are trying to dismiss and minimise this issue. So yes, you are a troll…Or maybe a femcel bot…who knows

Yeah I made a post talking about how forced conscription is systemic misandry but people don’t see that. They talk about it like as if it’s exciting, a breath of fresh air or just a normal everyday thing like it’s gonna rain on a Sunday night…

I agree with this, I feel like the left has diverged from its main purpose but they still hold the mic and control over mainstream media. This makes pushing back against their rhetoric uniquely difficult
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates10/07/26 05:48 PM

Idk, the left has been quite hypocritical and self righteous the past few years. If it was a religion, I can say my faith in them has been waning greatly especially when it comes to men’s issues
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates10/07/26 03:27 PM

Yup, based on what I know…quite a lot of people on the left dont really know how to differentiate and have nuance

The “Oppressor and the oppressed” framework and mentality is popular usage for leftwing mainstream media

Their definition of Patriarchy always shifts depending on the context and situation, Some claim we live in a patriarchal society because most politicians are men but there is also a number of women governments as well..so doesn’t that defeat that definition of patriarchy? Other versions are more or less just subjective, and it’s arguable but it simply means that “The patriarchy” as a blanket statement just doesn’t hold anymore.

I always prefer the term “Egalitarian” over “Feminist” because Feminist is already inherently gender biased towards women cuz of the “Fem” in Feminism. Egalitarian is a much easier and less loaded way to describe you want gender equality as it has less of a negative connotation as compared to feminism

I think one of the myths is that “Men lack self control especially their anger and/or their sexual desires”
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/06/26 03:53 PM

Yeah and also, what in the hell is “Rape culture”…like I don’t even think they know what the meaning of culture is. Culture means that there’s rituals and a set of beliefs and celebrations based around certain traditions but I don’t think I see celebrations and traditions about rape…

“Rules for thee but never for me. If you don’t do what I say, then I will call you a incel and a misogynist so that the masses will do the shaming for me”

I agree. They are bigoted misandrists who just do the lazy sloppy thinking of “Manosphere incels” = all men. I would gladly read the post you’ll make
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates16/06/26 03:44 PM
44

Yup. It’s so funny how when a man complains about harmful things a woman says, some people have to go and automatically try and dig around to find dirt like checking post and comment history to gather ammunition to dismiss. They don’t do that for the ladies when they complain about bad stuff men says so….
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates16/06/26 03:17 PM

To also point out the “weird that men can’t handle the vitriol they’ve pushed out towards women coming back at them even a little bit”. Firstly, What vitriol? How is it “a little bit” when men are expected to stay silent about the disrespect they receive online and maybe in everyday interactions? It’s not our fault you don’t do research and turn a blind eye to these things…after all, men get told it’s no excuse to claim “retribution” just become some women didnt treat them well so it’s more or l…

Agreed. I hate how men cant share online content they see as worrying outside of men centric subs because these people come out of the woodworks to shame OP for caring about the issue at hand…

It’s like as if “toxic masculinity” is “toxic” because they automatically attach mostly negative stereotypes to masculinity as a concept
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates31/05/26 02:31 PM

I’m a Gay man myself so I’ve been in a few LGBT spaces online like on a discord and from general consensus. There’s a strong Anti men/masculinity sentiment and a pro Femme/feminine bias I feel
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates30/05/26 12:22 PM

Idk if You meant enforced by both powerful men and women. I know in history many ladies do step up to some power in their state but I never see any choose to abolish the forced conscription legislations that keep men enslaved so to speak.

I misread that shut up…XD
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates23/05/26 12:08 PM

Yeah feminists online enjoy being reductive for some reason. Like no Nancy, it’s not me having fragile ego and “Too sensitive”. It’s about the state already deciding what job I should be doing all because biology pick a certain route for me

Imo I view it more of the fact the government still thinks in the traditional way that men be the fighter and protectors since I come from a Asian society thats still a split of progressiveness and traditionalistic values

I mean unlike those male animals in nature, we can change our fate basically. I can see how society treats us but I also can see what we can do to change that..I try not to have too much of a defeatist mindset. I also think you misread my last sentence, it’s more like I don’t get why society still treats us as second class
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/05/26 12:46 AM
3

I don’t doubt the claim that us men are natures second class. If we wanna go via bio-essentialism if I’m using that word right…, we can see it in nature too like how female praying mantises and black widows eat or kill the males. Angler fish males have a not very happy fate because they become part of the female angler fish..and I think there’s other examples as well. At least in the rest of nature, the males exist only to breed but us men are special so I never get why do we still get treated a…

For me it just kinda comes off as a bit arrogant and full of herself looking at the context. Especially seeing P19bw’s bad faith comments, we know she’s not telling the truth
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates25/04/26 07:10 PM

It’s icky because you don’t like the truth. That’s a you problem btw

Tone policing…well sorry bro we won’t change what we said
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/04/26 01:24 AM

Why do you need to tell us you’re compassionate and empathetic…like if your actions clearly show then I don’t think there’s a need to say it verbally
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/04/26 01:22 AM

What do you mean “Cant really compare the two?” Clearly you never read deep enough on men’s issues

Like it’s Too bad nobody cares enough because if we just ad “wo” in front of men then suddenly you’ll be called a misogynist
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/04/26 06:46 AM

Quite true, I remember I saw an article of a Woman VTuber be called out for having Nazi beliefs but people kept asking “You sure it’s a woman?” As in they are implying it cant be a woman and likely a man pretending to be one…like dear lord, my generation sure is Delusional

Alright, I will curiously ask if you have seen the same things I have seen or anything equivalent

Waitt may u explain to me what do you mean by Boomers of tomorrow in the context of this post. I no understand
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates30/03/26 01:36 AM

Nah, You can blame. It’s their choice to be better. They weren’t forced at gunpoint not to act in such a Juvenile way. If you want to say that the people on their side will call them complacent then that speaks more about the left than about anything else
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/01/26 04:44 AM
13

Agreed and people especially some women out there will think they can body shame a man regardless of reason so long as it’s along the lines of “I just don’t like him”
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/01/26 04:41 AM

Indeed

This is the simplest one and I prefer that. Like why can’t many individuals see that? It’s not that hard

Yeah I also felt in in the lgbt sub somewhat as well as lgbt discord servers personally as a Gay dude. That’s why I now no longer count myself as part of that community because it’s just so reactionary and addicted to cancel culture personally

I don’t even have anything to say. What in the burning hell is this statement?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/01/26 07:21 AM

It sounds like you didn’t even read anything at all. Youre really gonna come here with your first statement by saying it’s too evidence based and not Emotional enough? I get you want your typical “outrage at Misogynistic posts” fix but sorry no, not here.

Egalitarianism and Feminism can never be compatible. You wish to seek this fantasy middle land where both can co-exist but it’s not possible.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates14/12/25 11:57 PM

Nah, I’ll be blunt. Calling myself feminist makes me feel dirty in a way.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates14/12/25 11:55 PM

Are you done yet with the “But how about women” rhetoric?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates09/12/25 03:45 PM
6

Funny you said “Demanded that men do better” and then also say “Men can do the exact thing” when I’m pretty sure many feminists will be saying that Demanding women to do better is misogyny…so I’m sorry I’m confused

You’re right. I’m probably more negative but I hope..I really hope one day they get taken to a mental asylum to have their brains checked because there’s no way anyone can be this shameless. Honestly speaking

In my own simplified opinion, for me Patriarchy is a pretty gendered term and only blames men for any inequalities societies have in terms of social, economic and political. It completely absolves or disregards the fact that some women also played a part in maintaining said inequalities in the system such as not challenging it or attempting to repeal it. I feel like Oligarchy makes more sense as it’s often always about the people with money and power regardless of gender perpetuating oppressive …

Agree completely especially about how men dont have to sugar coat and tiptoe their words for women’s comfort. It’s the same as how I see a number of women who says “We don’t have to alter our language to cater to men’s feelings” when men bring up the issue with the usage of “all men do xxxx” phrase. So similarly, if it’s the truth then sorry the words shouldnt have to be tone policed to make it more easier for women to swallow and digest cause it will do a disservice to men’s issues.

“Women are not targeting men just because they’re men?” Is a vague statement madam. You wouldn’t know that. I’m pretty confident a lot of male victims out there are targeted by women solely based on their gender

I agree like I feel like some women dont really realise that trad gender roles affect not only themselves but men too. I never used an iron before and while I think I’m more than capable of self teaching myself. It won’t be as perfect as those who do ironing many times. Doesn’t mean I’m incompetent just because it’s like subpar.

I know it’s one year ago and stuff but like you’re right, some of the trending titles are just absurdly awful that I’m surprised the comments dont start spamming “OP is a troll”. Yes I’m a dude and it’s just worrisome seeing so many femcels there?
